Amir at this location was so incredibly helpful. I am challenged when it comes to tech stuff and he walked me through changing from my previous mobile phone provider to AT&T. He showed me how to work the new phone and when I had to go back for him to explain it again was patient and understanding. He also set me up to have my home internet and phone upgraded which ended up being a huge improvement. If they give a customer service award it should go to this man.

OH. MY. GOD.KWAME IS SO AMAZING. I am not an easy customer, never claimed to be, never will claim to be but he handled my needs well and was so helpful.It’s been a crazy journey with getting my new phone and he reassured me everything was going to be okay and was gonna have my phone!Knowledgeable about all the extra fees and let me know every detail that I would have later gotten mad about if I didn’t know!

It was a long wait but I got a pleasant sales person who is very helpful with questions I had about my very old phone. He did not even suggest that I get an upgrade which made me very happy, even though I probably need one LOL

If I could give this place a zero I would.. We literally just walked out. After waiting for over an hour to get a brand new Samsung 21 and other items, they took 3 different customers in front of my husband and I.We drove all the way from Springfield hoping for better service.Once I told the guy the manager would he hearing from me as he took the third person in the door after us..his response was, okay.Unreal!!Do not go here they could careless about you.Update: We went to the AT&T store down the road at 7032 Hwy 70s and Breyana helped us right away. She was so kind and helpful. It was night and day comparatively, amazing.They get 5+ stars 🌟 I dont feel bad spending 1200+ in the store that treats us decently.

I received outstanding service at this AT&T store. The sales associate who helped me (Kwame) was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was having a problem activating a new phone and he was calming and empathetic. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kwame at AT&T.

I walked into the store today with the lowest of expectations for an actual resolution, as I’ve been trying to get help for almost two years. I was quite honestly mentally prepared to walk out of the store no longer an AT&T customer. Aaron handled my highly sensitive situation with absolute professionalism and most importantly, empathy. I cannot stress this enough, he’s the ONLY reason my faith in AT&T company has been restored. I truly appreciate his transparency and willingness to actually LISTEN while navigating a very uncommon situation. I hope Aaron is recognized for saving a longtime customer and being a nice human in a time where we need more of them. A simple pat on the back just won’t suffice here, Bossman. Brandy was great. The manager was rude and cold. Brandy helped all she could, but the manager wasnt interested in helping at all, despite all of our issues being due to glitches with AT&T, which is forcing us to be stuck in a BOGO minus the GO.

This was the best experience I have ever had with upgrading my family’s cell phones and Apple products! I was able to make an appointment to go into the store - which I highly recommend! Zarilyn was very knowledgeable and asked exactly the right questions to get my tasks completed as quickly as possible. He also advised me about promotional sales and checking on the correct data plan that fit my family’s usage - not just trying to sell me something. Darius was also very helpful in getting me finished up and out the door as quickly as possible. I always dread having to go deal with cell phones and data packages (AT&T store in Green Hills Nashville is the Worst!) so to have pleasant customer service experience was a huge deal! I had a complicated issue going on with my phone, when I walked in the store Darius immediately came to me and begin working on the issue. He had been my sales person for the last couple of times I had been in the store. He took his time trying to figure out how to fix the issue I was having, he did not get in a hurry and try to get me out the door. He had to make numerous phone calls in attempting to work out the issue. He is a real gentleman, your company should be very pleased to have Darius as a part of your team!

Do not go to this store very rude unprofessional attitudes including the manager did not want to break things down properly. The person who helped us stayed gone didnt know what he was talking about never knew his name .we had to leave the store and activate our own phones !!! Never had this experience happen and I will definitely call corporate and also the bbb very bad customer service so if I was you I would stay far away from this store if u need to purchase a phone or a rundown on ur plan!!
