After my Parents both passed away in 2019 and 2020, I inherited the car. A Toyota Camry LE.Being that it was a difficult time for me, everyone at Toyota Muscatine was understanding and extremely considerate and professional. They knew this car meant a lot to me and even though they had no obligation to do so, they treated me as if I was family.One situation came up where a corner on the engine cover popped off, and they fixed it.Another situation was where I ended up taking the a trip out of state to visit my Daughter. I wanted to buy a spare tire. I was able to get and actual tire actual rim to fit the car from them.Needless to say that my car made the road trip with little to no problems thanks to them.100% recommend.

Went to this dealership to get a car and had been up there 3 times in total. First time found rats nest under hood and car was dirty. Second time we came up he said it had been threw his shop all cleaned and ready, it was still really dirty. I found a bad rear tire that they had to replace so we had to come back a third time in which i found a blown belt in the right rear tire that they said they wouldnt fix. And the rats nest never got cleaned up. MUSCATINE TOYOTA IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR CARS.

I picked up a nail on my way to work. I knew that I would have a flat tire by the end of the day so I knew I had to get it fixed. By chance and opportunity I drove to the Toyota of Muscatine service department.I am amazed by how easy they made getting my new tire. Right away the service manager greeted me and we could both tell that the nail was too close to the side wall to be patched. His expert parts person found me a tire and gave me a discount up front!!!Then I heard we will take care of it and had already arranged a shuttle to take me too work. When it was done I got a phone call and they sent a shuttle to pick me up at the end of my work day.I am definitely going back because they were up front about my problem, they had the parts to fix it, they showed value in what they were selling, they offered me the chance to save money, they were quick, kind, and efficient.Semper Fi Toyota of Muscatine!!!

I was in late last week, just to browse and see whats available. I dont remember the salesmans name, but I do remember that he wasnt what you would normally expect from a car salesman. He was friendly, informative, and didnt try to push me in some vehicle just to make a buck. I didnt drive away in a new Toyota, but then again, I was just perusing. We were looking for a nice used car for our son. We have bought from Toyota of Muscatine before, and my current vehicle was leased from them. We could not have had a better experience with Jim Greenhaw as our sales rep. We told him what we were looking for and he had the perfect car, and the actual purchase was so easy. He had all of our paperwork ready and we were out of there in no time. Highly recommend both Jim and Toyota of Muscatine!

Came down to Muscatine Toyota for a scheduled appointment at 10 am from over 1 hour away to possibly trade our RAV(lease)and Chevy 1500 and came to find out that the sales persons we were dealing with: Colin Smith and Jimmy Greenhawl; who were not there we were placed with a new sales agent who never introduced himself to us and had no clue had to deal with a disappointed customer. The whole Process was a three ring circus starting with Colin Smith in the middle; and the new salesman not negotiating or advocating for us on our Chevy 1500 trade or RAV 4 Lease which we put a significant amount of money down on. Colin basically lead us on to believe our RAV (lease) was worth some money after we told him our RAV was a lease and said it was worth more as a trade(that was a lie). Our Chevy 1500 barely made it out of the lot and died on us while trying to leave and the dealership only wanted to give us 1000 for it! Haha! I have an email from Colin saying he could get us a Tundra for $281 or better a month but clearly that was a lie and the new sales person said we couldn’t get anything for more than $850-760 depending on months finances what a joke!We will not return ever to this dealer and will return our lease else where. Good luck pulling a fast one one someone else we won’t be back!

The people were nice. I was very interested in a car I saw online and I was coming from 2.5 hours away. They were not upfront about the rust it had on it. I spent too many hours driving with small kids in the car. I will not be doing business here again.

This place treats you right! Usually I am afraid to go to the stealership for auto repairs because theyre gonna pick you clean, but they are different. I scheduled an appointment for an alignment. I arrived early, service manager was informative about a possible delay due to problems with another vehicle ahead of mine. Ultimately ended up not getting my work done this day so I had some wasted time. I might go back, just because of his honesty.

I expect a certain level of service, competency, and respect when doing business. I most definitely have not received this from the service department. I especially did not appreciate throwing the girls up front who answer the phone under the bus while trying to save my business. These should be extremely valued employees in the service department! They spend the most time with your customers! Instead of being condescending, you should build these women up and invest in them!! Terribly, terribly mismanaged, and I hope those women can find a new job where they are valued! Im not saying we wont be back, but it will take a desperate situation to get us there.

They people are rude and do not trust a single word of these people. They would do anything to get you to buy the car, from being nice to lie on things and after sale service is absolutely poor.

5 months ago took my truck in for an oil change when I checked their work I found the oil was still dirty complained they said it was because I run E85 this weekend I changed the oil ran my truck for a 150 miles of with E85 in it and the oil is still clean folks I would check your oil after they work on your vehicle because I dont think they change oil in my truck I wont have no more work done here
