We were looking for homecoming dress options and this was the second store I visited. Immediately after we walked in the doors, we were greeted by some of the nicest people i’ve ever met. Helen was our Salesperson and she helped me find my dream dress. She was so sweet and helpful! The service was phenomenal! They have a huge range of sizes and styles, fitting for any occasion. Their dresses are extremely high quality and gorgeous. Definitely recommend!!

Went looking for a wedding dress because the previous store I visited was rude as ever. Then calling she made me an appointment the same day as I was out of state. She let me pick my dresses and kept me confident about myself as I’m a little thicker. Helped me find the dress I loved and made the process so fun as her personality is amazing. Went wedding dress shopping here and honestly, this was the BEST experience ever! The owner was amazing and very welcoming. She helped me get into every dress, helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and talked me through the entire process. So I went with my daughter for a homecoming dress... her trying on dresses wasnt an issue. Except when we found one, I asked it to be steamed to remove the wrinkles. I paid 425.00 for this dress, and what made me mad is after I bought- paid - for it. I was told no returns... which made me nervous. So we took the dress out of the bag on dance night and lo and behold at the knee in the seam there was a 2 inch RIP. I will never again purchase from this place. Ever.

I stopped by in the evening to try on some wedding dresses for the first time and it was a really great experience. They took into account it was my first time and encouraged me to try on different colors and styles to get a feel for everything. They also explained how much I can expect to spend on alterations and how exactly each dress should fit after being altered. Service was fun and friendly!

Staff was awful. my friend and I are both 18. both had ids. she wouldnt allow more than 3 dresses for us to try on. a parent or guardian had to be with us yet we are adults? dont go there. 🤷🏻‍♀️

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I walked into the store (only customer there) on Friday at 4pm and asked to try on wedding dresses... She said there is no way that could happen. So I asked, do you have someone else coming in for an appointment... the answer was yes... but not until 6:30... obviously I would have been fine with the store telling me no if there was an appointment soon, but 2 and a half hours later?!? WOW, cant even comprehend how that company can afford to stay open...

A while ago I went in to try on dresses and they told me it was too early in the season and I wasnt allowed to try on any dresses. Then I asked if I could try shoes and she gave me the same excuse. Im too old for prom dresses now, but come wedding dress time, I will not even consider this place to be an option.

The ppl their are great! Very friendly, very helpful. We rented a suit for prom. Only thing I was upset about was the white shirt had a stain on it when we went to pick the suit up. It was $220 for everything, head up toe. For that money their shouldnt have had a stain on it.

Worst customer experience ever shopping for dresses. Jessica was working that evening and kept rolling her eyes and was too busy hiding from customers to help zip up dresses or help try dresses on. Will never buy another dress here again. Horrible customer service

The service was very helpful when I was finding my prom dress. Their store tailor was pretty inefficient though. I recommend the stores dresses, but maybe a tailor elsewhere.
