Good selection of product, but had to wait forever for help. Walked in and immediately told an employee the exact item that I wanted. I was told to wait for a salesman to finish with another customer. Seems that out of about five employees, only he could sale a TV. He was very helpful when he did get to us.

I walked in and was greeted very happily by Emilio the sales associate who was walking from the back with the manager who was very also manner-able. Upon entering the store, my sister and I were greeted with friendly smiles and hello by several people, which is good customer service, which you dont see too often. We actually had 2 salesmen waiting on us, both were great. When checking out, the salesman kind of confused me, but the store manager stepped in and explained the issue, all taken care of. Will be back.

Its been three weeks since I placed my order but yet now they are out of stock and do not have an ETA. I had an UNOPENED return that I bought the day before and he told me I couldn’t return it because of CDC guidelines. Made me feel like the worse person ever the way he yelled when I walked in the door. When I called corporate they told me it was okay for me to return it because it was UNOPENED. Nevertheless I never brought it back because the way the manger made me feel. I won’t be back.

Our washing machine went out and we decided to try ordering one from electronic express which was a mistake. Said they would ship in 3-5 days. Called after a week and the person on the phone said they were delayed and would ship in 2-3 days. Called again at 2 weeks after not hearing anything. This time they said they did not have any in stock and had no idea when they would get any. This would have been nice to know when ordering or a simple notification earlier in the process. Never ordering anything again from them. Lots of lies and no contact sums up our experience.

Electronic Express opened their doors early to let a couple of us in that were turned away from a much larger, mainstream electronic store (they changed their hours of operation without posting online).13/10 would recommend.

This is where I prefer to get my electronics. They have a knowledgeable staff, and are priced on par with Amazon and Walmart. They also have a better selection in some regards than the other two. But I like that I can get what I want right now, as compared to having to wait a couple days for Amazon to deliver it.Also, support local businesses, too!

Bought a new laptop on a Saturday evening used it that evening and on Sunday morning. Sunday night it would only power up the screen would not turn on. Took it back Monday morning and they saw what it was doing. Before they could plug it in the laptop started working, so they checked some of the settings and its been working great since then.

This guy that works in the store needs to get promoted to a higher position.. he knows his stuff.. I went in the store just to eye shop and I left out with a $5000 TV and a $200 home theater system 🤣 not knowing I just got talked into buying them and the funny thing is I went to check out a $500 TV......Its the Indian guy I think his name was vasel🤔 not quite sure but I remember his age hes 16 and very smart and talented and takes his job very seriously.... because of him if there was a 10 star review I would have given it

They were fair on the point, great descriptions, helpful when needed, and I think as a shopper we should be approached and asked for questions for products. I understand we as most customers are hesitant to sales associates, but gave them a chance and see if they are genuine and see if they want to put in there best to aid us for the right product. Great deals, good atmosphere, and I want to come back soon feeling too.

Cannot recommend in good conscience Electronic Express for any appliance delivery/install. We purchased an entry level Bosch dishwasher right before Memorial Day 20. The price with delivery was competitive and EE claimed they could get it delivered/installed in three days. On the appointed delivery day I woke up early and drove to the property where the install was to take place. EE showed up more or less on time; then the hilarity ensued (actually, no, none of what Im about to share is funny or amusing). The first delivery crew arrived with the unit; spent about five minutes looking at the old dishwasher (a standard GE unit that was about 10 years old), and gruffly declared that the new Bosch unit required a special tool to install and that they were peace-ing out, leaving me to deal with EEs install department. Wait what? Didnt I pay $100 for you to show up and install a Bosch dishwasher? How did you manage to show up without the special tool (note: never identified/explained) supposedly necessary to install the dishwasher? If only that were the worst of it. Guess what--I had to take it upon myself to chase EEs installation team to secure a second delivery appointment (two days later). The value proposition of having this all done in 3 days start-to-finish had entirely evaporated, and I was kicking myself for not dealing with a more reputable retailer/installer (take your pick: HD, Lowes, Best Buy).Fast-forward 48 hours, EEs crack-team of installers #2 arrived at the property on the chosen date/time and within 10 minutes of arrival declared that for undetermined reasons, the old dishwasher was stuck and they were not able to remove it to proceed with the installation of the Bosch. I wasnt present at the time but once I was briefed, I relayed all of these misadventures/misdeeds to Leon a supervisory figure of sorts at EEs installation department who basically told me, his guys were the best in the business, veterans of hundreds/thousands of install jobs, and if they couldnt get the dishwasher out it wasnt coming out without the help of a full fledged contractor that I needed to retain. Ouch--not what I was expecting/wanting to hear. But, being the reasonably suspicious sort, I decided to drop what I was doing and drive to the property to see what was actually going on--you know boots on the ground; tip of the spear, whatever. Being a entry-level handy person I didnt expect to accomplish much on my own. Turns out, maybe I should run the EE installation department, because within about 2-3 minutes of routine focus and effort I noticed that there were two standard wood screws securing the old dishwasher--one on each side--to the adjacent cabinet array. Dont know why they were there--the house/dishwasher was that way when we bought it. I just know that I used a standard screwdriver, removed the two screws, and what-do-you-know, the darn dishwasher slid right out. Well shoot, if my basic level of handy was enough to accomplish this seemingly impossible feat--why not just continue on and self-install the Bosch? About 90 minutes later, the entire job was done; no thanks to the pros at EE.I have since reached out to my good friend Leon at EEs installation department on several occasions to request a refund of the $100 installation fee that I paid EE for the work I ended up doing for them. He initially assured me that he would refund the install fee and would talk to his superiors about doing something else in the way of a further refund for all of my trouble/inconvenience. Considering how badly Leon and his team of install ninjas bungled the install job, it shouldnt be surprising that Ive yet to receive a refund of the install fee and that Leon is ghosting me, hoping that I forget about the entire thing.Ill summarize my general thoughts on EE based on this experience: Pricing is competitive with the big boys/girls. Their install game is disappointingly weak, and their customer service in the wake of a screw-up is atrocious. Take your hard-earned money to the big boys/girls instead.

The bottom of the receipt encourages shoppers to leave google reviews, so I will. I had a really odd interaction yesterday with a gentleman there. I head up the I.T. department for a new business with a several offices nearby, and this is the closest brick and mortar electronics retailer in the area. I wanted to walk in and scope the place out, but instead was immediately bombarded at the door and asked what specifically I came in for. I was indeed there for one specific item, he promptly walked me over to it, grabbed it off the shelf for me and walked me to the register to be rang up. I didnt really get a chance to walk around and see what all was in the store. The store had a old and dark feel to it, like an HHGregg meets Roses, no other shoppers anywhere in sight around 2pm or so. While being rang up the employee asked me for my name, email address, phone number and physical address.. I declined to provide that information and was told Im cynical for doing so. Perhaps the employee didnt know what the word cynical meant, and used it wrong, or he was sincere, who knows. I dont know him, and he doesnt know me, Im not taking it personally. While there, I did notice there were tons of brand names Ive never heard of, which doesnt really give me a feeling of confidence. This, along with the odd staff member / sales experience I had, will having me looking for a different retailer to do business transactions with.

UPDATE: After numerous calls and waiting months they made it more than right. They upgraded our purchase and we are enjoying our new appliance. Bought a refrigerator over a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. Ive emailed and called the store and no response. I emailed corporate and nothing. Ive paid for a refrigerator and still dont have it. The terrible thing is all I want is some communication. I guess they dont have a tracking system or a customer service department. The transaction when we bought it was great. But, its been terrible ever since they got our money. Bought and paid for on June 1st and its not JULY 9th. Still no communication and Ive emailed and called lots of times.

Last week, I purchased a 55” tv from this store. Today, a friend of mine came by to set it up for me. Upon opening the box, there was no power cord, no pamphlet, and...the batteries were already in the remote. I was sold a used tv. Needless to say, it was brought back to the store and received my refund.Never again.

I LOVE the service at this store! Dont be fooled by the location and the size of the store. They can get you whatever you want and their prices are Beyond Fair. Cory and Kyle have given my family and I the best customer service Ive had in quite some time. They answered every single question I asked,and I asked A LOT of questions. Very impressive, knowledgeable, gentlemen... about everything From washers to auxillary cables. I decided I wanted to pick up my dryer early. I called and they said no problem. it was ready to go when I got there. Then I decided that I wanted the next model up from the washer and dryer that I bought. I called them. Again, They said no problem. They offered actual HONEST opinions of their products!! So refreshing! I am so happy I did not go to a large department store. I give this location of the Electronic Express 10 out of 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and get your next Appliance or electronic with the help of these two extraordinary young men.

Terrible customer experience. You’ve asked for a customer review 3 times over email. Well here I go. The review is based on this location. The sales reps are pushy and openly disclosed they work for commissions. They sold me a product that they did not have on stock. Asked me to pay for it at the location and pickup somewhere else (to get his commission). He thought I was insane for not purchasing their extremely expensive warranty. When checking out they demanded for my full name, phone number, address, email. I refused to provide most of it and he insisted to say that this has to be done or the return policy would be voided if i did not provide all of my personal information.With only my email, the company has proceeded to send daily promotional emails that I never signed up for. And after asking to unsubscribe, they continue to send emails asking to rate them on google. But if the review is negative they would like to fix it first... i find that disrespectful.As a Nashvillian, I thought I’d be glad to support a local business. But I’m recommending that people search for other options when buying electronics. Disappointed.

I would give negative stars for this location/ experience, if possible. I had a 1:00 appointment for an install of 2- 12” subs, an amp, and a custom built box. I was told the install would take anywhere from 2 1/2- 3 hours. My install wasn’t “complete” until 9:00pm. It took 8 hours!! During our wait, the manager never once checked on us or apologized. The employees spent the day huddled up, talking, and watching movies. I know this because I had just watched the “bird box” recently, and that’s what they were enjoying during my wait. Oh yeah, and the one employee walking around in just his socks????? PROFESSIONAL!! Later on into our wait, two individuals who had entered the store, (with the front doors propped wide open in December), ran out with items up under their arms. One employee asked them to stop, the others continued watching their movie. Needless to say, they never stopped! The police never did arrive either. After leaving that night, I wasn’t happy with the way the box looked. It was sticking out from under my seat. Didn’t look custom fit. I took my vehicle elsewhere, and the problem was solved in seconds. HE INSTALLED THE BOX UPSIDE DOWN! I will never go to any Electronic Express at any location ever again! Only went because Bestbuy was booked! I highly encourage you to find elsewhere to go!

Until last Friday, I was a long term customer of Electronic Express. Called this Nolensville installation site to set appointment for car stereo installation. I purchase unit at their 100 Oaks store check online inventory to make sure they had it inventory. I called Nolensville Road to set appointment for installation and they said I had to drive 30 minutes one way so they could look at car an make sure they had parts because their inventory might not be correct, then set appointment and then make another trip to have it installed. The Nolensville store was rude, disorganized and hung up on me. They single handedly ruined a long time relationship with a customer. Go elsewhere. Electronic Express was once a good company

Once again, Brian Crossley, has outdone himself in service, Attitude, knowledge, and all-around just fantastic-ness!! I went with my big sister to purchase a sound bar and Google mesh Wi-Fi. We walked in and she said, “I want some speakers and I want them to be really loud. “Brian Crossley took us right to exactly what she wanted. His knowledge of every system and the store is beyond impressive. The customer service that you receive from this electronic express store is unparalleled. In the past two years we have bought washer and dryer, Flat screen TVs, sound bars, countless cables and wires, the most incredible dishwasher ever and every single time the service has been stellar! This location looks small on the outside, Don’t be fooled. This is the greatest place to buy any home appliance, any electric anything not just because of the service but because of the fair prices as well. I will never shop anywhere other than the Nolensville electronic express!!!

Wow the store manager (Bryan Crossley) went out of his way to help me since I had such a horrible experience at the Murfreesboro electronic express. The people greeted me , listened to me an then he went above an beyond to help me. I am manager myself an this man should be promoted to regional to get all the other stores to run like his! I will now drive from Murfreesboro to Nolensville just to go to his store never will I walk in the Murfreesboro one again but the Nolensville one is above an beyond! Thank you guys so much !

Bought a 55 inch TV and exchanged it for a 65. The previous delivery guys took my hardware and now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks to get the tv I missed work for. When I called to speak to a manager he acted like I didnt know what I was talking about and treated my issue like a joke. I may just buy from another source.
