LOVE this amazing showroom! Fantastic selection of ANYTHING you could wish for while updating & personalizing your kitchen or bath. I stopped in for kitchen cabinet hardware, and was blown away by the wide variety of services, selections and options that can be found in this magical place. I was like a kid in a candy store! Molly, the showroom designer I worked with, went above & beyond to help me find the perfect style & pull/knob size for each cabinet & drawer. They even have an outlet center at the end of the strip. I’ll be back soon to personalize our bathrooms!

I have been working with Studio 41 on a big remodeling job. I have got to say working with Arleen has been fantastic. She is a great resource and knows her product line well. She makes this job easy. Also the guy in the warehouse, Mike has been awesome. Even though he works in the back of the shop, he is super fast at filling orders and is always helpful and upbeat. My crew does not have to wait to get their orders filled and loaded. My experience with everyone has been great. Will be using and recommending them for all of my work.

Love this store! Ken J. was extremely helpful with me from my first phone call. He assisted me with “picking up the pieces” of a disastrous remodel with an under-qualified contractor my husband and I had to let go. The store itself is beautiful and clean. The entire staff was courteous and professional during each visit or phone call. I would definitely recommend this store! Thanks again Ken J. and Studio 41 Naperville for a great experience!!!!

The Kohler Studio 41 showroom and outlet in Naperville are quite impressive. We love Kohler products! Yet, after our recent experience, one wonders how this store can stay in business.The one thing successful businesses have in common is having a strong customer focus. Unfortunately, many companies lose sight of those who matter most: their customers.We experienced not only a sufficient lack of product knowledge and design expertise but also the inability to put the customer first. We received nebulous responses (especially concerning when orders were to be delivered, if ever).Initially, we sought information on our bathroom remodel which was addressed succinctly by the salesman. Therefore, we set an appointment to talk further about all the details before we ordered. On that day, we were perplexed to learn that he had apparently forgotten about the appointment and was instead helping others. After waiting patiently for him to finish, we had an unproductive meeting which was continually interrupted by phones ringing and other customers with concerns.No wonder the salesman was noticeably stressed and befuddled since the showroom had been understaffed to just two people on a Saturday afternoon. After another unproductive meeting, the salesman redirected us to the outlet which also proved to be a waste of our time. Although he promised to provide further information to us the next week, that never materialized.As a result of this debacle, we have decided to take our business and go elsewhere—never to return to Kohler Studio 41 in Naperville.

Came to this store looking for a new kitchen faucet with my husband yesterday evening after lots of recommendations . We had been walking around the store looking at all their faucet products for about 20 minutes before we decided to look for a sales associate to ask a question . Multiple people who work In the store had walked by us and never said hello or asked if we needed help . In fact we had accidentally walked into the outlet store before finding the real store and we’re not even greeted by a “hello “ from the one single employee in the store. Anyways, We finally walked over to the desk of an employee in the front left of the store, and she made it very clear we were bothering her . I started to say we were looking for faucets, and she right away said, “oh they’re all over there you can go and look”, extremely rudely . I followed up with another question which she also answered very quick. My husband and I are both doctors who believe strongly in customer service and being kind to all people we work with . The experience and interactions at this store have completely rubbed me the wrong way so much so that I felt compelled to write this review . I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. You can find similar products online or at many other stores without dealing with such rude people .

Michelle Marconi was amazing!! I went to Studio 41 (Naperville) to buy some tile for a bathroom remodeling project - something that Ive NEVER done before in my life and had basically resigned myself to the fact that it was just going to be an extremely painful process since theres SOOO many options and I had no idea what I was doing, etc. But Michelle not only made the entire experience COMPLETELY PAINLESS, but she was also extremely professional, very helpful with her input and suggestions and really made the entire experience the exact opposite of what I had assumed it was going to be when I walked through the door. If I ever have to buy tile again - I know where Im going (Studio 41 also had the most extensive tile selection Id seen throughout my travels in the NW suburbs looking for tile FYI) and obviously who I will be seeing since Michelle just plainly and simply rocked!

Emma New was such a big help when I visited the store this week looking to customize a vanity for my guest bathroom. I did have an appointment, which I would recommend scheduling in advance so that you get the time required to make your selections, and get a drawing/design and pricing.

We had the most amazing experience and service while searching for kitchen hardware at Studio 41 in Naperville! If you ever have the need for help with your kitchen, you have to check them out and make sure you ask for the mighty Molly Quinn!! This young lady is so talented, patient and has impeccable service skills...I love the selection she helped us with and I will always be a return shopper because of her care for my home project!!

We want to remodel our kitchen,We came to Studio 41 a year ago in January 2020, we like some of there kitchen cabinets a lot.We left the measurements. Of our kitchen toCarol Gadbaw, she suppost to send me emails with our kitchen design.Did not happened until now.I called 1 month after and ask her for the design, she saud, she will.They were. Never

I went here with my husband about two weeks ago. We just moved to Batavia from Palatine, and I needed a new Moen shower head to replace a damaged one in the new house. We spent about 15 minutes in the store and walked around the whole place. Not a single employee - many of whom were not assisting other people and a few who were - said hello to us or offered to help. I even made direct eye contact with one who instead of saying hello averted her eyes and walked away.My husband and I do not dress well, we are jeans & t-shirt kind of folks. I am assuming they thought we were just tire-kickers and didnt need to help us. I have no idea why they didnt want to help us, thats my only guess. Its a poor business practice. In the next few months I will be adding a new bathroom to my new house, remodeling the entire kitchen in my old house and remodeling the powder room in my new house. Im looking at probably $20k in materials and items that have to come from somewhere. They had a beautiful aqua colored vanity with no sales information on it and I am certain it would be perfect for the new bathroom. I guess Ill just have to take the picture I have of it and find it somewhere that someone wants to actually take my money. I will not ever go to this store again.

On a busy Saturday having a full sales staff is essential. We happened to ask an individual who was working at her desk, Katherine if she could help with the purchase of a kitchen faucet.She was very professional and helped is make the process seamless. (Did not have in stock came out first week in April) We were interested Im the new model Simplice ® that just came out which is the semi professional style kitchen faucet.Katherine also was able to give us 30% off list! We like this style more than the Tournant ®and it was also less money! Win for the home team!(Simplice has straight connect and Tournant has curved connect )

I was greeted immediately upon entering by numerous staff members. They were all so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with me on my vision for my bathroom. The showroom was just gorgeous and gave me so many options and tubs to try out. Carrie Skreens, the showroom manager, was available for consult if needed. Her staff was knowledgeable enough where I did not need to speak with her more then her kind introduction. I will definitely shop there again!

Extremely expensive, went to a different kitchen cabinet store and got a quote for the same design cabinets that was more than twice less what Studio 41 quoted me. I can’t imagine anyone paying that kind of prices they are asking. I knew it will be expensive but that is simply a rip off.

I spend a lot of money with them and they delivered broken hardware. When I tried to get the hardware fixed or a refund told me Not there problem Word of advise buy online at least the online merchants offer refunds on faulty equipment.

This is a beautiful showroom and our first visit that accompanied a sizeable Cambria Quartz order and high quality Franke sink seemed to go well. However, after writing our check to Studio 1 in full ....we have encountered more than one issue. Our quartz was delivered today and a section of it is missing. Paid for, but missing. Upon contacting Studio 1 again (since our check was written to them and order placed directly through them) we have been greeted by phone with less than professional customer service. An immediate sense of “we will see if the person here you ordered from is free or not?....that they might be with another customer and busy right now??” We are/were there customer first and have an incomplete order and we are not sure when/if they will respond. Whoever answered the phone just now was very defensive and rude. She pretty much made me feel we (customers who have paid quite a lot of money for our recent quartz and sink order) are bothering her and the staff by asking them to find out where the rest of our quartz counter top is. We’ve owned our own business 40 years now and this is not what it means to have integrity and extend kind, customer service.

Great selection of high end bath and shower products. Working display of showerheads, etc...I really liked the store.HOWEVER, I was walking through there for over 30 minutes and no one approached me, even as I left.The salesmen were all busy, but where was management?An awful big investment to be short staffed in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon .

Dear Studio 41,What makes a great company is the people. Thank you for having a great guy like Joe Santos help us in designing our new dream kitchen. I visited many stores before deciding to go with Joe at Studio 41. I have no regrets. His expertise made the whole experience seamless. Our kitchen has the stove located in the corner. Which is considers tricky and difficult as compared to standard kitchen layouts. My wife and I wanted someone who had design and installation experience to tackle this challenge. Joe, surprisingly, has done many kitchens with the stove located in the corner. He showed me photos of his previous kitchens with stoves locates in the corner. Our kitchen came out beautiful, and extremely functional! There were no doors that swing into each other or any inefficient use of space. He accounted for all these things that only an expert with experience would know. He also put some design touches to our kitchen island that made it look beautiful and professional. He understanding of proper spacing and made the kitchen very functional and spacious. Furthermore, everything came early. Which is rarely ever the case. We were told it would take 4 to 6 weeks, but was very delighted that it came in 2 weeks. Thanks again for all your help and we will be back to order more cabinets for our smaller kitchen in the basement. Surprisingly, the prices were better than the big box retailers when I comparison shopped.Thanks again Mr. Santos!~Eric and Susan Tseng

Katherine Kruzel has been so helpful to me during my kitchen and bathroom remodel. I originally went in simply to buy shower and kitchen fixtures, but after showing Katherine a wallpaper sample that was the design inspiration for my new kitchen, I decided to take her wonderful suggestions and buy my countertops and tile backsplash through Studio 41 as well. Although other brands and sources could have saved me some money, I was willing to pay more for their advice and expertise. It really made the whole project less stressful and beautiful. thank you, Katherine!

Studio41 has a wonderful staff member in Katie Ackerman. Katie helped us for weeks to design a kitchen that we are so excited about, and she has been amazing to work with. She was accommodating when we brought new plans to her desk, calm when we came with last-minute measurements which changed those plans, and patiently explained design aspects in ways we could understand. This has been a very positive experience for us so far, and we have Katie to thank, as she really goes above and beyond for her customers.

I was referred to Studio 41 to find a faucet part. I was greeted with great courtesy by a person who referred me to Mr. Chris Orzechowski. Chris treated me like I was his most important customer. He went to great effort to find and provide the part I needed, and even called me personally when the part was available. The part proved to be the solution to an irritating problem Chris effort, attention to detail, and personality earned him and Studio 41 my great appreciation recommendation for outstanding customer service. Stopped in there today looking for a claw foot tub and free standing tub faucet. Looking around and even taking pictures of their products, I was reluctant about going into that store cause of the negative feedback on the reviews, well sadly they were right cause nobody even looked our way and one girl was stuffing her face with lunch and never asked if I needed anything, saw five employees and looking into my eyes and never once asked if they could help me, so off to another store to spend the ridiculous money that goes into a claw foot tub and faucet, studio 41 is horrible with the customers and avoid that place at all cost.

My husband and I just did a bathroom remodel , Chris Orzechowski is absolutely fantastic to work with. We had to purchase all new shower heads and showed us how the hand held shower heads are not all alike. new matching sink faucets and all the special plumbing pieces that we needed. I told him what kind of shower doors I had wanted and he found it.We also needed someone to install all this new bathroom hardware and etc.He gave me two recommendations, I called both I never heard back from one.I did get a call back from Paul Chraca from Innovative Renovations Inc.Paul not only did my entire shower renovations but he went ABOVE and BEYOND...he did an absolutely outstanding job. I would highly recommend him.

This place is a joke! My wife and went there to purchase some stuff. We were there for more than 40 minutes and no one bothered to ask if we needed help with anything. I figured when someone is spending $20,000 the very least they can do is assist you, there were at least 5 people in there all just sitting around...👎

We had an issue with a defective cabinet that was purchased at the Highland Park location. The staff in HPK has horrible customer service. From ignoring us to completely dropping the ball. I accidentally got through to the Naperville store and spoke with the manager Eric. He not only took on the HPK stores problem, he came through and got us our replaced cabinet! It is being delivered tomorrow but we cannot Thank Eric enough for putting up with us with excellent customer service. If you ever need anything from Studio 41, it is well worth the trip to Naperville. Their staff is very friendly and treats you as a valued customer!

I agree with some of the other reviews about lack of attention when walking in, but I called ahead and scheduled an appt. and that worked great. Super advice, much more info available than what you can get by browsing or looking on the internet, and discounts that make Studio 41 competitive. We worked with Carrie and she got us deals we never would have had access to on our own - like a marble remnant that fit for our countertop at a fraction of the normal price. We returned for a second project - and scheduled a second appt.
