Megan was the sweetest most helpful girl ever! She spent most of her day looking for my jewelry and called me to update me the whole time!! Pleas give this gal a raise!! She is excellent and really took good care of me!!!

Too bad I couldn’t have had put 0 stars. The lady that was working today was very rude and had a very inappropriate attitude. I understand the Covid situation, which there is only 5 guests to be allowed in the store. Well as we went to go in she said we have 5 customers in here already would I please stay outside til someone leaves. In the meantime I’m standing there probably 10 mins and here comes this other lady walks right in and starts shopping!!!!! So again I proceeded to enter the store and again the same lady said you can not come in yet so I asked her why was the other lady allowed to go Inside and I was the one waiting?? The sales lady just gave me a very rude look and threw her hands in the air. So if you want to be treated with disrespect go here. I’m taking my business elsewhere. They missed out on a $10,000 sale. I plan to get ahold of the cooperate office. Kay’s doesn’t need a worker of that caliber to be there.

The ladys inside were really helpful even when I wasnt buying right then and there. Very friendly almost like you knew them personally already. I spent about an hour in the store trying to resolve and issue while also shopping and they just made everything less stressful than it already was. If your gonna buy a ring in Morgantown, I would give these guys a chance.

Went to get a ring resized which took 2 weeks. They forgot to solder it back together so it bent on my fiances hand and was cutting her in the first 2 days of wear. They said it would be fixed, which took another 2 weeks. Went back and they closed early and refused to open the door at 8:01. Still waiting to see whether or not the $400 warranty will be effective. Im doubting it, but hoping it ends up right. Will never go back.

Crook managers who will twist and manipulate return dates and would not allow me to make a return despite having ample time to do so. I was making a return for my mother who changed her mind on a purchase, and I was told by coporate that the return was still valid, and my receipt was within 60 days however this stores manager refused to do so, and kept insisting that the return was over due even though it clearly was not.

I saw an item online I wanted to get but it was sold out. One call to the store, and they got the item I wanted.
