I have personally looked through all of our records and we have no record of your business at our shop. I understand that you had a horrible experience, but this was not the sign shop that helped you with your magnets. We are requesting for you to remove your negative review and or please contact me directly with any paperwork from our shop showing your order. We would never treat any of our customers in such a manner. We are a multi-culturally diverse shop and we take pride in that.

Great customer service. Quality work. But they take their sweet time.

I went to goodwill to get my aunt some items and ran across the sign first sign since I were put in charge of a business that had been put in my lap I needed a sign or banner that would promote the business. They sent a very nice guy out name Clint that were very nice and patience since I didnt know what I were doing. He ease my mind and calm me down and told me what would with my buget they a God sent and I hope I prosper more and I can use yall for more and bigger things. I always keeps God first and i hope yall do and keep Clint ther he is God sent and a angrl

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They can not follow simple directions. I asked for them to make magnets for my patrol cars. They screwed it up. I wanted yellow words patrol unit they made it in gold. I asked for artwork of a badge, that resembled a shield of homeland security. They made one with dragons in gold like Im guarding something from game of thrones. It was the color scheme and layout was the thing I wanted to take from the homeland security emblem. I understand trademark and copyright laws. It has to be changed by 80%. Ok but that was just a basis to go by. I asked could they change it and I was trying to tell them what I wanted. The lady talked over me. At that point I gave up. They already had my deposit so there was no refunds. I asked anyway since part of the work wasnt done, could I get a refund. They gave me 5 dollars and change. To top it off. I felt a racist vibe. And it was solidified when they didnt even put the money in my hand. They placed it on the counter. I scraped it up. And walked out without even a thank you. I will never do business again with them. They can keep the money. I hope people read this and dont spend a dime there.
