This place is larger and therefore roomier, nice selection of yarn, knowledgeable staff. But some people are allergic to dogs!

Placed an online order. No communication for ten days. Called left a voicemail, still no response. Sent an email and still have not heard back. I tried to be patient because it was near holidays. Id say place your online orders elsewhere.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I stopped there in June 2019 while on vacation. Saw a lovely wrap and purchased the pattern and yarn. They were out of the color I wanted but assured me it was coming in the following week and they would ship it to me. It is now December 2019 and despite calling them three times to check on my purchase, I have yet to see any yarn. Each time I was told it was delayed or in production. When I asked for a refund I was told it would be shipped within the week. Still no yarn. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and apparent lack of integrity in the owner. I will not be shopping there again. FOLLOW UP: Contacted the BBB down there and the store never responded to them so that report now on file for public, too.

Showed up on a Sunday, but they were closed. Sign says Sunday by appointment, so we called the number. Very nice lady, owner, came out and opened the store just for us. Beautiful yarns of all varieties. She helped me find the perfect fiber for my project and was excited to let me know about upcoming fiber get-togethers at the shop. I felt 100% welcome and will definitely be visiting again.

I am actually Mrs. WilliamDavis. I ordered 1 skein of yarn to finish a project and have now waited 6 weeks. After many calls and excuses I will eat my losses and order elsewhere. I might add, I bought all the original yarn there. How I miss the old store, they ran it with integrity.

I arrived at the shop looking for a yarn that was listed on the website. I was told they no longer carried that yarn and that it was not on their website. It was. I looked that morning and drove 40 minutes to purchase yarn. The response was that they would need to talk to their web people. Iasked if there was something comparable that they could suggest and they ignored me. After about 20 minutes in the store with no interaction with the staff, we left. My purchase would have been in excess of $100. Apparently my business was not of any interest to the people at the shop. Bad form.

There is a great variety of yarns and friendly people. I only wish I lived closer and could come more often.

Placed an online order and after one week never received shipping info...called the location to be told the items are out of stock and I would receive a refund. Three weeks later and several phone calls, no refund...think twice before attempting to purchase. No product and no refund...she obviously needs the money...what a rip off!!!
