Good store, very clean and it is always fully stocked with products I purchase. Great selection of ready made meals. However they need another location in this area. Naples is a growing area and they should consider building in the Eastern part of Collier county, which is where the growth is. The parking lot is almost always filled., and there are always lines waiting to get in and in the check out. The staff does however move everything along quickly.

Im a fan... bulk buying saves money. The store is huge, plenty of parking. They have great selections of everything I need.

Shopping was just fine until at the register I was approached by a sales associate to upgrade my membership. I patiently let him explain the benefits and politely refused as its not a good fit for me. He continued to explain why I should upgrade, again I said no. As Im leaving once again he continued to persist to the point my husband came over and I just walked away. If a customer gives you the courtesy of listening, you should do the same when they say no thank you Im not interested. I think I know what suits me and what does not better than you.

Standard Costco store that is always busy. The optometry sales staff were very busy and not as polite or caring as the normal Costco. They made no satisfactory effort to solve my newly purchased glasses issue.

Tire service department is always efficient and expeditious. I have had five cars converted from Air to nitrogen and I have had zero issues with any of my vehicles. The 12 or $13 that you spent have all four tires done its definitely worth it and a good and safe investment for your car as well as yourself and your family

The more I shop here the more I realize its not worth it. Never find the hole grocery list, never have options for different flavors unless its coffee (example grits & oatmeal), spend too much on large quantities then if you didnt like the product its a waist, no one to help in the store around ever! over crowded and parking sucks. I never use the gas station because its always full dont believe its top tier fuel anyway.I definitely dont feel its worth the membership at all maybe a small store owner or restaurant owner may benefit more than a single family home will.

Best place to get wine. Good selection, best prices. Bulk paper products best ever. Excellent prepared foods but you have to have a big group or a big freezer. We always spend too much. Lol

Costco is 5 out of 5 stars... not sure where I would begin! Tremendous return policy, super quality products, fast checkouts, home of the 1.50 hot dog AND soda combo, clean, well-run. Committed employees that will find what you need. I dont even think twice about buying at Costco since I know the products have been vetted to the point that if it did not live up to Costcos quality control, they would remove the vendor immediately. They stand behind every single product they sell and are worth every penny of its membership.

Great deals , hours are a bit tight it get crowded with people cutting lines , driving crazy by the main entrance , especially when the Snow bird zombies are in town .

I called there 8/31/22Asked a question about a table that Costco was selling. Wanted to know if they had any left in their Naples location,. The guy that answered the phone and my question just said there were none left, and hung up. Rude was the first thing that came to mind. Then called Ft. Myers store and they said they were out as well but by September 2nd there would be more coming in. They were so nice and Naples was rude.

I had a legitimate damage claim against Costco and was warned to get a lawyer. . . youll never get your money. Instead, I went to the Naples Blvd. store manager and learned that the product was made in Spain but theyd begin processing my claim. It took time, due to multiple insurance companies, but I received full reimbursement just this week. Im totally satisfied.

The prime strip steaks are wonderful. Most other meat is good. Got some rotten cod but they told me to come in next time and they would credit my account.Edit: They gave me full credit for the bad fish and have still been enjoying the good quality meat.

This message is for the management of Costco Naples, FL. The man who was checking receipts at the exit this morning (between 9:30 am & 10:30 am on July 12, 2021) needs professionalism training again. (He was the only person checking receipts there this morning. He was wearing a polo shirt with a Boston Red Sox logo.) He knocked over the food that I purchased at the Costco cafe/cafeteria - a slice of pizza and chicken bake - while he was moving items in our cart. The food would have fallen on the floor had my wife not quickly reacted and caught it before it touched the ground. What was his reaction?... Not Im sorry. I apologize. It was an unremorseful response of I have to count the items.Yes, you have to count the items but you can also apologize for almost knocking the food I was about to eat onto the floor.I thought about going back in and reporting the incident to management at the time, but I will leave this review instead.Beware of unprofessional conduct of this employee at Costco Naples. Again, he needs to take some professionalism 101 classes again.

Horrible customer service by many of the staff. they talk back rudely often. they seem too secure in their position to make sure to be hospitable to members. it seems like a “take it or don’t shop here” attitude.

Be aware of the rule, if you are below 60year old ,you are not allowed enter to shopping before 9.45 am. Such a weird regulation from the management. There was a mother with two babies who not allowed to enter at 9am and she was so upset because she has to work. They should be updating their info on Google or big sign on the board or something. So in the end we just go to Publix instead! Membership is useless! Horrible experience

We already had a Sams membership. My husband has wanted Costco for some time now. It is his birthday soon so we got it as a gift for him and we have enjoyed it throughly. They have lots of sample tables out. That would be my only complaint. One lady was very rude to my husband at the one table and it was a complete turn off and I actually had the stuff in our cart and didnt buy it because of her rudeness. Not that it matters to you but it made me feel better. Otherwise all the other stuff were amazing and so very helpful for us both. Lots of stuff is cheaper with more product than Sams as well. That is exciting for us.

They should change the hours on google. They don’t let you in before 10 am. Rude people at the door who are not happy to be there.Tey didn’t let us in with my 6 year old till I talked to manager!.People have plans people have life. I wasted my time to write this review but maybe people read and don’t go early and waste their time. Update your hours!!

Should have known better to shop on Friday, while the aisles were crowded, check out was a breeze and that is much appreciated. Love the diversity of product. Meats looked great, one thing I couldnt find (which surprised me) was a vegetable platter. Also liked the assortment of shorts.Another shopping trip to Costco today. Since they look at your membership card upon entering their store they need to start looking at documentation for support animals. The vests for dogs are not always valid as they can be bought on line and some people take advantage claiming their dogs are support animals, when in fact, they are not. Checking for valid documentation at the door, would curtail those who are taking advantage. This particular animal peed right in the middle of the aisle. Gross experience for a shopper in a food store.

Costco is a great place to do your grocery shopping and extras. Their meats are Prime quality The staff is always friendly and courteous. They carry a coffee which we really enjoy. Does anyone actually enjoy shopping at Costco?There are some good deals - the chicken, bread etc - but honestly, the whole experience is an exercise in how NOT to treat customers, let alone supposed members.I especially appreciate having to line up (yet again) to be examined on the way out as if every single customer (member) is a shoplifter.It says a lot about how Costco regard their members.You wouldnt put up with being treated as a thief every visit to Target or Publix so why put up with it at Costco just to get a $4.99 chicken?

I love Costco, but its always packed with a backward parking lot system with cars coming from all directions. Someone backed into my car and Costo wouldnt let me see the cameras to see who hit my car.

Much better since the snowbirds are gone! Not one person ran into me with their cart!

Standard Costco store. The workers seem like they hate being there even though Costco is allegedly one of the best places to work. There are some good deals on produce and other things. Its definitely worth the price of membership for us!

Larger Costco with better selection than some smaller ones. Tire dept is backed up one week on appointments but prompt when you have one. Not too crowded using the holidays. Overall good as expected experience.

They had paper towls in stock which in these days is huge along with toilet tissue. Sams here is always out. Great selection of items but beware its a mad house in there people all over the place and no respect for the right or left side of the aisle just a free for all with no order. So bring your patience. Lines are long hoping they add a scan and go feature soon in the app to pay on the phone and bypass the line. They will get 5 stars then.

Cant beat the combination of quality and cost. Try to go during the week when a million people arent there.

Been a Costco member for years. Ive always found they carry a good variety of quality products without overwhelming you with too many choices. Of course with Covid-19, I greatly appreciate the various steps they take to keep people safe including hand sanitizer stations, barriers, and requiring masks. Even when certain things were in short supply because of the pandemic, I never felt like I couldnt get what I needed for my family. Overall as long as Costco keeps doing what theyve always done, Ill likely be a Costco member for life.

Terrible no riding carts available for the handicapped who need one to get around.Left the store in disgust w/out even trying to purchase anythingCMON Costco get your act together & purchase some new (or more) riding carts before season settles in. God only knows things arent going to get any better when the snowbirds arrive.

Love Costco. My go-to place for grocery especially steaks, and wine. This location also carry pre-cooked roasted duck, Korean Kimchi and seaweed salad. If only they would bring back Krusteaz pancake mix instead of the keto mix, it would be my truly one-stop shop.

This is the busiest and craziest Costco parking lot ever. Inside, the Costco of Naples crew handles an unbelievable size of crowds every day of every season-October through May seamlessly and efficiently!(After season pictured)

Wall to Wall people as usual. Got through pretty quickly despite the amount of humanity packed into the building though. I like the gulf coast one better, but not by much.

Costco has it all, both the Naples and the Town Center stores.

Prime grade steaks lately are being cut or trimmed with a lot of excess fat, much more so than in the recent past...not good! At $15.99 per pound for ny strip or $19.99 for rib-eyes, the increase in amount of excess fat is basically a veiled price increase, be more transparent about your intent to boost your profits! The pictures show three quarters of a pound of fat and gristle cut off on a 4 pound package of ny strip steaks or nearly a 20% increase in the net cost per pound...even if you like more fat on your steaks, it still probably represents a double digit price increase.

Live in Naples almost 30 years and loved the store WHEN it opened. Its just outgrown itself. We used to love their AMEX card and like everyone ended up with thier VISA. We bought a cell signal booster on it and returned it. It took 2 months for VISA to sort out the refund. AMEX it would be a few weeks tops. COSTO refered a local air conditioner company for our install. It was a distaster from beginning and still hasnt ended as slime build up on the coils. COSTCO hasnt had much to say about it, but theyre happy getting that kick back from the AC company.

We LOVE Costco!During this terrible COVID virus in Florida they are not counting the number of people entering/exiting the store (ironically, Home Goods, TJMax and Marshalls does).What we saw today at checkout was an attempt to get you out the door as fast as they could. They have 2 handlers for the food in your basket. One is the checkout person/register ringer, the other wears the same pair of gloves used on EVERYONE elses food in the cart(s). UGH!Maybe its because I was an R.N. for 40 years, but this is a major infection control nightmare!Next time its two separate carts, and a self check out for us!!!
