Little old school shop in Naperville, a little bit difficult to contact so if you need to rent a U-haul the fastest way is to stop in. They dont have a huge inventory but they are friendly and efficient, very close to my home so even better. Not sure what other services they offer so give them a look on the interwebs!

A truly wise place, a definition of honesty and cooperative behavior, you may not find such honest place easily, every cent is worth for both the uhaul shop and the workshop, i have multiple vehicles serviced here, really grateful to the service offered within the communith..hats off

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR U-HAUL HERE! I wish I would have read these reviews first. My experience was CONSISTENT with the negative reviews. Ken was so against helping in any way.The app really is terrible for renting a U-Haul. Went inside, literally because it said my res needed to be verified in Person. Mind you, 1 week ago we rented a truck (not using the Self-Service) and had zero problems. KEN would not listen. His FIRST and consistent reply is I cannot help you. You set it up this way. I don’t do anything with U-Haul 24-HR. I simply was asking for other suggestions or a way to troubleshoot together. Like, hey I can cancel this reservation and then you book me for the truck. Bam problem solved. Ken is not interested in helping. He’s rude, insulting. Really terrible at problem solving when it comes to U-Haul. IF UHAUL really leaves their vendors out in the cold with No way to fix these types of issues shame on them. Remember, the app told me to have myself verified in person.However it’s just hard to believe, Nothing can be done, as he so persistently puts it.

Uhaul made a mistake on my reservation letting me schedule it for a time they are not open, but they called me a couple days ahead of time to let me know about the problem and he actually came in early that day so I could get the truck. And then he was super helpful when I was returning it the next day and the Uhaul website wasnt working.

Rented a U-haul and the app was useless. Went inside and expected problems but the gentleman was very helpful and got me in the truck without any questions. Would use them again.

Phenomenally rude service. Honestly the worst Ive ever experienced. Needed to rent a U-Haul van and was using the buggy app. The gentleman behind the counter not only refused to help whatsoever, but insulted me as well, in various ways. Almost thought I was in a covert social experiment meant to see customers reactions to the epic rudeness. But no such luck; Mr. Kwiks is seemingly just a really sour person, sick of himself and life itself.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Do not rent a Uhaul from here! I have never written a negative review in my life. The gentleman behind the counter was so extremely rude. I overkilled him with kindness and he was still extremely rude! I declined the insurance and he still charged me for it. When I called...I politely asked him and he was nearly verbally abusive. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

The owner was extreamly rude an aggressive. We were cutting it close to his closing time an he made sure we knew it. His overall goal was NEVER to please the customer. We almost didnt rent the trailer because of his service hes extreamly lucky we absolutely needed the trailer. UHaul was very pleasent but we will never use this mans service again.

I encountered an error with online check out system @ their location, so I ended up walking into the office to finish the check out process. Once they have obtained my reservation information, I was shown my way over to a truck and off I went. This is where everything went to hell.While I had a truck in my possession and in the process of moving, I got a call from Mister Kwik and they notified me that I did not finish my check out process and now I am driving a stolen truck. In order to resolve the situation, I needed to finish my online check out process, however, because the online check out uses the GPS on your phone to make sure you are at the rental location to finish the process, that function was disabled where I was.Mister Kwik denied their responsibility of handing over a key to me and have a zero understanding of how the uhaul rental system works.Mister Kwik have zero interest in customer experience. When I exhausted all my options to resolve the situation, all they said was good luck driving a stolen truck back to my location and understand the consequences when pulled over by a law enforcement.A regional manager from Uhaul that answered my customer service call after waiting on the phone for an hour was able to resolve the situation for me, but I highly highly highly recommend you to NOT rent from this location with zero interest in customer satisfaction / courtesy.

Terrible service! We had the truck booked for a month. We came to pick up the truck at 830. Its now 1pm and we are still waiting for a working truck. Waste of time. They sent us to three different locations and nobody seems to know how to do there job.

Run-down facility and horrible, nasty, slow, rude customer service. This place should be named Mr. Nasty Sloth, not Mr. Kwiks. Owner-operator opened late. When he finally unlocked the door, he told me - without even minimal pleasantness - that I had to wait while he took care of other business. The building is hot and without air conditioning. When I eventually told him, as nicely as possible, that I would wait in my air-conditioned car right out front, he copped an attitude and told me it is not his fault that I am not man enought to tolerate a non-airconditioned facility. Yes, really. And then it went downhill from there. The next time a shard of glass flies into my eye, or a full frying pan of boiling grease falls on me, I will tell myself it could be worse; I could be renting a UHaul from Mr. Nasty Sloth.
