Dont order using 711 Now App, they wont send any of the correct items and make very poor substitutions, sent me menthol cigarettes when I ordered non menthol. I ordered Marlboro Red and received Marlboro Smooth. Didnt even call to ask what I would like instead.

The guys working there are nice enough, but their apathy towards perpetually out of date milk (9/21 on 10/10 and it was still there the next day after I pointed it out) and the cleanliness inside and out is probably more a reflection of the owners and management than the staff. Several out of order signs on equipment. Id assume 7-11 has inspections and standards?

I live next to this 7/11 and its normally fine except today 5/26 approx 9:50 pm the blonde woman working has an attitude. I greeted her and she said nothing just stared at me and held her hand out without telling me my total. She continued to give me dirty looks until I asked her for a bag. Very rude and uncomfortable interaction. I dont expect exceptional service from a convenience store but she treated me so poorly. Learn some social skills or keep her far away from customers.

Worst 7 11 in all of Illinois avoid at all costs. No donuts ever. no employees half the time the doors are locked. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE 0 OUT OF 10

Boxes of product all over the aisles and floors are dirty.

Hours are wrong. Closes at 12:30AM. I don’t think they’re one passed midnight

Ive been coming to this store at different times at night and its closed all the time. If the store is not gonna be open just turn the lights off so we dont think you guys are open.

The lady that was working earlier this morning was really rude. I come to this 7-eleven all the time since i’ve moved to the area and each time i came in while she was working it was the same thing, HER BEING RUDE! I come in the today to buy a few items and leave. I ended up having to come back AGAIN and this time there were other people in there who were stealing and with me being the same race as them she accused me of stealing as well and banned me from the store. Every time i came up there i never gave them any problems never stole never was smart at the mouth the lady said out of her mouth that she knows im a regular customer but now i am no longer alowwed in the store.

Owner of this place is a terrible person who doesnt care about her employees. Asks people to come in 2 hours early on Christmas day so she can leave. Never seen such blatant disrespect from someone who relies on people buying things from them.

Worst 7-11 around false hours of operation. Owner should close if they cant keep hours posted or change the hours posted. Terrible customer service. Go anywhere else.

A bit pricey but understandable as its a convenience market, open 24/7. A good place to get a bite to eat-even decent pizza
