I went in about a month ago and got new tires. The guys were great in assisting me on a short notice. I ended up with a bulge in the sidewall, they contacted the tire company and got a new tire for me. They went out of their way for me and I appreciate that.

Great treatment of its clients. Although most people may get upset because a mechanic may find more problems and then report them to the customer, it is a great peace of mind that this organization does a thorough examination of your vehicle with your safety in mind. Scott is very thorough and punctual in his approach with his customers.

I dont always like paying money to get vehicles worked on. However Scott with muscatine tire and wheel does a great job and makes the experience go smoothly

I went in to get a tire rotation and balance. They tried to tell me my brakes were no good on the rear of the car. I needed a break fluid flush, new calipers,new rotors,new brakes to the tune of almost $900. I have always done my own brakes and rotors. So I took the car home jacked it up took it apart there was some bit of minor wear in the rotors and there was about a third of the brake pads left and in my 15 attempts to get the break caliper to stick I never could get it to stick as reported by them. Buyer beware when you go to this business..

My tire popped on my way through Muscatine, Scott Brownfield helped me and got my tire fixed the same day for a great price. Was very professional and nice, helped me get back on the road!

Unless you know a fair price for the work you need done. Don’t go here. They charged my mother over a hundred dollars to replace a tail light bulb. Beware.

What a great company, especially the owner. I rolled into town for a soccer game, and I immediately noticed a clicking noise. I got to the shop shortly before closing to find out one of my tires was almost off. Within minutes they got me back on the road, and I was even able to make it to the soccer game on time. Very scary to think of what might have happened if they didn’t help me, and I got back on the highway to head back to the Cedar Rapids area. Such a nice guy. I will definitely be back if in town and need something. I highly recommend them! 😊

My tires were bad/bald going into this winter and with all the potholes it was no surprise when I woke up with two flat tires this morning. I called around and got some estimates from several shops around town and after coming to the conclusion that it would be at least a weekend wait to get all 4 new tires. I called Muscatine Tire and Auto. They came through with exceptionally great tires with excellent reviews for an excellent price. They got them in the same day (Today/Friday) and installed them. Went in today after finding a bolt stuck in my tire. They were very kind and extremely fast all for a great price. They had me back on the road in less then 30 min. Great guys there and explained all my options. Would highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them in the future.

We came from 4.5 hours away to buy a boat, but the trailer tires were not acceptable to make it back home. We tried Walmart, Farm and Fleet and they didn’t have or couldn’t do what we needed today. We called Muscatine Tire and Auto and even though it was closing soon, we told them of our predicament and they stayed late to do the job for us!
