Nice selection in the Deli and Meat section produce on the other hand needs a little work but overall a good experience

Great store to do your local shopping at! They treat all the guest a up most experience. The staff members are very friendly and willing to help with the customers shopping experience. Kudos to the produce, bakery, deli, floor stockers and management staff!

The store is nice and clean. The people are helpful. It has a good selection but unless you buy according to the sales it could be cheaper.

We use to shop a lot at Price Cutter when they first opened. Over time, they have jacked their prices up too much. It baffles me how much the prices have gone up. We will only stop there now if we just need one or two things urgently.

Ive been shopping at this place for 20 years its the best grocery store around if youre looking for fresh meat heres where you get it definitely the best meat around its a very nice clean comfortable place to shop for groceries

You can buy 5 pkgs of select meat for $20. Its a wide selection of meat. New to town and was taken aback as to the quality of meat. I even found bologna in a jar!!Their secret product...their roasted chicken, not sure how they do it but its flavorful and moist.Im partial to the ham salad they make in the store too.

This store keeps making improvements. Its not fancy in any way, but has several good features: excellent bakery, regular 5 for $20 meat sales, pleasant employees. They have added a pharmacy. They have made a solid attempt to follow COVID protocols (though their customers not so much).Some prices are not cut much (milk is especially heinous) but generally one can get a cartload of food at a decent price.

I really like this store. During this covid-19 time I havent felt unsafe in the store. Staff are all maked up and super friendly. They are willing to answer questions and help people find things.Coming into the store there are handwipes and cleaning spray with towels to clean up your cart before using it. This is a great touch and helps me feel more comfortable shopping inside.The best part is this store has a steady flow of customers but doesnt get packed like Kroger does in town. Thats a huge plus during the pandemic.

I stock up on meat here mostly. The sales are the best. Hamburger and beef roasts.Very good meat.

I was very happy with the cleanliness and roominess of the store. The workers on the floor were very curtious and helpful even during busy times. I bought ham and potato salad from the deli and they gave me a taste of the p.salad and showed me a slice of the ham before cutting the rest. Very nice. I dont think you would need to leave this store unhappy because they seem to have EVERYTHING and Yes...at a reasonable price. Enjoy shopping here..

I went to price cutter as usual to get my groceries, and the next day when I went to use one of the items, I noticed there was MOLD on this particular item... I returned to the store to exchange the item, and it was only something small, and inexpensive, but my girlfriend was having cravings, and is allergic to mold, so I had to return it. Anyways, when I returned, and was standing at the counter, I was ignored until the women behind the counter was done, could have just said “one moment” to acknowledge I was there, then when I showed her the item, I was told I could exchange it, but I asked if there was a possibility of getting 2 in return because of the gas I used to drive all the way back there. She then called the manager to ask. The manager came up to me, and did not greet me, but instead walked around me completely to speak with the woman behind the counter. I interjected, and explained what I was asking, considering I was sold moldy food, if I could have 2 in exchange for me having to return. The Manager proceeded to stand about 6inches from me, during Covid-19, and tell me no, that he would only exchange it, even if I drove all that way, and the food was moldy. The item in question was 60 cents... if you want to go somewhere where customer service is almost bare minimum, then go here. I did not throw a fit, or raise my voice, I’m just leaving a review because I’m tired of the unfriendly service from this place. Every-time me and my girlfriend go here, we have an attitude from the employees. Congratulations Price-cutter... you lost a customer for life over 60 cents... I’ll give my money to a business that DOESN’T sell us moldy food.

Its a very nice store just a little high pricesed stuffed.

This store used to be the Cheat Lake Shop n Save. There was a very small period of adjustment when they changed warehouses - and names - but the change has been a good one! Most of the employees are the same, so the awesome service is still there, along with the best meat and seafood in the area. The deli prices are some of the lowest in town, bakery is great also. Check them out and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Easy parking and access. Very reasonably pricing, nice selection of food and drinks. Also good selection of beer and wines.

Since this store changed from shop n save to price cutters the only thing that is still the same is the meat purchase (5 for $19.99). Its now more expensive than Kroger. Customer service is great; the prices, not so much.

Good deals and somewhat friendly employees. Much less crowded than Kroger. Only bad thing about it is that it could be cleaner.Wouldnt buy any meat here though. Seems to be lesser quality as compared to other stores

I really enjoy shopping at Price Cutter. Love their seafood department; the selection is the best in the area! The produce and meats sections are a cut above the others also. The customer service department/cashiers are very helpful and courteous.

Many of my favorite, regularly purchased items are disappearing from their shelves since the change from Shop N Save. An example is Hanover beans, especially in large cans. In fact there are no large cans of beans or Hanover beans at all.The deli no longer puts out prepackaged items, potato salad, macaroni salad, pasta salad, cheese spread, etc.In-store prepared salads and sandwiches are no longer available. The non-instore prepackaged ones are not worth buying.The dry, packaged pasta selection is dwindling.Also, if its not an off-brand or on sale, the prices are way too high.

They used to be a one stop shop. Not now. At least they put up lights or fixed the ones that were there. No cilantro. Come on. In this day everyone uses cilantro. Shallots. Wine in a can for 6.99 help me. This is a rich area and they all stop at Kroger before coming home. Do more with the seafood and meat. Love the butchers great people.

They dont even carry whip cream. It has good deals on some things but poor selection overall

Use to love this grocery store, cause there prices where so cheap on everything, but lately there prices have shot through the roof. Stopped to get a quart of heavy cream and it was 7.99 I thought it was just miss marked. But no it wasnt. If I really didnt need it I would of never got it. And they dont have half the products they use to when it was shop-n-save. They Keep getting rid of items. Everytime I go in now theres never alot of ppl shopping there anymore. Now I see why with price increases and removing items!! Sorry price cutters Ill Drive eles where now!!

The prices are outrageous and the best part of the produce is gone. Some of the staff are very rude and not willing to help. A family sized stouffers lasagna at price cutter 19.99 at walmart 10.99!!

Fresh and well packaged produce, best fish section and selection in Morgantown. And new lower prices. Had a wide selection of deli goods, including dinners like stuffed peppers and cabbage. Much improved.

Very disorganized, out of products frequently

Im disappointed in the change of selection since they switched from Shop and save. Also, soke.of the staff is great and others are very awkward and overbearing. The manager in the tobacco section is amazing!

This is the worst place in Morgantown to buy meat or produce!!!The meat is out of date or will be out of date the next day.1 example was the crab meat was out of date by a few days I was back the next day & in place of the old crab meat there was different things made out of crab meat (they don’t normally have these dishes)There is so many problems with the meat departmentThe produce most of the vegetables & fruit has mold or just bad.So many bad experiences.I try to go anywhere but here.

Im from southern Louisiana. This place reminds me of the grocery stores from down there. The sell crawfish and crabs. They even sell king cakes at Mardi Gras.

This store sometimes has really good deals but has a wide gap between grocery prices in comparison to competing stores.

I did not like the Cooks Shank Ham that I brought for Thanksgiving. There was a lot of fat and the ham was tough. I will not buy this ham again.
