The guy was friendly and came out to my house to replace my windshield. I do appreciate they put my inspection sticker back on, but you would think that they would have cleaned my windshield after putting it in. It looks like someone took their greasy hands and just slid them across my windshield several times clear across the whole thing. The bad part is I didnt realize it until I was driving and it was right in my viewsite and I couldnt see. I went with them out of faith that they would do a good job. I have never not had my windshield cleaned after having one replaced before.

I needed to get my vans windshield replaced because of a growing crack in the middle. My car insurance was going to be too expensive and my deductible was $500.00, just a bit less than their quote. I found Auto Glass Fitters in a search and saw all the positive reviews and called them. The person who answered my call explained the process and said they would come to me, AND the cost for my 2010 Honda Odyssey windshield $265.00, way lower than the other quotes I had gotten. An appointment was scheduled 2 days later. The man that cane said he would charge me when he was done and I watched him from my front door. There was a lot more to replacing a windshield than what I thought. About an hour later he was finished after cleaning my dash and wiping fingerprints off the glass. There have been several severe storms lately and no leaks. I strongly recommend Auto Glass Fitters.

Must Read! I recommend never going to this company if you have any other choice whatsoever. I have never been treated so poorly by a person representing a business in my entire life. It was obvious they did not care about me as a customer in the least. I Paid $105 for a window repair, no joke the tech was here maybe 5 minutes, he never asked where the chip was located, so assumed he noticed it directly in line of driving sight. I checked after he had left and It seemed no different whatsoever. They claimed there was no guarantee on repairs but he DIDNT EVEN DO THE REPAIR. If he did do a repair he made a mistake. They are supposed to be able to test it to see if it were resin filled but everyone I spoke with just said theres no guarantee on windsheild repairs. Ive called many times about this and Im still dissatisfied, seems I paid $100 to learn how terrible of a business this is. Even if he had done everything right Glass Fitters still should have never treated me like I was wrong for choosing them as my automotive glass repair specalists. It seemed as if theyd rather keep their $100 and lose a customer and leave them completely irate. Rather than do something even to prove the work was done or work with them as a customer in any way. Bottom line, I paid for a service and I feel all I received was a scam. Then they treated me terribly, like the disliked me as a customer because I was dissatisfied. They HID behind the fact that chip repairs are not guaranteed. Without investigating any further.The work they had been paid to do was either not done or they did it wrongly and the tech should have clarified with the customer. He didnt show us the repair before requiring us to sign the invoice. They were not informative at the start about the minimal difference in price of repairs or total windshield replacement. Under all circumstances, GO to GLASS TECHNOLOGIES if youre in Morgantown, Wv. Otherwise CHOOSE SAFELITE OR ANYONE ELSE possible!
