My wife and I were looking for a third vehicle and we wanted a clean, used SUV. We saw one at Patrick Jaguar, so I called and had an appointment to see it.We worked with Roy who was great. He listened to us and went over the sales process. The vehicle was what we wanted, so we made the deal and they got it ready. Roy made sure we had a great experience, and even though it wasnt one of their high end cars, he called a few days later to check in. A great experience from end to end. WARNING!!!!! Beware of your maintenance agreement! On my previous visit I was told to wait for my service light to go on before bringing my F-pace in for an OIL change. NOT TRUE!!!!!! My light went on three weeks ago and when I brought it in today I was told I needed to bring it in by July to get my warrentied oil change. Or I can wait until May 2022 to get my next oil change. So dont listen to what they tell you.Service agreement is for every year and NOT when the light goes on. It will save you 200 bucks. I asked if they could waive the fee as I had been misinformed and they said no. I really dont enjoy writing negative reviews but as I wait for my car to be serviced and I have to pay for something that should have been covered I hope this will help others.

I have brought my F Pace a few times and everytime I have been disappointed with their customer service. I I sceduled my appt out 2 weeks because I needed a loaner and an hour and a half from my appt time I was in a loaner. Advisor was not very responsive with my questions on service items so I went else where. Once warranty service was completed they said I could pick up my truck that evening, I picked up the next morning and truck had still not been cleaned so it really was not fully ready.Very disappointed with service from advisor to receptionist.

Their customer service is top notch, I even had a lady take the time to personally reach out and ask how my visit went and offered to have someone come out and show me a bit more about the car I bought the SAME day of my purchase, which is never the case with other dealerships. I have been buying cars for more than 20 years and had the worst experience of my life at this dealership. I wish I had read the reviews before driving from Chicago to Naperville to visit this dealership twice. I visited the dealership on 12/31/20 with it being a holiday everything felt rushed and I am glad I decided not to take possession of the car, the same day.When I arrived, I showed the salesmen the Internet price of the car that was emailed to me and he said the dealership could not honor it. I initially was not going to make an issue of this because the price difference was only $1,000 and the salesman was very nice and personable. Once I get into finance, I noticed very quickly that the business manager was not friendly at all. While talking to me he rarely made eye contact. He told me that I could only get approved with Wells Fargo at a 5 percent interest rate and I have a 760-credit score. I found this to be an issue, as an African American woman. Wells Fargo was convicted of charging minorities a higher interest rate.The day I was scheduled to pick up the car, I emailed the salesman my concern about the Internet price not being honored and the high interest rate. He left me a voice message stating to come in, saying the dealership would honor the Internet price and they were shopping for a better rate.When I arrived, I knew something was off. The salesman was nowhere to be found. I was told he would be paged but never heard it. I waited for more than 10 minutes and no one asked if me and my daughter wanted to sit down.The same business manager, who was not friendly or personable, invited me in his office and said he saw my email and that we needed to cut ties because Wells Fargo failed to approve the loan. He claimed they could not verify my identity.When I visited the dealership on 12/31/20, I had all my paperwork from all three credit bureaus and more than one form of identification because in September I was the victim of identify thief and had a fraud alert placed on my credit. Rather than try to work with me, he acted as if I was a criminal trying to run a scheme on the dealership. As he did previously, he never looked at me while he was talking to me.

Called the dealership and spoke to a rep on the phone, clearly indicating that I am interested in a base trim E-pace. They said they dont have one in stock but could order and it would take up to 90 days. That was okay with me so they gave me an appointment. I drove 15 miles and then they said they wouldnt even be willing to let me order it. I dont fault them for not wanting to sell a car they dont want to sell, but should have told me on the phone rather than wasting my time.

Very unpleasant experience. I will say the sales man was very professional but doesnt follow up. Per our deal ( I bought a used Mercedes) the car was to come with a full tank of gas. it didnt when i called him and mentioned it, he said he needed to find a way to send me a check to cover it. no check and no follow up call. Other problem is the service department is the worst i ever dealt with. I brought my car in (after only 60 miles on it) thinking something was wrong with the transmission. The service advisor said he owns 2 of them and it drives like his, so nothing wrong. Then the battery died ( i only had the car for a month and only drove it 150 miles) I had to pay $325 for a new battery. Then, the air scarfs on the seats wouldnt work after putting the new battery in. i called and spoke with Ernie who told me to bring it in the next day. The same guy who i met with earlier who told me he had 2 of them, didnt know what a air scarf was (how do you own 2 of the same vehicles and not know about the car). I explained it probably just needs a reset. He agreed and said for me to take it to a Mercedes dealer, they dont know how to reset the vehicle. I complained, that if you dont know how then dont sell Mercedes. He said he would get ahold of the company they use to work on Mercedes and call me the following Monday and give his information. that was 2 weeks ago and never heard back. absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I am in my 60s and have bought many high end vehicles, and this was the worst experience so for.

Saw a used XE online and really liked it. Called and setup an appointment then drove the 4 hours to look at it in person. Kyle was the salesman who worked with me and I felt at ease with his approach. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the price on it was non-negotiable however it was priced well for its miles and condition so it wasn’t a deal breaker. They stayed late to close the deal and I was able to drive it home and save time making a second trip which I appreciated. Overall it was a positive buying experience and the car is amazing. I would go back if I found a car I liked on their lot.

I just leased a New 2019 I-Pace and was extremely pleased with the involvement of Steve Heinrich in answering all my questions about the Electric Vehicle (EV) that was interested in. Steve did an outstanding job to locate a car that was already in the U.S. with the options that I needed. Steve was knowledgeable with all the details about the new car. After decades using gasoline combustion engines, I decided to go emission free and contribute zero grams of CO2 to the atmosphere. Dan Loose, the General Manager was instrumental in putting together a deal that was what I needed. Both Dan and Steve had no pressure to close the deal and were very professionals.I highly recommend anyone looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover to talk to Steve.

I emailed all of the dealerships in northern Illinois, including southern Wisconsin and northwestern Indiana, looking for a particular Jaguar and requesting a quote. I received a lot of generic emails and phone calls from different dealerships asking me to come in and talk. Howard Breitrose of Patrick Jaguar of Naperville actually read my email, provided me with the best match, and was upfront with pricing. I set up an appointment, met with Howard, and bought the car. He was extremely professional and made the process enjoyable. If youre interested in a Jaguar (or Land Rover) I would suggest contacting Howard.

Things started off fine. Linda from internet sales seemed to be quick and responsive. She let me know the vehicle I was interested in was in stock and that she was holding it and connecting me with a salesperson, Kyle, to complete the transaction. As one day ended and I did not hear anything, Linda was still responsive, however, she told me that I needed to speak to Kyle. As the next day progressed, still without word from Kyle, I checked back in. Linda told me twice that Kyle would reach out once he was done with a client. After 6 hours, I heard the truck I wanted was sold to someone else who came in. Im an out of state buyer and I already purchased airfare once I was told the truck was being held for me. Very dissatisfied! I have $400 in non-refundable plane tickets to take a one way trip to Chicago. Lovely.

The sales department is okay. However, if you were to purchase a vehicle and need service prepare to be extremely frustrated and disappointed. I’ve received better service from the chevy and ford dealerships I’ve went to for years. I had to wait weeks to get an appointment and the service team was not even prepared to help me once I arrived for my appointment. On a second occasion, I had to drive to the actual dealership to talk to someone in the service department because I was unable to reach any of the service guys by phone for reasons no one can explain. I would not recommend purchasing your car here unless you plan to go to another dealership for service. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with this dealership. Howard was professional and curtious. He communicated effectively and the sale was concluded quickly and efficiently. I traveled over 4 hours to the dealership and have no regrets.I recommend them to anyone, they will not disappoint.UPDATE - I HAVE REGRETSMy initial experience was good, BUT!!!After trying to get information about a Care Plan that was purchased with the vehicle I was initially told by Howard he would insure I get the information. After 3 months and serveral emails to Howard I have received no response to any of my several requests for the information. I have since asked for the cancellation of the purchase and a refund of the $500 paid to them for this Care Plan and Howard again has not responded at all to that request.I have no choice but to change my rating to two stars due to there failure to get the information to me about the Care Plan I purchased.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.

I am updating my 1st post ( see below) of my horrible experience at Naperville Jaguar.....which has now become one of my best!Not only did Naperville Jaguar completely redeem themselves, but I dealt with some of the nicest people my second time around..I finally received a call regarding my below experience from the General Manager at Naperville Jaguar, Dan Loose.Dan went above and beyond to apologize for what transpired the night before and was willing to do whatever it took to make things right with me.After some discussion, we made a deal and I went back to Naperville Jaguar to purchase the vehicle that I looked at the night prior.Bill greeted me and was also very apologetic and nice. I do not believe that Bill had much say so in what happened with Jeremy, who I now believe single handedly spearheaded the horrible experience I had the prior night.I met with both Tommy Pillimis and Joe Quaranta, who could not have been nicer, more apologetic, professional and accommodating.The team I met with last night was absolutely one of the most pleasurable business experiences I have had. I was told by Tyler to ask for Bill, which I did.After spending hours there, test driving and discussing the deal, Bill and Jeremy gave me a price of more then $10,000.00 above what was discussed with Tyler. I showed them all of our communications, which were in writing, but they ignored all that was discussed.To add insult to injury, they were actually quoting me a price that was more then $3000.00 ABOVE the listed asking price for the vehicle. They further undercut my trade-in by more then $2000.00 then 2 prior dealerships that I went to.I contacted Tyler when I left the dealership in disgust and was told by him that the GM of the dealership would contact me when he got in at 9am today and he apologized for what had happened.Needless to say, I DID NOT hear from the GM, or anyone else this morning.Both my father and husband have purchased and gotten service in the past at Naperville Jaguar, but certainly never will again!!This was the single worst experience I have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle.......BAIT, SWITCH AND DISHONESTY AT IT’S BEST!!!

Just leased a 2020 Jaguar from Jaguar of Naperville (Patrick Jaguar). My sales rep, Howard Breirtose was a pleasure to work with. I dont say that lightly as I usually cant stand car salespeople. Howard was honest, helpful, answered all of our questions and had patience with us as we test drove cars. The same is true for the store manager who was also very honest with us. I just bought a 2017 Jaguar XE over the weekend and it was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. My salesperson (Howard B.) could not have been easier to deal with. I’ve been other places BUT this place is my absolutely favorite! Great service, friendly staff and amazing cars! I got help by few people, all of them were amazing. Bill the sales advisor made everything possible with help of managers Phil and Sammy the finance manager I got to drive a pre owned car as good as brand new home on the same day!!!! All of their used cars are in wonderful care and condition because the used cars’ manager Tommy keeps an eye on them. Overall the place is highly recommended!

Jaguar of Naperville makes the trip enjoyable by giving us rides to where we want to have lunch and then picking us up afterwards. Their showroom always has television, magazines, and coffee to make the time waiting more pleasant. Service on our vehicle is always done well and they give us alerts on servicing that might be required in the near future. They remind us of appointments, and treat us as friends. We are very pleased with Jaguar of Naperville and their service staff.

I live outside St Louis, MO and recently purchased a vehicle from Jaguar of Naperville. Phoned the dealer and spoke with Linda who answered all my initial questions. She then put me in contact with Joe and after 10 minutes we worked out a deal for the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealer a few days later, Roy was waiting with the car for my inspection/approval. I am extremely meticulous and found a handful of blemishes that the onsite body shop corrected/repaired beyond my expectations - the car appeared almost flawless. The paperwork was ready to go and it was on to finance with Jeremy. He went over all the numbers with me, answered my questions, and the entire finance process was completed in 10 minutes. Roy then went over the details of the car, including setting up the Jaguar remote app on my phone. The overall experience and process was top notch from all involved and I would definitely recommend visiting them if you are interested in any type of vehicle.

Walked into Jaguar & Land Rover of Naperville cold. Wanted to investigate a Jaguar F-Pace. I knew I was going to buy a car this day just a matter of what kind...Lincoln, BMW or Audi. The best people there are Manager John Karoumi and Austin. My salesperson Kevin is also OK. The people who works with Service I am not impress with them. As single professional woman I know about cars. When I asked them when I need to do my service for first time he said in one year. I told them that time it is not main rule for schedule a service is miles. Someone can have car garage for a whole year with 100 miles vs person who commute daily 50 miles each way. So miles is the key to do maintenance. The person in service told me I will print something he did not do. I am used that men believe that women only to know to put gas to car no in case. I have had 4 cars already and I am know how take of my money and my personal investment Land Rover Discovery. Also be carefully with Finance you need to be sharp with loan. I am glad that I work as Finance Application Manager.

Earlier this year I bought a Jeep at this Patrick dealership and had a great experience. At other dealerships I felt very rushed through the test drive, but at Patrick they let me take my time and drive until I knew this was the right car for me. The negotiation process and overall purchase process was very smooth. I kept waiting for some sort of gotcha! or sales pitch on an add-on I didnt really need, but it never happened. They stood by everything they said and were very honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. I have taken my car in a few times for oil changes and standard maintenance since I bought the vehicle and everyone is always very friendly. Im usually in a hurry because Im in the middle of dropping a child off or picking one up and the mechanics always do their best to get me in & out so Im not late. I feel like they really care, which I greatly appreciate. Tony & his crew are the best around and I would recommend them to anyone.

The sales people at this Jaguar are … ok. The people who work in the service part (Ernie in particular) are fantastic. When you go to a Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes (any premium car dealership) you expect a premium experience and quite candidly, it just wasnt. Ive bought direct from Chevrolet dealerships several times up until now and I can tell you that the experience was not any different; nothing extraordinary about the experience at all. In fact, I left this dealership and woke up the next day with buyers remorse because the sales person didnt teach me anything about my new car and I was not comfortable with the purchase. I acclimated myself with the car and figured it out by myself. The car had some minor issues within the first 2 months (back up camera got water in it so had to be replaced and the headlight had a malfunction and also had to be replaced). Everything got taken care of thanks to Ernie in the service center and also Tommy the certified car manager. They made the sale and service portion of this MUCH better, were responsive to my requests and went above and beyond to get everything taken care of.

I bought my wife a brand new 2019 Jaguar e-Pace in April 2019 and here we are in June and she still isnt driving it. It really sucks when you spend over $50K to buy your wife her dream car and a month later she says she doesnt want it any more because the experience with the new car has been so bad. Multiple issues and nobody seems to care or respond. I wrote a letter to the general manager and the executive in charge of Sales operations and never even got a response. This is my 5th car from the Patrick Group - but probably my last unless something drastically changes and changes fast .
