This is the nicest Starbucks I have been too! I know I will be back a couple days in a row while Im in the area. Starbucks really needs this crew to train all their employees. You definitely feel welcomed & a valued customer.

Ordered a pink drink regularly. Got a pink drink with basically no strawberry açaí, was almost white. I then reordered, asking for a correct one with the correct amount of açaí and got this. This looks like a white drink, not a pink drink. I’ve already had troubles in the past with this Starbucks location, the one in hyvee is great. Came back to trust this one, and ended up with this.

Love this business my drinks are always on time and correct I will always do business at this location and elsewhere I greatly appreciate the respect professionalism and friendly staff keep up the great work.

I didnt go to star bucks i went to the great clips next door great clips is good though very nice haircut and would recommend going to great clips

We go here a few times a week and the employees are awesome! Coffee/tea/food orders always right. I use their app to get stars which can be used for items on the menu!

10/10, they served me the best drink Ive had in 2020.I would recommend going to this one as opposed to others.They seem to be able to make more fun surprise me drinks, and they dont judge me when i order a drink they probably wouldnt like to drink.

Friendly staff and excellent coffee. Kid was upset no cakepops.

Another Starbuck so much like all the others. Their coffee is good but not great and it could hardly be considered a bargain, not even a fair price. Their food offering continues to be a disappointment. This is a new shop so it is especially clean and tidy and the staff was friendly and on the ball.

Fantastic barista with a fun Spirit and attention on us. Not in a hurry to move on to the next person and making sure we were satisfied. Great and clean shop. Inviting atmosphere for hanging out and perhaps office-ing from time to time. Only two comfy leather chairs were to be had but many tables and pub tables available. An all around good experience. Just passing through for work but would definitely return for the staff-thank you!

So many new baristas who don’t know their loyal customers. Two days in a row they’ve messed up a black and white Frappuccino that my husband gets every time he’s there. Hope they train their new staff better, or we’ll go to hyvee Starbucks which isn’t much better at this point. Disappointed

If Howard Schultz could come out of early retirement and comment on the level of customer service at Starbucks he would point out a location that demonstrated the most outstanding level of service by the two baristas. Forget their names but the two college gals were fantastic

I love Starbucks! I do wish sometimes the music was softer as its a noisy place already. Our local baristas are friendly and skilled!

Wonderful staff. Have been going for about 2 years and it is nice that even k ow that I want two napkins for every drink I get. Even with new employees, the other employees inform them before I get to the drive up!!!

Finally they open. Covid-19 hit them hard. Fast service and the employees are very friendly. The outside tables still closed. Inside is closed so far too. Drive thru is open.

Great service always very efficient and kind

The staff is awesome. They always try to make the moment right. The music is always pretty fun. If they are out of something, they will always have a suggestion for you.

Honestly I hate the change in hours. Only open till 2:30 now.

What can i say its Starbucks. Love their coffee and teas. And the cranberry bliss bars, lets just say they are always accompanying our coffee orders when they have them. Which is only around Christmas time. Bummer. 😞

Great service and coffee

I love Starbucks don’t get me wrong, but every time I go through drive my order somehow always gets wrong. Drive is usually full when I go through so I don’t make such a big deal. At first it was whatever accidents happen, but after awhile it sucks!

Coffee meets its advertised standards. Adequate seating. Nice place to meet for coffee and snack.

I love Starbucks and their coffee but the cashiers need to get it straight I ordered the same thing most days and one day I changed it and it was the same price and I got a smaller drink everything else was the same it should have been a lower price... Not to mention their coffee is ridiculously priced in the first place

There banana nut bread is good

Coffee is spot on every time. Young workers but friendly and fast. Tables outdoors on the patio makes a nice place for coffee.

Great customer service as always

I go here every Wednesday morning and always greeted with helpful, smiling employees. One goes out of his way to suggest new things to try and ask my opinion on it the next time.

Great place for delicious coffee . Prices as with all Starbucks is pretty high for the price of coffee but still a great place . Had doc it a star however for having the bike rack right next to a table so you cant use the bike rack unless you move the table . But I have to give them kudos for actually having one .

Fanciest Starbucks Ive ever been to and my drink tasted amazing! The man working the drive-thru also had the best personality of any Starbucks employee Ive ever met! If Im ever back in Muscatine in the future, Im definitely coming back to this Starbucks :)

I love Starbucks anywhere but the one on 61! They are rude and rush to make drinks and they don’t taste like they should! I got a Very berry Hibicus and it just tasted like water with 2 berries in it! Would rather drive to Hy-Vee and walk in then go to the drive thru here!

The hot chocolate tasted like water the pumpkin latte tasted like coffee was kind of disappointed

Every time I come here the staff (Baristas) are so warm and welcoming. They make me believe there is hope for humanity. Lol. ❤️

Your typical Starbucks, but with a drive thru! Id have to say the food seemed hotter than Im used to in NYC (hot on the outside, cold in the center). I recommend the new Protien Duo Egg Bites!

Nitro brew is good

Almost since they have opened we have been getting Starbucks at 5am, its the only time that works for us. They started opening at 5:30 which now makes us unable to make our daily visit. Very disappointed that you felt the need to cut off the early morning customers.

I usually visit during a work break, coffee is good but a bit on the expensive side. Iced tea is good.
