When you try to call ANY sprint store the mbers are disconnected. When you call the 800 number it connects you to India, Indonesia, Philipines, etc. And you cant understand what they are saying and they dont know what they are doing.

Veronica was very helpful and very friendly. I noticed that when other customers were arriving they were always greeted with a smile. Always go there for my upgrades or any questions. If there is a wait, it is well worth it because they will spend the time needed when it is your turn. I am very thankful and appreciative of the staff and manager. The experience is so much better than the horror of dealing with the online customer service.

Danielle goes above and beyond to help her customers. She is very down-to-earth, knows exactly what to do with any issue you may be having with your phone. Highly recommended location.

I recently experienced above and beyond service with melanie! She really did outstanding with helping me with my bill. I am extremely satisfied and will only be dealing with her at this branch from now on. I have been with sprint for 10 years and have never experienced this above and beyond service. Jermey and Isaiah helped me tremendously. It took them over 3 hours talking on the phone to situate my “switch to sprint” case. And they had been patient and kind the whole time. I felt bad to take lots of their time but extremely grateful for their help.I read reviews of a couple sprint stores and decided to go to the one in Munster, because according to others is the best. I drove extra miles to this store and found all the good reviews about this store were right on; they totally deserved a five star-if not more rates. Their service is the best!

Monster Sprint is a very reliable service outlet. The customer service is always pleasant, and you can tell that they tried to service you to the best of their ability. I recommend anyone with Sprint service to this location.

The customer service we have recently experienced at the Munster branch has been phenomenal. Not only do we experience friendly service, Melanie has gone above and beyond for us regarding situations we were having with our bill. I will no longer be visiting the Lansing branch due to horrible service. The Munster branch has my business from now on!

Micheal the store manager is great. But they sold me a case and a screen protector for 64 bucks I could have got for half the price on amazon. Which isnt their fault but just means you should not buy accessories from this store.

I was sitting in the parking lot of the Sprint store in Lansing, IL waiting for them to open around 9:30 a.m. just sitting, and waiting. Then I decided to look at their reviews... Their reviews were AWFUL....Im not a stranger to the Lansing Store.. Your mostly waiting for your name to be called, then y ou may have to leave your phone for several hours.. I never would have image there was soooo many 1 star rating for that store. So I decide not to be aggravated today, and went to the Munster, IN store that have a 4 star rating. That store truly deserve the 4 stars and more. The manager Carlos helped me out with a glitch customer service dept. mess up over the phone.. He was courtesy, he resolved the issue, and express a desire to help in the future. Yes Munster, IN Sprint you got it going on. I will be back. I may never use Lansing, IL again, and their right down the street.

This place deserves more than 5 stars Malaina and Malina where super friendly and very knowledgeable. I had gotten a galaxy s8 from someone and Malaina went out of her way to make this phone work. I had to come e back then next day so I got there around 10:50am and she was there waiting she doesnt even start till 11. It was simply and awesome experience keep up the good work ladies!!!

Im speaking only of the store in Calumet. These guys @ 8147 Calumet have EXCELLENT customer service, after Id gone to 165th St in Hammond, where they acted like I was just another idiot. Ive dealt with Sprint more than 15 years, and Ive known for a long time when to avoid places where they act like used car salesmen. Go to Calumet. 165th Street will be hearing from me, and thats NOT good...

This store was good when Melanie was manager i called and the manager Dedra or whoever the new manager was rude ghetto and mean I’ve never experienced that i worked customer service she is a horrible person and u professional i would never recommend no one to go this store anymore need new manager she makes Munster store look bad and to be a manager definitely a bad look i will let everyone kno about her unprofessional ethic👎👎👎 Do not go here manager is unprofessional and ghetto

Bought a flip phone which was unacceptable & returned it the same day. They charged a $45 restocking fee on a $90 phone.

Horrible customer service two people working in store not even acknowledged then another employee walks in and a few minutes later she at least acknowledged me wont be coming here ever again
