Great customer service and jewelry! My partner got me jewelry from here and when I went back for a cleaning, I couldn’t find the bond number needed and two women spent 30 minutes calling people etc and got everything figured out for me and I greatly appreciated that! Will come back!

My son purchased an engagement ring and spent a lot of money on one to ensure it was a good quality ring. Would have been better off buying a ring at Walmart at this point. This will be our 7th trip to replace some of the same diamonds that keep falling out after multiple repairs and we live an hour away. We have had extreme frustration to no end that these supposed repairs do not fix the issues. The ring is only worn on the weekends due to her job, and she doesnt even shower with it on; therefore, this should NOT be an issue. We even asked if they would just exchange it for the same ring and they said there was no way that could happen. Of course we could upgrade yhe ring and exchange it, spending MORE money......NO! We will never purchase anything from Zales again, as the company can not seem to make the repairs properly!!!

Very rude and unprofessional...My boyfriend ordered me a necklace for Christmas from Zales and had it delivered to this location. He paid an extra $20 to get it gift wrapped and with a special message... When we went to go pick it up, it was not wrapped or have the message. Also, the employee who helped my boyfriend was extremely rude to him. He told the employee that he is there to pick up his necklace and she asked for his name then proceeded to snicker and talk about him with the other employees saying things such as “and he just expected me to hand him his item without his name..” and other things.Never ordering jewelry from here again.

The staff was great and did everything they could to get us the wedding rings we were happy with.

This was the worst experience in buying jelwery Ive had this was supposed to be a special day and this experience I had buying a ring put a dark cloud on my wife.A diamond fell out with 7 days of purchase and the ring they Sent back was also missing a diamond. The 3rd ring had a carbon spot and because of on 63rd day will not give us a refund.They kept dragging all this out so would be past 60 day refund period...Would not recommend this store to ANYONE.....

Needed my ring 14k diamond ring resized and cleaned. Waited 3 weeks to only to be told they could not do it because I didn’t purchase the ring from them. I should have been told this beforehand.
