I love Publix. ❤ The selections are the best. The produce is always fresh. The meat and seafood has a great deal of selections. This makes it so much easier to find things to prepare for. Y large family. I just wish the cost per servings was a little cheaper, but you cant have everything. It is lot more satisfying to be able to find quality and to find things that keep my family interested in eating at the house.

Wonderful experience with the Publix bakery on Hwy 100! Shoutout to the amazing, friendly staff at this location. We ordered a sheet cake and complimentary smash cake for my daughters first birthday. The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend ordering for any celebration!

Employees r helpful and pleasant. The b u y one get get 1 d e a l s can save you a ton of money. The great part about the buy-one-get-one if you only take one you still make out youre charged half price. I also love that if you need Deli m e a t s you can drop off your list and Shop while they slice your Meats

Publix employees here are the best, especially the produce section. The fruit and veggies are always outstanding. The deli is the best I’ve experienced. I’ve visited numerous delis at Publix for their subs and this Publix is the best!!!! I have a Publix close to me but will drive an extra 5 mins to visit this one.

Pretty good. I mean, it’s an American supermarket so as long as your expectations are low for variety of meat and veg, you’ll be happy. I like that they have some ready-maid friend chicken options.

Very well organized store. Very clean. Everything is overpriced, and not by a little bit.

This store always has the friendliest staff, best quality bakery and deli products, and rarely runs out of anything. Their sales are great, and they have plenty of variety. What makes them stand out from other groceries is that they almost always bag the groceries for you and offer to walk the groceries out to your car and help you load them.

I think Publix is mostly over-priced and over-rated. Most of what I buy has cheaper options that are either identical or better at Kroger. I believe people have been sold more on the idea of a better shopping experience and they are willing to pay for it.I shop at Publix for 2 reasons: I cant find Brachs Lemon Drops at Kroger any more and they have conveniently packaged vegetables for cooking. That is it; very specific hard candy preference and mis en place laziness.

Very clean and friendly. Sometimes out of common things like Lipton tea and dog training pads.

So I almost forgot to post this. Anyway a couple of weeks ago I was in this Publix looking for orangeflavored Gatorade. There was none on the shelves.I stopped this Publix employee named Barry andasked for help. I think he was really in another department but stopped what he was doing to help me.He checked his hand computer saw there was inventory in the back went out picked up four eight packscame and put them in my cart. Great customer service what a guy !

Very nice employees. Helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and laid out pretty well. Very nice, and fresh produce and fruits. Meats looked very nice also. Only drawback I observed is that the prices semmed to run a tad bit higher than the low cost stores that I frequent.

What is not to love about Publix other than maybe a few higher prices here and there. CLEAN, great customer service, well kept and kind employees. For several generations, KROGER owned the Nashville market. Publx has been the first chain to move in and compete and they have done it without having to match all Krogers prices. They have done it with CLEAN stores filled with great employees. They know how to interview and hire.

10 times better than the Kroger across the street! Very clean but needs to bring back the butcher counter! Beer sales are good

It is a pleasure shopping at this store. The store has very friendly, competent, and helpful employees who are very attentive to their jobs and their customers.

This particular Publix just may be the friendliest grocery store Ive ever shopped at. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful which makes for a pleasurable shopping experience. Ive personally never had an issue with the quality of anything Ive purchased there, and I plan to continue shopping at their Harpeth Village location.

I just love Publix, the staff is so professional and so kind. They go out of their way to help the customers. If I ask where what isle a product is on, they take me there instead of pointing a finger and saying over there. Great Company.

I am a Florida transplant and have grown up and old with Publix, quality and service have been excellent 95% of the time. Only complaint is prices are higher, I understand it took a while for customer service to improve to the Florida levels of excellent. Could be a by product of growth. I would like to see a better quality and variety in the meat departments.

Staff is friendly but when there are more than 3 people in line with full carts, someone needs to open a second register. No one was there to bag groceries until I had bagged most of them myself. If I am going to have to wait 15 minutes to check out and bag my own items, I might as well go to Kroger where it is cheaper.

Whenever I go in (for years now) the people that work there make a point to help me in my shopping experience. From just simple hellos, to small talk, to always being great with my kids, to answering questions, and ordering products for me, Ive not had a better grocery shopping experience anywhere in the world. Which is saying something.

I am normally very satisfied with ALL the Publix I have frequented, so leaving a 1 star review is not done lightly on my part. After purchasing a few hair care products, I found them at a lower price, and decided to return them to Publix, but couldnt locate my reciept! I read online that I could still return it for a gift card, no problem. But once I arrived at this store, not only was the young man at Customer Service rude and unfriendly, which is NOT NORMAL for Publix at all, but the manager wasnt helpful either. They gave me the impression that they would just do a no reciept return, but then begin to question me about what DAY I purchased the items, so they could look up the sale, but he never even bothered!! I told him I was pretty sure that ALL 3 of the items were from to their store, but I guess I didnt sound convincing enough to the manager or something, because then he claimed if I HAD THE RECIEPT, he could look up the sale and trace it!! Huh?!!! If I HAD THE RECIEPT, there would be no need to trace the sale! His reasons for turning me away werent exactly clear, but I definitely got the impression that they were close to closing time, and he planned to discourage me in any way he could. He even suggested as I was leaving I should try returning it at another store, though I purchased it AT THEIR LOCATION. I was frustrated at this point, and felt like this manager perhaps wasnt dealing with a full deck of cards, so rather than argue my point, I just left. I actually felt embarrassed even, as if I was the one making NO SENSE! Now I hear EVERYONE online saying they have never had a problem doing a job reciept return at Publix before!! So why was I turned away and treated like a suspect or something?!!! I believe it was just this particular incompetent manager,and the less than helpful Customer Service employee who were working at the time. Saturday night, July 20th, 2019. 9:30 p.m. Peytonsville Rd near Nashville, TN. Just in case anyone is actually checking the reviews, maybe these gentlemen need to be re-informed of their own policies. Not to mention that young man at Customer Service TRULY doesnt belong dealing with the customers. Hes the OPPOSITE of all the polite and friendly employees Ive always had the pleasure of dealing with in all my years of shopping at Publix, even when moving to a different state. He was the WORST. Sorry young man, but someone needs to say it, or it will never be addressed! :(Hopefully the next loyal customer gets treated a little better at least...
