Jocelyn and all of the staff were super sweet and helpful! I am very picky and looked at numerous rings before choosing, and they were very patient and never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend!

The staff here is always awesome and goes above and beyond for us. We have purchased ALOT of jewelry here. Always happy with our purchases. They always make sure we are completely happy with our jewelry and with the warranties they do anything we need.

Wife went in to upgrade my wedding ring for our 25th anniversary. It’s been a nightmare. Sized the ring to the wrong size. Been a month, I’d rather have my old one back. Needless to say we have been customers for years and I will never shop at an Kay Jewelers again.

Only problem I have is the blue stones turning color when I clean them at home with the same cleaner Kays uses. Other then that, everything else has been great!!!

I have really gotten a horrible deal through all of the dealings with Kay jewelers. Their floor manager should not be selling rings that Kays cannot deliver on. (that happened) The floor manager should communicate more clearly as of the realities of what a customer might be interested in, if it isnt going to work right, it is better to be honest. (didnt happen) The floor manager should notify customers of delays, complications, everything that is happening with their ring outside of the expectations that the customer knows about. (never happened) I cant really explain how effected by this entire situation I am because of dishonesty in order to make a sale by the floor manager. I have spent more than a month and a half since being engaged trying to fix the ring and wont have a finished ring by my wedding now. I am hurt by the decisions a Kays Gemologist and Floor Manager made and that isnt ok in my opinion.

I went into Kays after a disappointment with another jewelry store and they nailed it. I came in told them my budget and they stayed in the budget perfect. They told me a date range and the ring was finished before the due date. This was my girlfriends engagement ring and Im very happy as is she I want to thank everyone at Kays you all met my expectations and Id be happy to shop there again and i can recommend them as well.

Excellent customer service. Got my ring fixed and resized. I couldn’t believe how amazing my ring looks. It totally looks brand new. I highly recommend Kay’s for all needs.

Worst Kay’s location E V E R! Brandon is an incompetent manager that instead of practicing Customer Service, would rather insult a customer and accuse ppl of stealing food/money out of his check?! 😡Seriously! Is that how a manager is supposed to act? 🤦🏼‍♀️We ended up going out to the car where I actually had to take one of my nitroglycerin pills, yeah my heart started acted up after he stated, “Have a despicable day!” I’m all there’s no need to be snotty!Patrick called customer service and that’s actually a joke!! Kinda like the quality Of their jewelry! Once upon a time, their jewelry was nice and of a fair quality!! I’ve taken newer pieces to a Licensed Gemologist and he thankfully told me to take it back.Bottom line, skip Kay’s and go to another place!!! But most especially go tell Brandon he shouldn’t be snotty to Veterans!!!

My fiance and I were just walking around Muncie mall to do some light shopping. As we passed Kays, I decided I wanted my engagement ring cleaned. Even though we did not get the ring from there, we were willing to pay for the service.A sales associate immediately started checking it for loose diamonds and somehow she found 6 that she claimed were loose. Mind you, I just go the ring from Jareds 3 weeks ago and Im pretty sure Jareds quality is better. She then asked me if I had purchased the ring from them. We answered honestly and told her no. She then refused to clean it claiming there were too many loose diamonds.Its safe to say that I would never recommend them for anything.......definitely not purchases or cleaning especially if its not their ring..... already have an appointment with Jared

Tonight I went to Kay jewelers with the intention of buying something blue for my daughters wedding tomorrow plus 6 necklace and earring sets for the bridesmaids. There was 2 people working, the manager of the store Bonnie and a girl named Julianne. They was both waiting on someone when I came in. When the manager was finished with the person she was with she disappeared to the back. More customers come in. She comes out and waits on someone else. They look right at me and say Ill be right with you. The other girl finished and waits on some else who entered. Needless to say...I left and the clerks at Zales was more than thrilled to take my couple thousand dollars I gladly spent there. I hope the Zales clerk gets a good commission. I will forbid my husband from buying my holiday gifts at Kays like he does a few times a year. Kays has terrible service. To bad I had to give them one star.

0 stars is more accurate, I want to just let all customers be aware of my horror story from this store. I wanted to simply know the carat weight of a Tanzanite that was in their store. The customer reps told me that Colored gemstones arent sold by carat weight. This information couldnt be farthest from the truth. Every stone including colored gemstones should always have a carat weight disclosed. Even the slightest difference in weight could really determine the true value of the gemstone. Since each stones proportions may be cut different, knowing the millimeter measurement which is what they told me is how they determine the price doesnt help when you want to know what your buying. I then called the corporate number and explained the situation to them. They told me that the store was correct in saying that and that the vendor doesnt provide them with the carat weight in the specifications of the piece. However if I wanted to get a piece in the future they could reach out to the vendor to see what the carat weight is. But this answer now brings me to my next concern... I wanted to know the weight of that specific piece, so to measure the weight they would then have to remove the stone just to weigh it and then let me know the number. At that point Im sure I would be charged some fee especially if I didnt end up wanting it. Which is something that should always be disclosed when buying. I shutter to think what the response would have been if I asked what the weight of the accents were. On to my next issue with this store, They had one natural piece in their colored stones all others were lab created and labeled with a sign saying natural & Lab created. I only want to buy natural rubies, sapphires, and emeralds, and couldnt find a single one in the store, other then a tiny ruby necklace. They are very over priced for any of the diamonds they have and are not good quality diamonds. Dont waist your money here for something that isnt quality. (I) Quality is very low on the diamond grading scale. Dont be surprised when looking if you see the sales people eating or just playing around not taking things seriously. Also dont let them act like they know more then you just because they work for the company and took a week or two training course, and act like they are graduate gemologists because they arent aware of anything in the gem world thats actually correct. They showed me a Le vian jewelry set that had earrings, a ring, and necklace that was a London blue topaz and diamond accents set in gold. The set was beautiful, however they charged $30,000 for the set. (FYI london blue topaz thats around the size they had you can get for $50.00 all day long.) As far as the small diamond accents you could hardly see, and then you add in the price of the gold. I would say that its no more then $800.00 to $1,000.00 value not $30,000. Well lets just say you can see how much they mark things up just to make the customers that have no idea what they are buying over pay. Your better off staying home and shopping from your TV to get the same quality they sell or even better and fractions of the cost. The only good thing about the trip was that they cleaned my jewelry, which really didnt phase me since my diamond ring I had on I just got yesterday. So it wasnt even dirty but ill never turn down a free cleaning! Needless to say stay away from Kays go anywhere else but here. I will never be back, or give them a cent.
