I love to go and print things to this place. No errors and stuff is being printed correctly.There is a young Spanish man. I cannot recall his name. He is outstanding! He is an artist. We need more people like him. He is an asset to the company. He helps me all the time.

I always enjoy going to this Office Depot, nice staff, patient people, just great.

Prices are almost double what they are at Staples, and even more than that for what Wal-Mart has in stock.

I agree with Jelena. The print/copy department has the absolute rudest staff Ive ever met. Ive visited this location multiple times in the last 45 days and nearly every time the print job was done incorrectly, or no where to be found. I would expect Brandon, the manager to take a little more responsibility and smooth things over when print jobs are done incorrectly or not to be found . However, hed basically rather not have the business in incoming revenue, than to do the job correctly. I wish I didnt have to provide one star , but theres no feedback option with zero stars

I purchased a printer for $188.70. It was a lemon, after 2 weeks it was rendered completely useless do to multiple basic aspects that were malfunctioning. I went to return it to the Naples Park with proff of purchase. They said the printer went on sale for $95 and that is all they would refund. I accepted the refund feeling taken advantage of and then decided to look at the printer in the store to check the sale price claim. The printer was on sale but not for $95 it was on sale for $150. Upon bringing this to the managers attention he said too bad. The Naples office depot stole over $100 from me and said deal with it. This is fraud. This is stealing. This is the worst corporate sponsored customer experience I have ever had. Needless to say buyer beware. And shops at office max, best buy, target basically anywhere but here.

I went in to inquire about printing of my company invoices and Stacy A., Copy & Print Specialist, was eager to help and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you, Stacy, you made my decisions very easy.

I called several times to see if an item from you online catalog was in stock. I could only get to the printing people. No one else ever picked up. I made about 5 calls. Finally got to the print area again and explained to the lady there. She got the manager who was able to confirm that it was not a stocked item. five calls and a lot time on hold!!!

It says on the door to wear a mask, although none of the employees had them on.

Love this place. Im about polite, manners and,consistency. These guystreat you the same with an $8. Purchase as a $300. Purchase. Going over board to see that your happy with tbeir work . This you have to appreciate. Thank you ,Stacy,Deanna and Tom.

People who are working there on print part of store are very rude!!!! Telling me that for her it would be easier if i made my files( from flash drive) in PDF form and that she is having difficulties now print that for me!!!!! But she could explain that on noce way, but instead she was very unhappy and rude!!!!!!! Never go back again!!!

The print and copy department was extremely unprofessional to me as a new customer. The woman never said hello. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman in the print department got aggressive like she was overworked or psycho. I would not work with people like this and certainly wont go to this location or any other office depot again.
