WE NEED HELP!!!Had AC unit installed 7/17/2018 by Bruno Air.Wife was pregnant and family was visiting us at the time when our AC failed to cool the house. Bruno used high pressure sales and took advantage of our lack of knowledge in HVAC pricing. We were charged nearly $25,000 for HVAC on our 3 bed 2 bath single family home. We financed the project via PACE (Ygrene). Bruno claimed price was high because we would have no HVAC expenses for 16yrs due to their built in warranty. Air Pros since then bought Bruno and their customer lists after Bruno was sued. On 2/9/2021 Air Pros came to do maintenance check and told us our AC has a leak somewhere. They charged us $650 for leak seal and dye study claiming they don’t honor Bruno’s warranty. So with no options we pay $650 for Air Pros to do leak seal and dye study. Air Pros tells us they will be back in roughly 2-3 days. Air Pros didn’t return to read dye study until over a month later on 3/18/21 since I called them and inquired about their testing and return assessment. Air pros then came on 3/18/21 and told us we have a leak in our line set running between condenser to air handler. They also claim for the first time that the line set was tan incorrectly. Air Pros says it will cost us $3500! They claim they are giving us a military discount and senior citizen discount even though we are neither of those. After hearing that I contact other AC companies and find out my AC didn’t have a permit pulled. The other AC company seems surprised that Bruno didn’t pull a permit especially since we financed the HVAC project via PACE program under Ygrene. So now today on 3/18/21 I’m left trying to figure out how to proceed. We can’t afford a lawyer. We can’t afford to repair the line set. Air Pros is pressuring us to repair immediately telling us our unit warranty could be jeopardized if we don’t fix the line set right away. One of the other AC companies also informed us that Bruno air didn’t file for warranty on our HVAC system. OUR FAMILY NEEDS HELP!!!
Bruno raked us over the coal two years ago. Since then we have had to have numerous techs come out because the house wasn’t cooling and turned out some duct work wasn’t replaced and some wasn’t hooked up properly. Just today our motor went. Had a completely different company come out and it turns out the motor went because Bruno set the system up wrong. Thanks a lot!
Terrible experience with Bruno. Air Conditioning stopped working so I made the call to them. The technician came out and after an hour or so he told me my coil was bad and it would be very expensive to repair. He then started to quote me a whole new ac system ranging from $8000 up to $18,000. I should mention my ac is Carrier and only 8 years old. I told him I could not afford to do that and I was going to get a second opinion. He then began to complain to me about how far he had to drive to get to my house and how late in the day it was. After his whining was done he said they could just replace the coil and that would cost $4000. I told him again that I could not afford that. This is when he made this ridiculous comment, well how much were you expecting to pay? I told him that I was expecting to pay no more that $1200 to repair the system. Now he began to recalculate the repair, amazingly it came out to be $1198. ??? I should have kicked him out of the house right there, but instead I said, fix it then. They did come out and make the repair, though the system has not been working well ever since the repair.Yesterday I had a technician come to take a look to see why my ac cannot maintain temperature. This tech was stoned out of his mind. I dont know what kind of drugs he was on, he could not stop pacing and speed talking. He gave me a diagnoses of my system that was ridiculous once again, I dont even remember what he said because I just wanted him out of my home.I will now be using a much more professional and reputable company.
I made an online appointment last night at 10pm, for today between 8am -10am. Sure enough, 30 minutes before arriving, John called and said he was on his way. But then he said something most unexpected, he said do you need me to pick up anything for you, do you need anything? Well, I have lived here in the area for 2 years and that is the first time anyone has extended that level of customer service to me! Once he arrived, he figured out the problem in a matter of minutes, told me what I could expect as far as cost and gave me 4 options. I had the unit repaired, (even though it needs to be replaced), without hesitation, he went to his truck to retrieve the part and repaired the unit. I also signed up for the yearly maintenance, because i want a professional to keep and eye on my system. John is a true professional and has exceptional customer service skills. The best experience since I moved to Florida! Thank you John! Thank you Bruno Air! I will be recommending you to all my family and friends! I will be enjoying my Labor Day week thank to all of you that made it happen!
We had Bruno come to do the $15 maintenance they advertise. Nothing was wrong with our system we just thought we should have everything cleaned & checked. They told us the entire duct system needed to be replaced & tried to get us to pay them $15,000. They said if we didnt replace it all our system would eventually fail. A day after they were there our AC system stopped working. While they were there THE TECHNICIAN INTENTIONALLY MESSED WITH OUR WIRES CAUSING OUR SYSTEM TO FAIL!!! We called our usual reliable AC company & they easily fixed the wires & our system is fine again. They told us that is what Bruno does. They are a COMPLETE SCAM! Wish I could rate them a 0 because they dont even deserve a 1. BEWARE OF BRUNO!!!
I am the owner of a new Bruno air conditioning system. It was installed in my home by a very professional team of technicians who were able to listen to all my questions and explain anything I was concerned with. I have had this system for almost a year and have been very pleased by the service techs who arrive every six months for a complete check of the system which operates very much to my satisfaction. Doug, the tech who serviced the unit today, was very knowledgeable and efficient. Performed his work and finished in a timely manner. He was able to explain to me all the processes he completed and left me with my mind at ease. Bravo Bruno!
Chris and Felipe were very thorough in their regular maintenance visit for our two year old A/C unit. They cleaned and inspected the unit and suggested a minor repair which they completed.They arrived when they were supposed to, which was surprising since we were their last call of the day. They wore booties on their shoes whenever they entered our home. Both were very polite and they left the area clean.Very pleased with everything Bruno Air has done for us since we got this unit. Highly recommended!
I got my new ac in August 2018. Since that time, my ac had two parts go bad. Bruno came quickly and fixed problems at no charge to me. While there, they changed the filters and did a check up. So far, Ive been very satisfied with the company and its employees
I’ve waited over a year to make this review hoping my experience would improve. In June of 2017 I had Bruno do complete new duct work and a brand new a/c unit. The install was only ok as they took longer than originally told. But that would have been fine if we didn’t continue to have issues with our new unit. In a one year period we have had 8 service calls on a brand new unit with all new duct work. I even purchased additional products after the the original install. At the one year mark I asked three separate times for a manager to call me to discuss what we were going to do after the warranty expires. I didn’t feel I had purchased a reliable unit. At this point I’ve not heard from anyone. Plus I’ve had several friends tell me they wished they had known I called Bruno that they would have stopped me. I will say the service techs are very nice and helpful. Overall worst A/C experience I would run the other way if you’re shopping for new unit.
First off I knew I needed a new AC. With power bills getting into the $600 territory on hot days. The old AC would run 24/7 to try to keep it at 78. So I called these guys out and expected them to tell me the AC needed to be replaced and they did.From there I negotiated a good price. This is how companies work. You get a price, you negotiate, everyone is happy. So yes, theyre a sales and service company and they will try to sell you stuff just like you would find in a furniture store, pool store, car dealership, etc.I have a unit much much better than the stock contractor grade crap they put on new houses these days. I got it for a good price. They installed it in about 6 hours and their staff was very friendly and professional while doing it. Today my power bills are in the $250 - $300 range so the savings were REAL. Thats a year and a half return on investment right there.
Marshall was on time, extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely continue to use Bruno Air and will recommend you to friends. Marshall was awesome and definitely should get recognition for being a great ambassador for your company. He was extremely knowledgeable in the issues that I was having and recommended several solutions. My issue involved replacing my existing A/C unit and I couldnt be happier with the outcome.The technicians that were sent to install my new unit, Roman and Josh were polite, hardworking and went beyond the extra mile. I cant say enough about these guys! Bruno Air and their staff are the best in town!!!
The gentleman that came to look at my ac was totally honest and very upfront! He took his time to explain everything to me and offered me some different options. He was warm, friendly, and very professional! I will definitely be using Bruno air once I save some money to change all of my duct work. I have already recommended Bruno air to several of my friends!!
I was taken advantage of by this companies sales rep and convinced to buy a new unit when our unit was only 3 years old! If i could rate them 0 stars I would. Take the advice you see posted and RUN
We purchased our home in July, and we knew our air conditioner was old. We were not expecting it to go out as soon as it did, we called Bruno Air and they were out the next day. To be honest I was not expecting that being that it was Friday night. They inspected our unit and unfortunately it needed to be replaced, they gave us several options on air-conditioners and how to pay for. We were able to decide on a unit, and they were able to install it on Monday. They did loan us a window unit to help with the heat until we had one installed. I would recommend Bruno Air to anyone.
Very bad company and service I had a working system that seemed to work fine and was convinced that it would save me about 60 bucks each month with a new AC system and after them ripping my old AC system out and putting the new one in Ive had 7 people and technicians out to fix the installation and the system going off and not working in only 1 month of having it installed and the last time I called as an emergency no one ever called me back after 3 messages with my name number and address and issue left on the messages. I have a 2 yr old and a 2 month old baby to take care of and keep cool also so its extremely frustrating that this is not being resolved or taken care of.
This was our first experience with Bruno Air. I called them after listening to their radio broadcast a few days ago. The discussion there made a lot of sense. Clint, the technician who arrived was cordial, professional, direct, thorough, and efficient. He helped us understand the condition of our system, identified several needs and proceeded to install one of them and left us with pricing on the other. He gave us the impression that his job is to satisfy customers, which he did well. I recommend Bruno Air.
My tech was very pleasant and respected my home and put on those blue covers on his shoes. He also showed me the part that needed repair. And being a conscientious consumer I wanted to see the area being repaired. Matt had no problem showing me the affected area and explain what he was doing. That made me more secure about the repair being done and he wasnt just charging me for something that didnt need to be fixed . Being a woman I have before been charged by a plumbing company for a part which they never replaced. From that time, I try to make sure that Im getting the part being charged and I want to see whats being done. Matt was very good about explaining everything and I felt he was doing a super job
These guys are amazing. Everyone was polite and on time and answered any and all questions me and my wife had. We were definitely happy to have them install are new ac and we are loving it. If your down for n money but cant take the heat and can make payments they have a financing department which we used and are really grateful because Brunos guys explained and with through the application process right there in our home. Thanks guys

Bruno Air has set the Bar high as far as Customer Service goes....They quickly came out and replaced our unit in the same day at a reasonable price. Bruno is Lucky to have Jorge Ayala on there team. Was given their name by the factory, Nu Tone, our A/C unit. Big mistake. Only reason I gave them two stars is because they didnt charge for the estimate. Unbelievable experience! Had my unit checked out by two other companies and the Bruno estimate was over twice what the highest other estimate was. And when I showed the tech the paperwork from the other quotes, he gave me the following reasons; Were the best, and we only put in all new Freon. You dont change your cars oil and filter and put in the old oil again. OMG, night and day difference. Freon has nothing to do with lubricating cylinder walls or piston rings. What a crook; our system holds form 10 to 12 lbs of Freon which is $32.00 to $34.00 per lb. What a crooked outfit. Had my system repaired and pump in the old Freon into the condenser, replace the evaporator coil, and pump the Freon back into both systems, Working great for the past month, even cycles less than before much more efficient now. Cant say enough about the people posting how satisfied they are with this company, who obviously dont know A/C systems. Like the Emperors Clothes; they wouldnt admit it now if they choked on it cause they got skunked, too ...

Surprisingly honest! Ive delt with more then a few a/c maintenance/repair men and I was very pleased. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention he came out right after a hurricane! Brandon did a great job. I would recommend him and Bruno Air to anyone.
Nick came out to the house to inspect the ac unit soon after I called Bruno airA large oak tree had fallen on it during hurricane IrmaThe house was rather warm with a senior inside, Nick was professional and extremely patient explaining the damage and our options. Follow up email of the inspection was very prompt. With payment and finance options available to us. Something needed to be done fast it was getting hotter by the hour.The following day the installer Gustavo installed the new Bruno ac unit. Friendly Polite and courteous throughout the entire day working alone due to the high demand in work due to Hurricane Irma . He worked to replace the unit till 11:10 pm in a home registering 88 degrees, Id say thatHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! He then patiently explained the ac unit the thermostat the drain system with the 2 sensors the owners manual.Gustavo is a great employee to have on your Bruno staff!Nick and Gustavo from Bruno air made a stressful situation easy to handle. The ac unit worked quickly to cool down a very hot home.Thank you Bruno Air
A young man named Robert Barron came out to my home on an emergency call Saturday night and I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism! He stayed until everything was running efficiently and gave me his card and assured me that if I ever needed to call or for him to return he would be there for me! After getting the runaround from 2 companies and not getting even the estimates back from a third one, not even the courtesy call-back, I remembered about Bruno and decided to reach out and they were able to speak clearly and without b/s. Today I have a new A/c unit with warranty and service and I fee confident I will be take care of in the future. Everyone I came in contact with since Monday afternoon and Friday when the unit was installed, were incredibly professional and valued their job and reputation. Not sure what Bruno did to these people but keep treating them well and they will continue to do the beat job out there and take pride in it!
First, Bruno Air Conditioning was very prompt in sending a Lead Tech by the name of Wayne. He completed a very comprehensive evaluation of our 30 year old home A/C, air handler, and duct work. Wayne was very professional and obviously very competent. Long story short, it turned into a 2 day job in which everything A/C related was replaced. Bruno Air sent 2 professionals to complete the job (BRUCE and Daryane). I cant say enough positive comments about these 2 hard working and professional men. They worked their tails off, in the heat, and they did a great great job. They went above and beyond to ensure we had A/C running after the first night - which they did not have to do. Nothing but praise for these men. They did a great job and they communicated effectively throughout the process. I am glad we chose Bruno Air and would surely recommend them to friends, family, and others. Thank you Bruno, you hired some great professionals and our home is now very comfortable thanks to the hard work of your professionals.
I highly recommend this company. I called with a plumbing leak last night and true to their word a wonderful plumber named Rick called thirty mins before schedule. He did a excellent job in a timely manner. Well spoken, well groomed. All around I would call this company again. 5 stars .
I am one to never write a review, but I always look at the reviews before anything. Bruno Air was quick and affordable. I got off of work just to come home and have no AC!! I called to have someone sent out to have it fixed. (However they did take an hour to arrive due to having one service call in front of me.) Tim the service technician called before arriving. Explained to me and my husband (Who I had to call at work) everything that was going on and very professional!! Thanks to great customer service we will be a returning customer!!! I hope this review will help someone out!! :)
Casey was our Tech. He was very professional and kind. He can look you in the eyes and talk well. He explained everything to me and any questions I had he was able to give me answers.I was happy that Mr Bruno was a man of his word in that during the radio promotion he said the tech would come in and wear the booties, he did. No high pressure sales even when there were things that were obviously wrong in my unit. Casey was upfront with the information. He completed all the inspections that the Mr Bruno said he would do on his radio promotion. in fact, he gave me the maintenance plan less the cost of the inspection for today. it was a great deal. all in all, I would recommend this company to all. Casey did a fine job! Clean cut and well groomed!
Bruno total home installed a major AC system in our home. Any issues we had they always responded in a quick and timely manner. All of their workers are extremely polite and knowledgeable. I normally dont write reviews, but it seems hard to find good genuine workers nowadays. Great company! Highly recommend!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional are some things that come to mind right away. Gave us numerous options for service which lead us to make an informed decision. Rolando was a pleasure to work and Im glad I did my homework and decided to go with Bruno!On a follow up service call Marshall came fast and was very helpful. He thoroughly explained what was going on and left me empowered to trouble shoot certain issues in the future. Have a newborn so the 24/7 service was terrific.
Daniel came out on a football Sunday with a smile of determination. He was friendly and accommodating; listened to me explain how this unit was 1.5 years new and Id been having problems about every three months which had me calling Bruno every time. He went right to work trying to diagnose the issue. In no time he pinpointed the cause, corrected it, and then best of all educated me on how I can prevent this next time saving me $$$. A good guy who does his job well!
Bruno Air saved us, literally! We purchased our home and found that our home inspector dropped the ball on our air/heating unit and system. When we decided to get the ducts clean since they were horrid from the past owners smoking, 5 cats and never cleaning as the air quality was awful. Jerry and Ryan were the first professionals that came out. They were amazing, professional, knowledgeable because it was that day our air went up, furthermore this faulty unit could have caused a fire while turning on the heat. Calmly, thoughtfully and with compassion they explained what they needed to do and made the calls. The next day they crew was out by 8am, introduced themselves as Carlos and Steve. They worked hard and was very professional, knowledgeable and truly cared what they were doing for us! Louis Bruno even called himself to make sure all was ok. We will be using them for all our service needs, including our new electrical panel! Love these guys! Joe and Sheila.
Telephoned Bruno Air this morning as we had no air conditioning. Josh was herea few hours later, and was able to repair issue. He was very thorough in his explanation of what had happened and what needed to be done. Lloyd came for our annual check-up on 3/10/16, prepared and anxious toexplain all the great things happening at his company.He went over all the things he would inspect and explained step by step what there function meant to the overall system.At the conclusion of his inspection he presented me with a detailed report and we both discussed a plan for the coming months.I was very impressed with his knowledge of the AC system and would recommend Bruno Air Conditioning to all my friends and family members.Lloyd is in my opinion a great asset to Bruno Air Conditioning Company.
I called BRUNO Air conditioning on Saturday and they immediately scheduled an appointment for Monday to look at and evaluate the condition of my pool heater. Steven Charles their technician arrived promptly as promised. He completed a diagnosis of all my equipment related to the pool heater. Before departing he gave me detailed estimate of the problem and repair cost. Personally, thats what I value; prompt and exceptional customer service with no hidden agenda. Their response and follow-up was right on track. I will not hesitate to call BRUNO A.C. and I strongly recommend their service to others. I had a great service appointment with Brandon Murphy in May 2017. My AC was beyond repair and with my price range in mind, he helped me make a decision about a new AC that would fit our needs. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend him for service appointments.
Marshall did a great job evaluating our AC unit and air handler. He recommended several actions including cleaning the air handler which went from a dusty closet to a shiny clean machine! He was on-time, polite and thorough and did not leave a speck of dust behind. We had a recommendation from a friend and can earnestly endorse Bruno AC and Marshall. Glad they will be here for us on an ongoing basis.
I contacted Bruno from a advertisement about a $29.99 maintenance service. They explained that they do more than all the others, and that customer service is their priority. A day before my appointment I got a call that the technician had a family matter and they needed to reschedule, plus they would take a 20% off the service. Understandable, so setup a time for a week later. Got a second call the day before that the technician was still out and could we reschedule, now the took 50% off. So I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. This time I called a couple days ahead of time to confirm the technician was back on the job, they confirmed. They even called me the day before to reconfirm. Then the morning of my FORTH reschedule they say they cannot make it due to an emergency call. I sure hope the work they do it worth it, but they have a huge mountain to climb to earn my loyalty.
When I called BRUNO Air Conditioning I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and knowledge the technician had. He was kind and understanding and made my wife and I very comfortable! He put our minds at ease! If this is any indication of the service that will follow we will be elated !
Darren called to let us know he was on the way. When he got here he explained what he was going to do and got right to work. He more than met my expectations of what an inspection should be. He proved to be very knowledgeable of his profession and left my unit in a much better condition. He should be commended for his professionalism.
Doug B. came out and did an extremely thorough job to determine the root cause of what was causing my air handler to leak all over the hallway floor. I appreciated his thoroughness, patience, and attention to detail. He was able to solve the problem and implement a preventative solution to keep it from happening again in the future. Great job!
I had my 6 month service today. As usual, Darren was on time and did his usual inspection. We had a long conversation after he finished. Fortunately, I had NO urgent problems that existed that had to be corrected.Darren is an exemplary service technician, explaining everything in common language.I am so glad that I am able to request Darren as my service tech for each service check up.Sincerely, June Bailey1/19/2017
What can I say , I give 5 stars , would give more if I could. Very happy with the service Ryan provided. Gave us tips to use and was very neat. What a scam, the owner states on his radio commercial that the coil cleaning is part of the home service its NOT, theres an extra charge, Now, I have been a Bruno customer for 3 years, I did business with them because of Alex, for the most part Ive been ok with their service until yesterday. My unit was due for its 6 month service the tech showed up started doing his thing then he called his field rep. This is where the fun starts, the field rep is the Closer of the team, they spent more time trying to get me to replace my duct work in the attic and putting it on my tax bill than doing the service, The Closer stated that I could do 50 dollars a month on my tax bill for 20 years, quick math thats 12K for a 5K job, when that didnt work they went o the UV light told me it needs to be replaced once a year, $950 the light was still working, Please, Please be aware Stay away from Bruno Air, oh wait its Bruno Home Services Now, why did they have to change their name under the same owner???
I bought and AC unit less than two years ago by Bruno. They sold me a York unit which they said it was specially built for Florida heat. It is now broken and they trying to charge me for the warranty parts!!! This all started happening when they did their complimentary service before that there was nothing wrong. The technician told me that we needed new ducts at $20,000- $10,000 (yes two of their techs and two different prices) or they won’t fix my AC. I had to call other companies for another estimate and both told me I did not need the ducts replaced. My business is now going to Temperature Control they have been great to me.I put one star for Bruno though it really is no stars for crooks
The service person who came to my home was so patient and understanding!! I can not say enough about him. It took some time and energy to explain everything to me and show me the options and then lots of work to get it all approved. Just an incredible person. Thank you so much Dustin!!
I received great service with this company. The A/C installers were professional, polite and very neat. All carpeting was covered and upon finishing the job, any mess was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company for all A/C needs.
Edgar and Julio did an outstanding job. They showed up on time and were both very presentable and professional. I did not know they were even here while they were working because they made it a point to not be in the way seeing that we are a retail shop and customers were in and out the entire time they were here. After completing the install, they walked me through everything that they had done and then showed me how to use the new hi tech Nest thermostat. Anyone, business or residential, I will always recommend Bruno air and their team because they are simply the best.
Josh came out to do our semi-annual maintenance service and he noted that biological sterilizer had to be moved to a different area as a result of the addition of a media filter that had been recently added to our system. Despite this taking a significant additional work on his part Josh stayed to make sure our entire system was operating properly. As this is our vacation home, we rely on Josh to ensure that our system will operate properly in our absence and be ready for us when we return. This is why we always ask for Josh to perform all of our maintenance and repair service.
Robert was a hard working , courteous technician for Bruno who didnt BS me into buying unwanted services like the rest of he AC companies we have dealt with in Fort Myers.We got a great service experience for a fair price.Robert worked hard and was knowledgeable .Thats about as good as it gets in Florida.
Scheduled my semi annual tune up and had the pleasure of having Alex as the technician. Alex phoned ahead of his arrival (15 minutes early). He introduced himself and discussed what the visit would entail. Alex was a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and informative. While here, I asked Alex about adding compressor and lightning protection on the system. Again, he was knowledgeable of the protective systems and explained the operation of each (in lay mans terms). I was convinced that here in SW Florida these items are critical to protect my unit from the hazards of lighting. I would highly recommend Alex and Bruno A/C for your air conditioning service.

They accommodated me today when I had to push back my appointment time because my baby took her nap later than I anticipated and I didnt want the noise to wake her since our a/c unit is right next to her room. Our technician, Brandon Murray, arrived at just the right time after she woke up and serviced our unit, offering helpful advice on future necessities and present concerns. I would recommend them to everyone.

After 11 years of having no regular maintenance to my air conditioning unit, I called to schedule appointment for a service evaluation and cleaning. When my unit was open, my air handler system looked overgrown with mold and corrosion. The technician who came to my house, Marshall, was nothing less than very professional and courteous. I toyed with the idea of having it cleaned but decided since the unit was 10 years old and had very poor efficiency that I would buy a new unit. So that day I settled on a unit and hoped that I could have it installed within the next couple of weeks. Much to my surprise I had it installed the very next day. The morning of the install I was giving a courtesy call by a man named Celvin, who informed me that he would be to my house in 30 minutes to start my installation process. Very shortly after he arrived I was professionally greeted by Roman, and Tyler. The install began about 9 oclock in the morning and actually lasted until right after midnight. These men were very professional and dedicated to their work and getting their job complete. After the install was complete there was some question as to a wiring issue which was taken care of promptly in the morning by Brad. Im not sure that I could be happier with the process of the installation of my new system. My house is cold, my air is clean and crisp. I will recommend Bruno air conditioning to my friends and Neighbors. Thank you - Bruno air for your competence and dedication.

Bruno sent Shane to remedy an issue we were having with the AC. He called prior to arriving, arrived on time and was courteous throughout his service visit. He changed out our thermostat quickly, went into the attic and cleaned out the drain line and then checked on the outside unit. He was efficient and explained everything he was able to do. The issue we were having was on 3 different occasions the temp rose above where it was set. We would have to shut off the AC for 10-15 minutes then turn back on. The work Shane did today should take care of the problem. Thank you for the good service.
Edgar was the installer on my new A/C unit. He arrived on time with all the necessary equipment needed. He was very professional, polite, and respectful. He and a helper worked the entire day to ensure my system was installed properly and working efficiently. I had quite a few questions which they took time out to answer completely. I must say Edgar and Bruno A/C certainly lived up to there reputation of total satisfaction. I believe the cost and installation of my new unit was competitively price for a premium product. I highly recommend using Bruno A/C, and hopefully you will get Edgar as your service installer.

We had both of our A/C units replaced and installed by a Bruno A/C team and I must commend them on their professionalism in getting both units installed with some new duct work in a timely manner. We went with the TRANE system and are very happy with the new system. I cant say enough about all of the guys that were here, (about 6 of them) doing the job that could have taken a few days to complete and they completed the job in a whole day of work. Just had a complete brand new AC unit installed for $7,500 + less then a month ago. Tonight it stopped working and got very hot inside the house. Made a call to Bruno Air and spoke with Amanda who told me no one could come out and look at it, as no one was available and that there was nothing she could do. Now mind you it is 93 degrees outside with extreme humidity. Amanda then stated that someone could come tomorrow but she could not tell me a time. There website states they are 24/7, as I thought every AC company was, especially living in SW Florida, but I guess not. Very disappointing after spending this kind of money less than a month ago!
STEPHEN the Technician was very serious about his job. He was thorough and discovered a couple of items that were outstanding from the installation date of my HVAC and Coil units, and so they were fixed at no cost to me. The suggestions he made to maintain the performance of my equipment were both helpful and not out of order. His communication skills were excellent and he went about his task swiftly and efficiently. I believe employees like STEPHEN would benefit from more empowerment to make decisions, but obviously within the remit of the Companys objectives and taking into consideration the clients satisfaction.

Had our regular service of the complete AC system by Dustin B. He was very thorough and did a great job. He pointed out all the failing points of our older system. Although we may have been able to get one more year out of it, he explained how much more efficient the newer systems were and the parts and labor warranty on the new unit, opted to not chance it and buy a whole new system. I am a real stickler for people who I hire for different services requiring a high level of education, articulation of product / service and integrity. Having not met Marshall until this morning, I was not pleased with the cost that will be required to repair / replace an older air conditioned system that is located in my residence. After much discussion with Marshall, I was able to gain a much better understanding of the repair process that will be required to make the present inadequate air conditioning system a more energy efficient system that should last for many more years. Few technicians would have the tenacity and experience for providing his clear explanation; as well as, other options based on costs.

Bruno air conditioning did a wonderful job arriving less then 4 hours after I called them. Adam Wilmet was our service technician. He called when he was 15 minutes away, was very knowledgeable, explained to me exactly what was wrong and was very friendly! I appreciate all his help! Will definitely be using Bruno air conditioning/Adam again to service our AC.
Cristobal was the technician who came to perform semiannual service on our A/C system. He gave us details of everything that was checked on our system, noted things that may need attention in the future. Chris is a great communicator and an asset to Bruno Air Conditioning. Weve been using this company for three years and our experience has been been great.

Pete was the technician that initially came to do our inspection. Turns out that our unit needed attention and eventually we opted to get a new unit after Pete thoroughly explained the pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Admittedly, we did have a scheduling issue but I spoke with Melody who made me feel like my concerns were valid and she immediately got us in touch with Donald, the technician supervisor, who assured us that the schedule would be worked out to our satisfaction. We are now the proud owners of a new and cool AC unit, but the coolest thing was the team of exceptional professionals that assisted us with the process from beginning to end. As of now, almost a year since we got a new AC unit Bruno air has been doing a good job keeping our AC unit running nice and cool. The tech that last came to do a 6 month service did an awesome job. Had a yearly maintenance check-up today on 2 Lennox units. Robert Vaughn was the tech. He did a thorough job of cleaning and testing. Spent about an hour on each. Very polite and professional. The back office on the other hand, not so much. We had scheduled this appointment about a month ago for a first call at 9am. Not a 9-12 window. Its in the notes. At 9:45 I called to see where my service tech was and was told sorry we diverted him for another call, hell be there soon. Soon=11:00. Never got a call to tell me this, had to cancel my later plans. I called again later to complain and was told the supervisor was in a meeting and would get back to me to make things right. Got a call from their customer service supervisor. He was very understanding and admitted their mistake and apologized profusely. Made me a nice accommodation for future maintenance.
I own 2 condos. The first AC unit failed and I was told the cost of repair made complete renewal of the system the economically sensible decision. The AC system in my other condo failed a few months later and the repair cost quoted was again very high ($3,500) and it seemed like it would be sensible to replace the whole system at $5000. However, this time I got a second opinion and the AC was up and working by another company for just $150. That was 6 months ago and I still do not have a problem with this AC unit.
Ive had service with this company for 2 years, with semiannual service visits. Im very pleased. The service contract fee is cheap, and comforting, especially for a snowbird. The service crews have been very professional, friendly, and courteous. They take care of my equipment at a reasonable price, and dont try to upsell. Recommended.

Steve S came to our house to do a precision tune-up. After getting started our system was to far gone to be fixed. Steve explained and showed my wife everything that was wrong with our existing system. Extremely thorough explaining the deficiencies. John H came by a few days later to give us a price of a new system. Again, he took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with the system. I never felt pushed or badgered into a new system. He explained some of the items that never had been done when the original system was installed. He gave options on 4 different systems and the benefits and value of each as well as some items that would extend the life of the new system.The new system was installed by Lelan B. and Anderson P. Both installers were extremely competent and knowledgeable. Both were extremely professional and careful in regards to the house.I highly recommend the Air Genie company for service and installation. They did what they said they were going to do at a price that is very fair. They are very honest and courteous.

Stephen Charles was knowledgeable, curtious and friendly. He explained his approach to resolving the issue and systematically worked toward that end. Besides resolving the immediate issue, he explained and showed me things I can do to extend the life of my air-conditioning investment. I will ask for Stephen by name for any routine or unscheduled maintenance, the latter of which I dont expect to have much of.
Darren was great! We had new unit put in 6 months ago. Not only did he check it out and clean it, but he also connected the heat which hadnt been done. It was also very loud, and he turned the fan down a little and we dont have to turn the TV up when the air comes on now. We are very happy with Darren!
Daniel came for our 1st maintenance visit and said we needed a new condenser coil as there was a Freon leak. He was very knowledgeable and assured us that he would have a tech here by the next business day. The tech showed up and repaired the issue. Danial also make sure all of our warranties were noted and transferred to Bruno Air. This repair was covered under our warranty. Thank you Daniel
Yesterday our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree day. Josh was our service technician and arrived at 7pm. He had completed resolved the issue (power surge destroying several key elements) and our house was back cooling again by 9pm.I want to praise Josh for his patience, easy going manner, kindness and awareness of my pets, knowledge on the air conditioner and education on what we could do to extend the life of our unit. I was impressed that Josh did not rush through the job despite the late time on a Saturday night compounded with the fact that our home was a minimum of at least 40 minutes from his home. I can say for certain that Josh left our in better shape than he found it taking the extra steps to neaten our wires in our main unit.

Bruno was able to do a job that required more expertise than others (installing a new A/C line through the attic of 3 condo units with firewalls between). They went above and beyond in this job...one of the condos that needed access was vacated and moldy, and while it was waiting to be decontaminated, they recharged by 90 year old Aunts leaky line every few days at no charge. They took care of her, instead of taking advantage of her, as the previous A/C company did. Bruno is honest and reputable, and thats what I look for in this industry. I highly recommend them.
Had a quote for duct work and they were thousands above 3 other quotes.Had service call and tech wrote system is cooling and draining at this time. OK thats fine.Also wrote system is old and very susceptible to break down. OK thats a good sales term. But then writes There is no doubt that system replacement is coming in the near future. REALLY! Opinions should not be stated on a invoice!!!If you are looking for a sales pro and to over pay then hire them. Looking for quality technicians and no sales jargon shop somewhere else.
Needed a new hot water heater (determined Friday evening) and Bruno Air schedule this additional need on Sat. Not many businesses work on Sat. any more. The technician, Barry, was great! He waited on me to get home to meet, then worked very hard to get me back in service, even with the obstacles he faced, he kept his cheerful and professional attitude.
