We are not from the area, so I just read reviews. We had 6 days to get the order prepped, approved and printed for 40 different signs. They were very responsive and didnt hesitate to take the job. We were able to get everything set up and printed 3 days before the event. They even delivered the signs to us at our venue. Great customer service, great staff. Very professional and friendly. I worked with David and he was fantastic. He kept in touch with me and updated me with progress. Once the order was delivered, he contacted me to let me know it was delivered. When the event was over, he contacted me to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. If we return and need help again, I wont hesitate to contact them again.

Brianna was very courteous and informative on the phone as well as in person when I came into the store. She answered my questions and provided a reasonable quote. The time she said the product would be ready was on point. The driver that brought the product to our office was also courteous and cordial. Great job!! I will use you again for future needs.

I had a great experience with the employees at this location. I’m very happy with my print job.I received two unprofessional phone calls from employees at another Sir Speedy location. I uploaded a print job to the general website and approved a proof and picked up my print job at the Felts Ave location. I am very surprised at how rude the employees were to me when I never told them a proof was approved. I recommend using the Felts Ave location. They have much more pleasant employees who don’t blame customers for their misunderstandings.

However, this time, I used you when my special-needs sister passed away unexpectedly... although Im no longer employed with that same funeral home, I am a director at another firm in Ashland City, and still wanted to use your services again when my mom requested something unique to be made, because I knew it would be quality work! And yet again, your services did not disappoint! The specialized memorial card that was made was on-point with her name, date of birth and date of death years, along with a picture, her obituary and a special poem! I have only positive things to say about Steve and Pam at Sir Speedy. My company was in a tight bind when our local print shop failed to deliver a satisfactory print catalog for our client.
