My go-to store for groceries and other things. I also understand hard to keep shelves stocked at this time. That is my only complaint is shelves are empty of things that I need. Hopefully that will change in the near future.

Employees dont even what to help you when you ask for assistance. My reply was I dont know... I dont work in the are. Can you call someone that can help me out... Reply No someone should be over there....Thank A lot punk kid in electronics....to much to ask of you when your phone is MORE IMPORTANT

I got the Pork & Pollo Trio and it was wonderful. Pulled Pork, a Grilled Chicken Breast and wing, chicken sausage, Rice, black beans and plantains. Best value for the money in Florida and the staff is always nice too.

The worst Walmart I have ever seen. No fresh vegetables. Only two small rows of refrigerators items. Eggs 2.25. Wow ! left and went to ALDI food store. Eggs .95 cents. We drove 9 miles out of our way to get food.

Vacationers, visitors, you can find anything you need here, just be ready for a blast to the past as this Walmart feels like one from the late 90s that hasnt been updated yet! 3/4 of this store is clothing, home goods, and sports and pet food. We barely found the food aisles but once we did theres definitely not a large variety of items. If you need bare essentials and fishing gear then this is your spot. Very clean store and very helpful staff!

Yes cheaper, but inexperienced help and as for self checkout....your taking away jobs, thier vacation time benefits. Think before you speak, other market doing same thing. Unemployment doesnt pay bills, people on welfare....well who pays for it. Ill stand in line and it will cost in time but people will get hired again. No open registers, Ill leave the cart

This is just a neighborhood walmart so of course its limited on items.I like that its smaller quicker in/out. It does draw a rougher crowd so only go during the day, that is why only a 3 star rating.It doesnt bother me at all,but lets just say you wouldnt want your mother /grandmother shopping there alone especially after dark.

Worst Walmart ever...shouldve listened to the warnings of others. Website said open til 11 pm, arrived at 8:15 only to find their garden department closed at 8!! I asked 2 employees and 1 store manager if they could open it as I knew what I wanted and all refused. I asked the store manager why THAT isnt on their website about part of the store closing early? His answer...Come back tmrw....my answer....its now or never, I work tomorrow- so never. Terrible customer service- go to the walmart on Collier Blvd- theyre fantastic (the entire store is opened at all times, and the employees are friendly.

Walmart is not known for quality customer service anymore, and this place is no exception unfortunately. The return center has been closed early on more than one occasion with no explanation, theyve an abysmal selection of refrigerated grocery items, nearly every cashier interaction Ive had has been a zero-eye contact, unwelcoming, and cold experience. Its a sad place. Lines unnecessarily long most of the time, quality of products a joke, and its just... well... Walmart in 2021.

Jessica in the electronics department was extremely kind and helpful. We were visiting Naples and my husband with Alzheimers forgot his phone. She recommended the best option for a temporary replacement and even set it up for us. She really helped during a stressful situation. Thank you so much, Jessica!

Asked to put a mask on which is no problem (despite there being no mask mandate in Naples) so we went to get them from our car and on our way back, a white women was in front of us and he let her in with no mention of a mask. this feels a little racially charged as 75% of my group was Asian and when we got inside not ONE person was wearing a mask. i guess this guy thinks we’re the entire cause of covid to only feel the need to ask asian people to put a mask on and not white people

Walmart was very well-stocked when I went yesterday morning. And it was not at all crowded. The tech in electronics was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Got pretty much everything you need. I notice every time I go staff are not in there best mood.

Worst Walmart there is in Collier county 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡 I waited for over 45 minutes in the fishing department and repeatedly asked for assistance and never got help. I went to customer service dest for help and even the electronic department and never once was I helped. Definitely do not recommend this Walmart.

Its Wally. Smaller store. Either New or remodeled. Not crowded and easy to navigate through. No groceries like produce but yes to dry goods - bread, chips, soda, condiments (thats wet huh? Lolol). Idk market lingo.

I waited in outdoor counter for 30 minutes no one had a key no manager in sight not even a response when they paged someone to help. Announcement on PpA system that Walmart values customer health and safety and stocking of shelves are performed overnight when the store is closed to the general public. NOT So... Sounds great, but mornings at this store, its like an unorganized construction site. Please practice what you preach and not what sounds good...

For a store by the beach, we couldnt find a pop up tent. Disappointed. We found everything else so it wasnt a total just.

I actually have a great deal to say but I prefer not to because disappointment seems to be almost all over the board just once I want to go to a restaurant and have the food that I ordered has it prepared correctly and not in this case when I ordered noodles carbonara they give me ramen noodles with a lemon sauce and a a raw piece of bacon literally it didnt look like it had been cooked at all so me and my friend just had drinks when we split and we complain and I made a Facebook comment about it but apparently now Ive got followers,. Goooooo team

I was charged twice for a water bowl feeder. Had I not checked after I drove a few feet away, I would have not known. Double check your receipt. Cashiers don’t say hi also.

Great location as there arent many grocery/shopping options in East Naples. Its also never super crowded so you can get in and out quickly.

Organization this walmart is the worst..there are too many other Walmart sites in Naples to go here. Lady behind counter by herself did not know how to send moneygram or speak very much English..The store has only a few groceries its definitely not a supercenter go 7 more minutes for a fancy dancy walmart experience!

My 5 stars are for LILA, she was working at Customer service when i need to change my sons bicycle and she gave me an outstanding service looking for the inventory and helping to find the other bike for my son. I recommend she when you need to visit tjis Waltmart in Naples, Fl. She was amazing✴✴✴✴✴

I can usually find what I needed either online or in the store. Home delivery is always delivered pretty quick.

I also absolutely loved this store, it was clean, organized and glad amazing clearance deals on almost all theie items. Ive never been in a Walmart clearance store before, and time got away from me, I was so intrigued by the prices and products, that I ended up staying over 2 hours, and closing it down....👍

I normally boycott Walmart because of their anti union stance, but had to pick up Ensure for a sick neighbor after supermarkets were closed. This place seemed dirty and shelves were poorly stocked. Lots of empty spots and unfaced items near the registers. There were varieties of Ensure, but not every flavor. The one I needed was a 12 pack, but the only two in stock had been previously opened and sloppily taped back up. Unacceptable! It certainly cant compete with the nearby clean, super Target. If you are a Walmart shopper I suggest you try a different location.

Not really an ideal Walmart to go to, pretty run down, dont have much in stock. Everytime I go there they never have what I need, especially the electronics section. It feels like an underfunded Walmart kind of forgot about by corporate and its just sketchy at night. I would suggest looking for another one to go to, maybe Collier Blvd or the one on Immokalee. And they only run about 3 registers, 1 of which is 10 items and under, they arent very fast checking people out and not really friendly so its always long lines.

It is most definitely an interesting Wal-Mart. No bakery or deli which is interesting. But hey, Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart.
