I just moved back to Morgantown and do grocery pick up because of Covid. 3 times now my order that was to be ready by 2 has been moved to evening hours or to the next day. I live 30 minutes into cheat lake so it’s very difficult to come back out once I’m already home. Super unreliable. Very difficult to get your money back when items are missing. Hope they can improve this system.

OOEN BACK UP TO 24 HOURS!!!I have a rare generic disability as well as autism, ADHD and PTSD. At night was the vest time for me to go get my stuff but now I cant since the ableists are no longer 24 hours.

Worst place in town to do pickup groceries. Past two weeks over a 30 minute wait and over 45 minutes the second time. This time the worker apologized because his management would not give him more help. If they cannot provide the service for what it is meant for and the employees to run it you should not offer it.

Only one in-person cashier register open most of the time. Have to always use self checkout for ~$150-200 bill and there’s not enough space to bag my groceries.

Can have a prescription called in days ahead of time and when we go to pick it up. Its never there they cant find it. And on going battle with them

In 62 years of life experience, this is the most well stocked, most well organized, most all inclusive supermarket we have seen in these 50 United States. We actually had to stop the manager and offer him some praise for what was being done here.This SPECIFIC Kroger is best, overall, Nationwide, in my opinion. They challenge and surpass the membership stores, so I now must RECONSIDER my Sams Club membership.They are very solid into the gluten free and vegan genres as well. This is our choice of supermarkets bar none. End of discussion!

Affectionately, called Kro-Gucci for its luxuriously designed isles and overall interior I strongly believe this other than the Super Wal-Mart are the two joint best places to shop for groceries in Morgantown. You get everything here and it upholds to Krogers high standards. If you live in Morgantown and have a car I recommend to shop here honestly.

Went through pharmacy drive thru today and I haven’t been on top of everything, dosages changes, lots of stuff going on I was all cotnfused. Graeson, the believe was her name and she was SO HELPFUL! She got me set straight and now I’m back on track! She’s so friendly and great to work with

I think Kroger needs to care more about how they hire workers. A middle aged women in purple hair in an electric cart who usually loads/tags stuff is super unfriendly to customers! She’s like wandering in the store greeting coworkers in other sections and seem not working at all!

I was treated very rudely by an older lady with pink hair who is working at the self check out today. Don’t think I will ever shop here again.

WORST SERVICE EVER AT A PHARMACY.I unfortunately was forced to switch to this pharmacy after 15 years with Walgreens. Kroger is a grocery store, not a pharmacy, and this location is also horrible at that. They are a terrible grocer and even worse pharmacy.I will be transferring ASAP.NOTHING BUT KIDS RUNNING THINGS.Just frustration and no help.

Good selection. Well organized. The store has the reputation of being the nice Kroger in town. Good beer selection, including a large build-a-sixpack cooler.

Store is great and clean.Clicklist is worthless though. After 4-5 orders screwed up in a row, Im done. One time they sold half my order to someone else. Im sick of picking up my order then having to go back the next day to get things that were out of stock.

Definitely the best Kroger in Morgantown. This store is very clean and always well stocked. It is considered the most upscale of the 3 Krogers in town complete with its own Starbucks, craft beer station, sushi bar, sit down eating space, sandwich bar, and buffet line. Its definitely the best grocery shopping to be had in Morgantown.

Always a great selection. The craft beer draft section is great. The new self checkout and scan while you shop options make leaving the store much quicker. This is by far one of the best grocery stores I have been to.Not sure of their stocking periods but Monday evenings seem to be really picked from time to time.

Very open. Staff very helpful. Good selection -- no Annies? The scan as you pick worked well. Be nice if you could use it to search for an item. Checkout was easy once the process was clear.

The best of the area Kroger locations, hands down. Their curbside pickup has been overwhelmed sometimes during COVID, but weve been satisfied overall with the experience.

Their produce section is seriously lacking. Every time I go there are fruit flies, most of the produce is old, and everything is picked over. Whenever I do buy produce, I end up throwing it out the next day because it gets old and moldy that fast. I’ve also have bought several different products that were expired, and had to go back to try to get a refund. If you claim to be one of the biggest and best Kroger’s on the east coast, then you might want to provide better and fresher products.

This place is one of Morgantowns hidden gems when it comes to sushi. There is a little kiosk inside that makes phenomenal sushi of all sorts. A friend of mine recommend it to me and its mind blowing to get this kind of quality from a grocery store kiosk. Quality and presentation of the sushi is top shelf. A lot of other stores could take a page out of their book.

A delightful place to shop for a wide selection of groceries and much more. The staff are very helpful and the fresh food selections are nicely displayed. I will be back often.

I arrived at 2 minutes til 9pm to pick up a prescription for my daughter and was told that they were closed. I told them it wasnt 9pm, I was informed that they are required to clock out at 9pm, once again it wasnt 9pm. I would rate their services a negative if I could. They used to be open to 10pm, but posted a sign saying to serve our customers better we now close at 9pm.

Kroger still is the highest standard for grocery shopping. I never have problems with their products. Their store workers are the best in their trade. Five stars always.

Krogucci. Much better than their other Kroger. I wish my local kroger had as many options as this one does. Who knows? Maybe I should just move up to Morgantown for the good foods and beer.

On multiple occasions the Suncrest Town Center Kroger has taken two hours or more after it said the click list was ready to get the food out to my car. This time they shorted us $25 dollars worth of food that they charged us for. Buyers beware of the click list at this Kroger location.

We werent sure until last minute what day we were having my sons Birthday party. I called @ 4:30pm the day before & they had his cake ready by 9:00am the next day!! It was probably the best cake we have had in a long time!!! Thank You!! Kroger is our favorite store!!

Today was a little crowded because thanksgiving is just a couple of days away. My shopping experience was still A+ all the way. Found a discount on my favorite ice cream. Also the garlic was still really fresh.

Too big. Easy to get lost and leave without what you came in for. You would think a big store would have more variety. Sadly just more empty shelves. Construction work while store is open is too much of a safety hazard. Will not be back.

There are three Kroger grocery stores in Morgantown, WV and - in my opinion - this location is the best because it seems to be the largest of the three stores and has THE BEST (!!!) hot and cold self serve delis. I cannot seem to get enough stuffed grape leaves from the cold deli but when I go to this particular Kroger, I ALWAYS make a point of getting more stuffed grape leaves, if they have any. Other customers seem to be discovering just how great the stuffed grape leaves are. The parking lot is fairly large and crowded a lot of the time. This Kroger location also has the widest shopping aisles.

The best Kroger Ive ever visited! If this Kroger doesnt have something, there can be only 1 of 2 options. The item for which you are looking doesnt exist, or the college students wiped them out because it was on sale or they had the munchies. Seriously though, this Kroger is great, clean, and has a wide variety of products.

They call it the Gucci Kroger for a reason. Store is very clean and well kept. Its also arguably one of the fanciest grocery stores in town meaning more variety and options.They seem to get very fresh produce which is important to me.

I love Kroger! I do the majority of my grocery shopping here. I shop the sales and find great deals. I also love their house brand products just as much as the name brands!

They just recently remodeled and its really upgraded! They added in a starbucks and a sitting area to drink your coffee or eat something from their hot bar. Theyve added an actual bar with beer on tap to taste or to buy. And theyve also added a section with prepared and frozen foods that can be taken home to quickly make for dinner. These are only a few of the renovations that Ive noticed so far, but Ive always been a fan of Kroger and am happy with the new additions!

I shop here once a week and very easy to navigate. They are currently doing some remodeling/updating which has caused something’s to be moved around but looking forward to the final product and will continue to use this Kroger.

Large selection of products and good prices. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the parking. No one pays attention, spots are narrow, and the entrance/exit and lanes to navigate the lot are poorly aligned with no signs telling the drivers in the lot to yield. Common sense I know, but no one obeys, or they are subject to repeated horns and obscene gestures. Not entirely Krogers fault, but they need to be aware.

I highly recommend you never use their click list. I’ve given them more tries than I can count to do their job correctly. Somehow half of the items are not ever In stock, but they charge you despite not giving it to you. On my most recent order they had 29 items listed as “out of stock.” I went into the store the second I left the click list parking spot, because the items were all essentials for my baby. Absolutely every single item they listed as “not in stock”, was indeed in stock. Which means I paid them $5 to do absolutely nothing. I paid them and then had to turn around and go do the shopping myself, so what’s the point? Don’t even bother because I can promise you, they will never get it right and will do nothing to remedy it. I’d recommend the local Walmart over this Kroger’s.

Very large store. Great selection of foods. Sometimes not always stocked well. The parking lot is a NIGHTMARE. Never anywhere to park and at risk for a fender bender with every trip.

Kroger pretty much has anything you need. They have good produce, flowers, healthy food section, awesome beer (you can make your own six pack), great wine selection. However, it is not the cheapest grocery store in town.

This Kroger is the nicest in town. There is a massive selection of food and the everything is well stocked. I have never seen out of date items for sale either. Prices are the same as any other Kroger as well.

We go to this Kroger seldomly. We moved 3 years ago. They have been in the process of remodeling for what seems like most of the summer. Every time I am there it is difficult to find items except for vegetables , wine ,meat, cheese. They need to finish it! Not a good shopping experience. Add to that a parking lot that is often too small...

Top notch Kroger, favorite one in Morgantown. It is always busy, but has the best selection and cleanest sales floor. Lots of freshly prepared food available in the deli/produce/butcher area. Just be careful in the parking lot. Its a mad house.

My favorite Kroger ever!Large, nearly everything you could imagine!It loses a point because it is not on the level of Trader Joes or Fresh Market. But it is the best you can do in WV (for now).

The first place I go. Best Kroger in Morgantown if not the state. I can always find what I’m looking for and prices are the best in town. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great produce, deli, organic and meat dept. Click list is great and saves time if you’re not a grocery store kinda person lol.

Its a pretty good grocery store. Theyve got a good selection on produce and the steaks are great, especially when on sale. However Ive learned from experience to check the expiration on sale meat and fish, Ive seen fish as far as 2 weeks past its best by date.

Best grocery store around. Nice and clean. Helpful and pleasant employees and a very nice selection of anything you could want. Highly recommended!!

Most complete Kroger in Morgantown.. possibly even the northern part of the state. They have just about anything you would expect from a grocery store/market. Meat selection is great and they have bulk food, vegan and ethnic options available. For those looking for an Organic selection, they have a dedicated organic area which is absent in most locations in WV. This location is always absurdly busy, so if you need something quickly, the other Kroger stores in Morgantown might be a better option.

I eat a lot of fruit, so I love the variety of fruit they have. Some fruit I have never seen before, which I buy to experience the different tastes! The people are friendly. One thing I dont like is there are hardly any checkers, its not fun checking out a big basket of groceries!! I would have given 5 stars but they need to work on the check out procedures. I had to go to the service desk to ask for a checker, because I didnt want to struggle with all the groceries. Two ladies were on their cell phones, and they looked at me as if I disturbed them. To be honest this is what makes me shop on line, workers on their cell phones are taking over in the work industry.

Ok. It can be a madhouse at times, given the convenient location. But I love coming here because this store has everything I need, and more!

Excellent Kroger. They have a great selection of everything. Their hot and cold (salad) bar are good for a quick lunch or dinner.

So apparently signs posted everywhere on Krogers fire lanes and state law signs mean absolutely nothing. Everyone idecides they can just park there because it is inconvenient to actually park and shop. Kroger needs to enforce what if there was an actual emergency!On another note, guess kroger has decided to market their house brands. Hard to find what you really want. Guess we have to settle.Rant over!Disillusioned customer.

This is one of the best grocery stores Ive seen anywhere. Their prices are much more reasonable than Giant Eagle, the selection is great, and their produce is fresh. This particular location is much more upscale than the other Kroger stores in the area.

Kroger is big enough Nationwide to have high volume discounts on their prices. ( like Walmart) but this location in Sabraton West Virginia is small enough to quickly find what you want. Recently remodeled, and on a very busy Highway, the shelves are restocked daily.

This place is enormous and very difficult to navigate. Not laid out how you would expect and as such quite confusing. For a store this size they could use faster checkouts too. Good bakery and meat departments.

Produce is not always fresh. Make sure to check for mold! Staff is very nice. Sometimes hard to find someone on staff to help you find something.

I shopped after work at 11pm. Lots of items missing on the shelves. Why do that night workers stand right out side the front doors and smoke. I am allergic to cigarette & cigar smoke!

One of the biggest Kroger stores youll run into. Huge selection. Geared toward a young population with large organic sections and artisan selections that are less common in large retail. Plus its Kroger. You cant go wrong.

Terrible! I used to like it there but they rearranged everything and their order makes no sense. It takes me at least twice as long to shop there now. I know marketing and you probably did it on purpose...thinking I will buy more if I am in there longer...but you are so wrong. I have bought less since you all rearranged everything and am buying more and more from Walmart...and soon Sams and Aldi....you all have made a very big blundering mistake and your prices have gone crazy....will soon be saying goodbye to Kroger for everything. Your marketing people should be fired! Seriously! SAD...USED TO BE 5 STAR...

Prices have increased and the number of products offered seems to have declined recently. This may be due to the store undergoing major renovation. I hope this is the case because this used to be my favorite store.

They cancelled my click list order without notifying me; they do not have any click list openings to pick up at this time.

I was surprised to walk in and see such a clean store and such a wide selection of wine. I will definitely be back.

This Kroger is not a grocery store, its a mall. Excellent selection of products, a Starbucks, and growler filling but just not worth the parking lot traffic jam and enormous layout.

Went to this Kroger in suncrest Town center to buy a grill that online and in their app was advertised at $74.99 when I got to the store the display model advertised a price of 119.00. So I talked to a few workers there and then a manager. And lo and behold I was unable to purchase the grill for the online advertised price! I wasted my time and my gas!....to purchase said item. And all I got was.......sorry sir. The price is 119.00. bad business if you ask me!!!
