The previous review seems a little like the guy wanted to know the part to replace and he was going to purchase it and fix it for the $40 service fee Munster Electronics charges for estimate and time spent for diagnosing the issue. I have done business with the owner for years and he has always been very reasonable and willing to help everyone with economical solutions.

Doug was awesome. Came to the house - took the tv off the wall - replaced the tcon board - put the tv back on the wall and was gone within thirty minutes. Totally awesome service. I would highly recommend. Thanks Doug!!
