I hired this place to recover some very important photos that had been deleted from my sd card. They had the card for a few months after several phone calls he finally said I could pick it back up.I picked it up and it still only had the same 29 photos it had when I had dropped it off.Very very disappointing. A waste of time and money.

I had Music that was on the hard drive of an old laptop and Computer House offered the most affordable price imaginable. All of my music was recovered to an external hard drive and I paid less than $100 dollars and it was about 64 gigs of music. It is Black owned and they do a very good job for those people not concerned about race. These people are legit, I did wait a week but it was worth it. I even picked up a laptop at a bargain rate, touch screen, Bluetooth and everything but back-lit keyboard that I wanted and preferred.

Thought the company was creditable after removing virus from my MacBook earlier this year but after receiving lab top back I notice important pics from my lab top had been removed no trace of documents and or pics after advising to leave all trace of pics and documents on computer. Took the lab top back in Feb to replace important pics,etc and never got a call or email in regards to if computer was updated with important pics and documents. When speaking to the manager Larry he advise me he could not find my computer do to the Tornado in March and it may or may not be lost. The manager never called to let me know about the computer being lost and still continues to give me the run around rather or not he has the computer. I’ve called several times lately and no response. Very disappointed when all I needed in the beginning was a virus removed. Now I’m without a computer and no compensation. If you value your computer take it to a credible source because they talk people into writing good reviews and never return your belongings.
