I used to enjoy shopping at This location until My recent visits. The customer service was always wonderful, you could always find the foods you were looking for, and get in-and-out. Today Elijah made that experience very nice that experience very negative.. When you have products priced incorrectly or placed on the wrong shelf you give the customer the product at shelf price. Thats good customer service!

Great people. Very helpful and friendly. The team thats in the deli are the best. They were short handed and they never allowed down nor complain. From serving got food, making sandwiches, cutting meat/cheese and doing online orders. The two worked as a team always smiling and chatting with customers. This Publix is very nice, and Small. Its very Convenient, being close to the Downtown Area. Its unique from the other Publix locations, because it has a parking garage for customers to park.The store associates are friendly and are willing to help you, with finding an item or purchasing for checkout.The store is Cleaned and Well Organized. This is a Great Store Location,.

I will never step foot into this Publix again! Me and a couple of women were there to use the restroom and to buy wine as we noticed that we were being followed to what appears to be one of the managers. I guess the assumption was that we were going to steal wine and put it in our tiny purse. It was very apparent what this man was doing! This is what happens when you put high end stores in gentrified areas of the city. You will also have people who judge a book by its cover. Im an African American women who is also a real estate investor who doesnt always dress to par that matches my occupation; I guess we didnt look like we belonged there - no surprise. I asked for the manager as I was checking out but he was no where to be found. Being that we were running behind schedule, we didnt have time to wait. Besides, addressing someone who has a preconceived notion of someone is not a matter of training if thats always been their view of certain people, so I just reported it to corporate.Ive been an avid Publix shopper for years and never have I been treated this way until I shopped at this location. This was a casual day for us as we were attending a barbecue at a nearby condo in memory of a friend whos funeral we attended earlier that day. Minorities beware!

Trevor, a kind young gentleman in the deli waited on me Sunday morning. I had a specific order for chicken and explained the reason for it. My brother in the VA hospital in the ICU had requested that. Trevor himself a Veteran, was very busy working but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me fill this request. Thank you Trevor, your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.. also, thank you again for your service! YOU, are a FIVE STAR for certain. Thank you Publix for hiring such caring employees.

The store is too small. Many things are not stocked because of small size. But the employees were great and helpful. The butcher ground pork for me when none was available. When I couldnt find things, every clerk knew where I need to find it.I have seen better in urban settings.

Small but great selection and easy to get in and out. By far better than the Kroger on Charlotte hands down.

I shop at Publix for the quality of meats and produce. I also use the Glacier water refill station regularly and I appreciate the convenience of this location and the parking garage. The store is a bit difficult to navigate if it is crowded but Im usually in and out as quickly as possible. Once I started shopping here it became one of my regular stops!

The employees at this location are truly always outstanding. Multiple times including tonight I’ve gone in pretty late in the evening as they are close to closing and you never feel like you are an inconvenience. They are helpful, always smiling, and that includes everyone from management to the cashiers and courtesy clerks. You truly have a wonderful staff at this location and they deserve to be commended for their efforts and outstanding attitudes. Thank you all!!

This location is awesome and so easy to shop. When I stopped in for morning fruit around 8am, encountered at least 6 friendly employees who greeted me with warm smiles. Although a bit smaller, departments and selection are the same as other Publix stores. Free covered parking is a treasure. Sounds odd...but.. I actually enjoy spending my money here. Publix rocks!

I like this Publix. Its clean, stocked, convenient location with easy in and out. It has all of the basics. That said, if youre looking for specialty items, this is a small supermarket compared to other Publix.

I wasnt happy that they didnt have a sushi bar which was the main reason I went there. But they do have Sue chefs there that will make you the sushi you want. You can order it, go shopping and then stop back by and pick it up.

I appreciate they have a 5 gallon water filler on site.

Small but beautifully designed publix. the parking lot is super cool. their freshly cooked hot meals are 🔥🔥🔥 too. also, I saw the mayor in there once (if you care about that kinda thing) 🤷🏿‍♂️

Very pleasant staff! It may be a smaller store, but I always find everything I need. That includes everything from a yummy birthday cake to a carpet cleaner rental. A+

This is a great little Publix. It was hard to find because there is a lot of construction around it so google maps sent me a way I couldnt go and I had to do a big circle almost to the capitol and then back along a sketchy little road. Its only a few blocks from our hotel, but took about 10 minutes with the big detour.The deli counter guy was so friendly and he understood that half a pound means .5 (youd be surprised how many times I get .75 or .30 from other deli counters. I usually have to say Half a pound, like Zero point Five Zero, but this guy knew his measurements without me explaining half a pound).The cashier was friendly and fast. The lady bagging my groceries offered to carry them to my car (I declined, but thanked her).They have a nice parking garage with tons of spaces and you dont have to get a ticket validated to park there, just pull in and park. Coming from Los Angeles, this made me happy.The store is clean, nicely laid out, and it was easy to find what we needed.

Amazing service! The bakery put so much detail into a cake for my coworker. I had 2 cakes, and one of the bakers actually helped me carry the 2nd cake to my car instead of me having to walk back! The cakes were delicious and there wasnt a single piece left over!

Love Publix and so glad they are showing up in TN. This location is in Midtown so thats convenient but its a small store and hard to navigate if its the least bit crowded. Underground parking with large pillars make it hard to find/fit into a space if you are driving a larger vehicle.

I am a Publix loyalist. And this location has been my community store since I moved to downtown. This location is one of the smallest of the Publix layouts, but is typical for an urban footprint. The parking garage makes the transition of groceries from the store to the car a bit easier. During the year + plus of covid restriction I was impressed with their diligence in keeping carts clean and encouragement of mask wearing! This location will not have every product you want, but they will gladly special order it for you.

This Publix is always filled with the tourist guest of our City downtown Nashville and it does a great job for that purpose it is not a fully stocked grocery and unfortunately sometimes the website provides misinformation of items that they dont even carry definitely should look into cross-referencing the internet and the actual stores otherwise its a good go to and I like the parking garage when its raining

Warm, inviting, and super convenient for those living in the downtown area. As soon as I walked in the door I felt like a King. I was greeted with smiles and genuine care for any help I might need. Checking out was a breeze. The Cashier was faster than me and my groceries were quickly bagged by the Publix employees, even offering to assist me to my car. A pleasant experience to a location at which I will definitely return.

Really love this Publix and its employees. Would give 5 stars, but some products have a small selection, ie, Gevalia coffee not available in 32 count box, Black Box & Bota Box wines not available in single serve packaging.

Amazing! I went here the day after they opened this location and they were still in “Grand Opening” mode. All the staff was incredibly friendly and had a smile on their face. Although this is a smaller Publix, they still had everything I was looking for. This location is incredibly convenient for me and I can’t wait to go back!

Its great the subs are bussing and they have fresh fruit that I can do with my smoothies with. When you come in there Its like a great store to shop be friendly when you come there you just might get a great deal on food. First time seeing a flower that has to have ice cubes once a week Im like what🤯 which is new dont be in a rush they will help you if you need assistance but publix is great store to shop even if youre getting a few things

I had the absolute best experience I have ever had and a grocery store in my entire life today thanks to the incredible employees of this location. I came in off the street needing 12 of their Dutch oven pies to save an event that I was putting together for later in the day. Not only did the bakery manager but the bakery employee went out of their way to help me. And at checkout I had the 2 friendliest employees Ive ever had. I am a customer for life

Great publix. Not the biggest, but enough for the downtown living. Best of all, parking is covered parking. So even during rain, you and your grocery wont get wet.

Being from western New York I am gratefully spoiled by the presence of Wegmans Food Market. In the Nashville area, Publix is a very good options for all of your grocery needs. Service is always friendly, and how can you beat indoor parking downtown in the capitol view area?

It was nice. Felt out of my league in there. Lot of well built/dressed men were in the store. Made me realize it was time to get back in the gym but seriously. I almost felt like I was being catered to. It was a super nice visit.

I know its weird to review a grocery store but I just love shopping at this Publix! Its very clean and organized, even though the store is quite compact/small for this chain. Ordered and paid ahead for subs sandwiches MANY times, always with 100% accuracy and its oh so convenient. All employees Ive encountered are friendly and helpful. Also FREE parking garage. Not even a headache because the spaces are large and tons of spots (unlike some parking garages in Nashville hah!)

One of my favorite grocery stores in Nashville due to the incredible customer service, knowledgeable employees & the store layout. It’s small enough to find what you need quickly, but despite short aisles, it has a wide variety of items. The deli workers are also friendly and helpful. Prices are a tad high, but that comes with high quality. Sale items are also scattered throughout to save some $$.

As someone who works for a grocery delivery service, I have to say, I hate this Publix location with a passion. I understand that its a smaller store, but they dont even carry all of their store brand products including something as basic as orange juice. The staff is as friendly and helpful as at any Publix, but the selection that they offer and the store layout needs to be seriously reevaluated. They have tried to make the layout similar to a full-size Publix, but it just doesnt work for the limited space that they have. The store is always busy so its incredibly cramped. You can forget about social distancing here.
