Bought something that didn’t work properly in first place. Came back 5 minutes later and they refused return or exchange. Bad attitude.

This is a convenient bp overall, but it has a few downfalls here and there. Usually always dirty and has trash around the pumps and a few weeks ago I went to get a car wash and with 26 seconds left to dry the car wash door we exit through closed on us and we were stuck in there for 15 minutes. It’s a hit or miss.

Super Rude experience at this place. Went inside to wash a little gas off my hands and the attendant wouldnt let me use either of the bathrooms because hed mopped and wouldnt let me use the hand-sink on the food-service side either.He said everything was closed for the night after being cleaned and I would have to go elsewhere. So much for being a 24 hour station, Ridiculous!!!

No mask no service said the sign... And the cashier who is NOT wearing a mask as I type this, turned a customer away who asked if they sell masks cuz they didnt have one. Make the rules, enforce them yourself!

Im actually appaled with how the employees are here, you need to teach basic math and English as well. Your cash register told me to f off and asked me to step outside with him. Thats how people get killed, you need to do something about your employees or you guys wont be in business much longer,

A younger woman with short brown hair and glasses told me I could not use the restroom and my registered service dog was not allowed in the store. I tried to show her my identification card and number but she said I dont care what it is, dogs arent allowed here. In my years of having a service dog I have never been treated so rudely. I needed to use the restroom for medical purposes and due to this had to get back in my vehicle which could have caused a car accident. I hope BP will address this with me and the store so I can feel comfortable returning to a BP gas station

Bought a propane tank here. It was a bad tank with a broken gasket. They would not swap it out at all even though the tank was full. Bad service.

TERRIBLE STORE NEVER GO HERE. Just the usual local gas station i will never go to. I was trying to buy a charger for a pen that i have and i thought the charger might not work so i asked the guy behind the counter will you take a refund guy says yea sure i buy it walk right back in the store not 2 minutes later and hes like yea no sorry no refunds cant do anything about it. gross inside the store terrible gas prices all the time DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVEN THE DUNKIN DONUTS BRANCH IS SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE.

This is a poorly maintained gas station. At the pump, the mechanism that locks the nozzle to continuously pump got stuck and I wasnt able to disengage it easily. I ended up filling way more into the tank than intended. Of course you cant return it once its in the tank. Then the receipt printer didnt work and I was told to get my receipt inside, which is of course not much of a half, unless its 9 F outside. Also, the air pump isnt very modern and is missing a pressure gauge.

Just stopped in real fast to get some gas and a breakfast sandwich. Got to work and opened up the sandwich and it was covered in mold.

I bought a slim Jim that expired 5 months ago.

Just remodeled and always clean. Pretty good prices on diesel.

I wish I could give zero stars. This location is a disgrace to the BP name. Every item is overpriced and the associated are disrespectful. Go to the Speedway across the street.

Dont get premium gas here, charged charged 14 cents per gallon more than another nearby gas station for 93 grade gas.
