My front driver window went down but was unable to come back up. My car is still under warranty, so we looked for places around Morgantown that were willing to work with us and decided to take it here. They told us that the motor burnt up and they could replace it. They ordered a motor, but due to the bad weather, it took over a week for the part to come in. Totally not their fault.This, however, was their fault. I took it on a Tuesday to get it finally fixed, they took it apart and one of the technicians came in and told Scott that he ordered a regulator instead of a motor. He told my mom that they could just get the part from Napa and bring it the next day. The next day, Wednesday, they call and say that the part wouldnt be in till that Friday. I had to work, but my mom took it. One of the technicians asked Scott where the part was, and he said he didnt know. He told my mom that she would have to call in order for them to be able to work on it. He asked if they were going to pay for it or she was. She told him that she wasnt because it was under warranty, and he asked, What warranty? One of the other workers had to remind him that we had paperwork for this to get completed. The part came and they started working on it. Scott came out to the waiting area and said that it wasnt the motor but the regulator or switch and that they could order that part.After taking my car there three times and waiting for almost three weeks to get it fixed, my mom told them no and decided to take it somewhere else to get the job done. Scott even told my mom before she left that they dont even have the tools to properly diagnose the problem. If you dont have the tools, then why even try to guess or keep making leaps and bounds? If you cant do the job, just tell the customer so they can get it fixed in a proper amount of time. I havent been able to drive myself to work for almost three weeks now and Im sick of having to ask my family to drive me to work.I would not recommend going here to get anything done. There is no productive communication or work done here. They were very confusing and seemed to not know what they were doing.

Accidentally cracked my windshield while I was replacing my wiper blades, long story short the tension spring snapped forward on me while the wiper blade was off and slammed on the windshield, did a decent crack to it which grew with the cold weather. I scheduled for a full replacement on 11/23/20 at anywhere between 8AM-12PM. The technician that arrived was Jessie and I got him set up in my garage and he began his work. Within 2 hours he had done everything and fully installed the new windshield. Would definitely use again!

After 5 years of bad windshields, my headliner ruined twice and floorboards rusted, carpet destroyed...I was told by the manager, SORRY THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO!!!Oh, but there is and Im certain the Corporate office will not feel this way, and now an bour later, my attorney is presently knocking down my door!!

I would recommend Safelite AutoGlass, in Morgantown, to anyone. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to schedule an appointment, online. The entire process was completed in a few minutes, completely online.When I arrived at the Safelite facility, everyone was very friendly and the place was clean. There were refreshments available for customers.The technician who performed my work (Chris B) thoroughly explained the process and checked my glass for any spots I may have missed. They didnt try to rip me off, and tell me that my windshield needed to be replaced.When the work was complete, if no one told you the windshield was repaired, and pointed out the exact spot, you would never know. The repair spot looked like a dried water droplet, and was almost invisible.Also, my windshield and all windows were thoroughly cleaned, and the interior of my vehicle was vacuumed. I was not expecting that, but it sure was nice.I will definitely be using Safelite for all of my auto glass needs, in the future.

Yesterday 12/22/17 I noticed a small crack in my windshield just out of driver side view. I knew I had to get it fixed as soon as possible. Knowing how close it was to Christmas I was anticipating a long wait and/or a fortune. My wife called Safelite and they got us in today and much to my delight the cost was much lower than expected. Excellent service from Chris and the guys there. Whoever is in charge there needs about ten more of him and his crew. If I could give more stars I certainly would.

Very professional and fast. Staff was very friendly and they took pride in doing a good job and returning your vehicle to you as good as, if not better, than they received it. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Had my windshield replaced and when i picked my car up my steering wheel and dash along with my gear shift was covered in shards of glass when i took it back i got told by the manager Scott that we dont run a detail shop, what did you expect. Very poor customer service.

Not very satisfied. I was scheduled for a noon to 5 appointment which in my opinion is a pretty large window. By 5 the tech had not showed up so I called the number from the email only to have someone pick up the phone and hang up on me. The tech finally showed up an hour late from a five hour window. He began looking over my windshield and found a rust spot where the sealant would have to be. Normally this wouldnt be a problem but he tells me he ran out of the stuff hes supposed to use to fix it earlier that day. So I wasted an entire day waiting on this guy only to find out he arrived without the proper tools to do his job. He calls the office and they tell him to tell me that the only thing they can do is have me bring it to the shop (30min away) on Tuesday and they could fix it then or schedule a mobile appointment for Thursday. (My original appointment was on a saturday.) Now if this were my business I wouldve made this a priority for the next business day being Monday Considering they were not only late but unprepared for the job. The only positive thing I have to say about my experience is that the tech was a nice guy very polite. Therefore I didnt take out my frustration on him. Instead I will be getting in touch with management to discuss the situation so that problems can be addressed for the benefit of future customers.

Fantastic service. Scheduled my appointment (mobile) two days before, and my windshield was replaced in about 2 hours. The sevice man even offered to vacuum out my car floor, which I had done a few days prior, and just shook my floor mats out for me instead.

What a pain, had a huge rock go through my windshield when I called they said a mobile repair would take 2 weeks but if I drove to their facility it could be fixed tomorrow. I thought this company specialized in mobile repair

I had a windshield replaced 2 years ago at another Safelite location, and I recently discovered that my entire windshield was loose - as in, I could push on it from the inside and it would move. Yikes! Safelite stands behind its work with a lifetime warranty, and the Morgantown location reattached the windshield, no questions asked! Excellent service. Employees were polite and efficient. Would go back.

I will never recommend Safelite to anyone for glass service. I scheduled an appointment the other phone to have my auto glass put in on Saturday morning. Friday morning rolled around and no one had called to confirm that they had the part. I called them to inquire about my appointment and the part. I was told that the part has not come in yet and that it would most likely be on that evenings delivery. So not wanting to make a trip to Morgantown in vain I rescheduled my appointment for Monday at 7:30 in the morning. I arrived at Safelite Auto on greenbag road at 7:35 in the morning on Monday and was told the part was still not in and when I asked why no one had called I was told Scotts had. I have since contacted another auto glass company and the part took 5 days to show up and and cost me a little over half the price of the glass from Safelite. I am glad that I did not use your service Safelite and I am saddened that your customer service is so poor.

Recently had windshield replaced. Tech worked with us to rearrange his schedule for the day due to rain, to make sure our repair was completed the same day. Outstanding!

Morgantown WV office will not return calls. They will talk when I call then say we want you happy and will call you back and it never happens. Sent pictures to him of the crack still in my windshield two weeks ago and havent heard back. I called for three weeks in a row prior to sending him the picture and he hasnt responded once.

The reason I loved this place so much is because of the tech, not the receptionist or the gentleman that answer the phone but the tech. This guy whos name escapes me at the moment made my visit such pleasure. Went over everything in detail about my windshield install, vacuumed my whole car out, made sure I was well taken care of and because of him I will go back even if they are the most expensive place in Morgantown just because of this tech. I will find out his name and edit this post when I do.

I had my window fixed recently and the service I received from Safelite was incredible! They were fast, friendly and effective. They even vacuumed my entire vehicle out. I was very impressed with them and would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Wanted to have a windshield gasket replaced. They wouldnt do it unless I replaced the windshield too even though nothing was wrong with it. 0 stars to them.

What a joke wont stand behind their work. Tech chipped the glass when putting it in. Instead of owning up to it we get blamed for it. Like Ive said a million times over IF WE WOULD OF DID IT WE WOULD TAKE THE BLAME. Wont even send a tech or anyone from a different location to look at our windshield. All we hear is were not fixing it. Thats fine once Im done with this I am contacting the attorney general and the bbb. All we want is it made right. We will NEVER use safelite again. I will also tell everyone I know not to use you either. We paid cash for this It wasnt an insurance. I would hate to see how much they screw over the insurance companies. It didnt have to come to me leaving this review. But if it helps someone one else not to get screwed over like us Im glad Im leaving it.

Got an appointment at home paid for the service online before the appointment, got a phone call they would be late, they were supposed to come between 8 am and 12 am, the technician said it would be 12 am well at 2 .30pm still nobody, I had to go to work, so I called customer service they said bring the car next friday when I paid for sevice at home cause I am night shift, and my wife is up in the morning and can be around to meet them. I said absolutely not I have a huge crack the windshield is about to fall apart and I cannot wait till next Friday another week is a no no I will go somewhere else. When that said they hanged up on me and since I battle to be reimbursed!!!! No go company !! For the principal I am going to get a lawyer if needed but I will get my money back guarantee!

Horrible service! Not only did they do a horrible job but terrible customer service regarding this issue. First technician came to fix a small chip but instead ended up putting a huge crack in my windshield so then I had to have the whole windshield replaced, in which I have paid safelite over $400 by this point. When the second technician came to replace my windshield he did worse than the first one and left a part of my windshield that isnt properly sealed. When I called to have this fixed after complaining and dealing with probably 6 different people I was told safelite will come replace me windshield again at no cost to me and I was told I will be reimbursed for both mobile fees I was charged for the first two attempts and then we set up a time for their technicians to come replace the windshield again. In the meantime I was then the card I used to pay originally was then charged $212 for no reason without my authorization and when I attempted to get this resolved I was treated very rudely and still have no resolution. Im left with a windshield that isnt properly sealed and has the potential to leak and still not reimbursed for the extra charge of $212 that was charged to my card. If and when this is resolved I will never deal with safelite again and I will tell my story to anyone even considering using safelite. They dont even deserve a one star rating.
