If I could give less than one star I would. I cant believe that my husbands prescriptions are still being filled at collier Blvd Naples Florida after instructing the pharmacy that I am in NJ part of the year and I will pick up the prescriptions in NJ .TOTAL INCOMPETENCE.

Slowest pharmacy ever. I have been waiting for a prescription refill for over a week and still not ready. Prescription was a transfer but staff never followed up, finally had my own doctor from home call the renewal in directly and it is still “processing”. Strongly advise against using this pharmacy! Don’t know if it is a staffing or management issue but CVS corporate should follow up on the high number of negative reviews.

Im new to Naples, Florida...this is the first time to use the PHARMACY on Collier Blvd. I had great help inside and at the drive thru. They were professional and very helpful. There were issues with my transfered prescriptions and they could not of been more caring and kind at getting things straighten out! I am glad I did not let the previous reviews keep me from this location. On 03/07/2021 it could not of been a better experience.

This store (1) does not answer the phone, (2) says prescriptions are and will be ready when they are not and (3) has incredibly long lines. Additionally, they seem to be running low on certain medicines so make sure you call well in advance to get your scripts filled. The only reason I go to this store is because my insurance forces me to. Awful.

0 stars !!!! Horible drivethru!!!!! Understaffed!!!!! Nobody is answering the phone either!!!! Aftet waiting 30 minutes on the drive thru they said will take another 30 minutes to complete the order !!! Avoid, avoid,avoid!

The absolute slowest pharmacy Ive ever seen. One clerk to assist dozens of customers . This is not a one time happening. It is common to find 10 people on line and waiting 20 minutes for pick up or drop off .

Made the mistake to stop by for Halloween candy for work. Rudest employee you can ever find in Naples(Amanda) was so rude after I pointed out a mistake with pricing. This is called false advertising, I told her it was fine for me to pay the price in the system but she proceeded to raise her voice saying she had just explained Holly(more like screamed at her) how to do it. I felt bad for Holly, that I told her to leave it as is. Its not the money, its the attitude and hers was horrible. If she is the manager, I can see why this store has so many negative reviews.

I am sincerely surprised to read some of the negative reviews on here. I have had all of my prescriptions transferred to CVS from the competitor Walgreens-across the street. The drive through staff is more than pleasant, they go out of their way to help you. It is alwas an adjustment when you change something personal. But, I highly suggest you give this CVS another opportunity!

My husband and I went in last night for a bottle of milk and the customer service was outstanding! The cashier was vacuuming the floors. She was worried about our safety, and called our attention to the cords with an admonition to be careful! As we checked out, she asked us if we found what we were looking for. This CVS is close to our home and it has NEVER disappointed!!!

If I could give no stars I would. If you are trying to a fill prescription, it would be easier to drive 200 miles to another CVS than try to get one filled here. Incompetence doesnt even begin to describe the hellish ordeal I had trying to fill a simple prescription for thyroid medication this week.

Made it to the pharmacy a couple minutes after they closed and the Pharmacist Jill did not hesitate to take my prescription and help it get filled tonight for my pregnant wife to help her nausea. Outstanding customer service!

This pharmacy is a joke except not a funny one. I understand that during the season it gets busy and the wait time is ridiculous. But this happens when all the snowbirds are gone. I live here and go to this joke of a pharmacy because it is close to my house, but after today, I will never step my foot in there. The staff is rude because they are overworked and understaffed. Where is the management?

Don’t tell customers that their prescription is going to be ready in an hour if you don’t even carry that medication. Three hours later I get informed at the desk that you don’t carry this medication, and now it’s too late to get a new one when all we would’ve had to do was call the doctors office earlier but no, you told us to come back in an hour. Especially when it determines the health of your unborn child and wife. CVS you need to open up another store locally, this one is clearly overwhelmed to the point of absolute negligence.Not to mention this is the third time I have spent over 20 minutes standing in line just to be disappointed. Any user reading this review, please call your doctor back and make sure they call your prescriptions into Publix, right across the street.

The customer service in the pharmacy is awful!! The black lady that is back there is probably overworked and they definitely are understaffed!!! The cashier up front was excellent ...

CVS has the Best Customer Service and deals. They have a much cleaner store than Walgreens. I was Walgreens person all the way, until I started 6 months ago with CVS. I highly recommend this CVS

Horrible yet again! Filled wife’s RX and neglected to tell her the Rx didn’t include needles. Bag reads “First time RX for patient, offer counseling”. No counseling or needles offered. Called in and rude tech’s response was “Not our job to tell you what you need!”

This is the most unprofessional, slow and rude staff youll ever encounter...prescription called in from doctor received on a tuesday... 48hrs later..im sorry its not ready...the lines at the pharmacy are insane... one register....twenty people in line...the incompetence is hard to deal with...worse is that I dont care stare you get...

Was in store while on vacation. Bought pepsi in a 12 pack with some other snacks. When opened up pepsi, was flat, no carbonazition. Took a look and everything we bought was outdated by at least 2 months. Would have returned it but since will now never entrr a CVS again, just trashed it all. Totally disgusted!

So I am convinced that CVS pharmacy is the stupidest company in history. I have had a chest something for a few weeks now. Dr. has called in prescriptions to CVS in ohio one morning to get there afternoon to find out they have no idea since they had not checked their answering machine all day.So Im in Florida now and he called something in this morning to this CVS. The CVS pharmacy called me at 9:04 this morning to verify my date of birth. I went at 3 to pick up scripts and they have no idea what Im talking about. There is nothing there for me. Am I sure Im at the correct store. I called them back from the number in my caller ID and asked them if this is the store Im standing in that called me to tell me they have a call in script.I finally told them to kiss my ass and left.

The folks here are always helpful and go out of their way to help you find what you need. The store is neat and clean and the clerk Amy always has a smile and is a pleasure to deal with.

Lousy pharmacy. I called to ask a question and just I was about to say hello they hung up.! Called to get a RX transferred they said would take 2 days. Called back 4 days later had no info on me or the transfer but said they would do it that day. Called the following day to my pharmacy to see if cvs had requested a transfer..they said no and would be glad to transfer if requested. Decided to go to another cvs hope they are better. I’ve had a lot of negative comments on cvs. I may go to Walmart even if it costs more. Cvs HQ should read these reviews!

Had numerous issues with the girl at the pharmacy counter with her pour attitude. Asked to speak with the manager and the guy who was stocking the shelves had came over and spoke with me. With his no care attitude it is no surprise why the counter girl has a nasty attitude.

This is the worst pharmacy I have done business with in 60 years. Plan on an hour every time you come in. Only Sharon earns her pay. Plan on waiting days to get a prescription filled.

The staff here must be from the swamps. They look like they never take a bath, and they are just rude and ignorant about their own store and merchandise. This CVS is on the edge of the swamp, and I will never go back there again.

I asked the pharmacist what I could take for a severe runny nose since Im on Plavix. She suggested Claritin. When I explained I already had and it didnt work, she said I could carry a box of tissues. What great advice huh?

It took a week for the pharmacy to refill my prescription,and there reason was they are too busy.I tried to call numerous times but had to hang up after being on hold for over twenty minutes.I physically had to walk in the store yesterday to be told to come back Monday.This is really unacceptable for a big pharmacy like CVS to give as an excuse.Corporate should get involved and hire more people when it is in season and come check out this store, there we many upset customers in the pharmacy beside myself.
