The owner treated me like an old friend the moment I walked through the door and personally helped me out. I told him I was on a budget, that didn’t deter him as he pointed out the items he had on sale. I was fitted and had my new pants hemmed in less than 10 minutes. I should add I had just left Joseph A Banks and tried on several pairs of pants while the manager just sat there on his computer not lifting a finger to assist.

Frank is the Owner of this business and very helpful. He is always kind. If there has ever been any issue with orders or clothing: Frank is prompt and will make sure things are done right. Im very glad we have a high quality shop in our area!

There are good items in the store. I wouldnt recommend the tailoring, the prices are made up on the fly, very expensive and the work is sub-par.

Extremely rude service. I went into Jack and Jills Menswear today to have a $3000 Oxxford Sport coat altered and as the owner Frank started to pin up the jacket, I asked if he was confident enough in his skills to do the alternations correctly because of how expensive the coat was. he immediately turned to me and snapped at me saying I SELL THE BEST IN THE WORLD, I HAVE DRESSED PRESIDENTS, GOVERNORS, PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES. I DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU ARE GOING TO QUESTION MY ABILITY. ILL CHARGE YOU $1000 FOR THE ALTERNATIONS NOW OTHERWISE YOU CAN LEAVE. (It was a $50 alternation at most.) I suspect what happened was I hurt his fragile ego and he didnt want to admit that he probably wouldnt be able to do the alternation correctly so he became super defensive to try and hide that. Frank is a very sleazy salesman with VERY poor people skills and I will never be setting foot in his establishment again.

Very rude. Went there to hem a suit pant, would never buy anything from the person working there. Explicitly rude both times I met with him.
