Our family relocated from NJ a few months ago. We had the pleasure of stopping in at this location twice. Our first time was in December to send gifts to family back in NJ. Andrew helped us and he was super sweet and should a lot of care in the handling of our items. We then stopped in for the second time this part Friday. We were helped by the lovely Deborah as we needed to notarize some documents. She even assisted us in filling them out as we were a little confused. Everyone is always pleasant and ready to assist you in whatever you may need. We look forward to whatever UPS related trips are future as in store. Thank you guys, youre great!

Logan was awesome! I really needed a notary on a Sunday and he totally helped me out. He was even kind enough to come to the car for my grandmother who isnt very mobile and is avoiding public places. We really appreciate it! Amazing service. Thanks again Logan!

I use this store for all my shipping needs. The staff has always been nice and helpful. I shipped a package recently and some of the items did not make it to my sister but Logan, the store owner, has taken time to work with me to put in a loss claim with UPS to recover my financial loss. I am disheartened that about half of my gifts to my sister did not arrive but I do appreciate his help to correct this.

Our small business recently needed help sending a dozen large packages. Logan and his team were exceptional. They helped with box sizing, packing, labels, shipping etc. Everything arrive on time or early!

Mr. Logan, the store manager at 2078, was awesome. Customer service out the roof. No wait time, I was in and out and was very Satisfied of the great service I received today. In the countrys current state, this is NOT the UPS location to use. Today I saw only 1 of their 4 employees wearing a mask properly - all others had them super loose and below their noses. The UPS delivery employee had no mask at all. Very disappointing behavior, particularly given how tiny the space is.

I went to the UPS store today to ship something to my husband he needed for work and the lady at the desk seemed she would rather be anywhere else but at work helping people. She was rude and passed me on to someone else instead of trying to help me out. I ended up leaving not shipping what I needed to and went FedX where the lady was amazing and way more helpful. I will be sending packages out from there from now on.

So I forgot something at home for my vacation. I ask bethany the lady that is house sitting and dog sitting to mail it over night on Sunday. Fed- Ex was closed and so she went to the UPS store. It cost 30 some dollars for over night. So it didn’t come Monday. Called the store Monday and asked where it was and they said it didn’t go out till Monday evening. So you would think it would be here Tuesday. Didn’t come. Checked the tracking number and said it would be here Wednesday. Didn’t come. Remember I said I paid 30 dollars to have it shipped over night. So I called the store we mailed it from said they don’t guarantee overnight even though they charged me 30 dollars for overnight shipping. So I can’t get my money back. Everyone is blaming COVID for delayed mail. I call BS on that. I will never go through UPS again. By the way, it finally came 4 days later today..

4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Plus other locations have been more accommodating. Great store and located conveniently. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Hours are limited but that is not unusual. Good crew. Will use them again.

Had to ship a computer to CA, Nathan made the process super easy.He had a professional can do attitude and assured me it would be packaged properly as well as have a safe trip. The computer was packaged perfectly, arrived undamaged and works great! Ive also shipped many boxes as well and Nathan handles it quickly and effectively every time.

Recently went in, can confirm recent poor reviews. No mask, no social distancing. Made jokes about it when it was brought up; honestly seems like the store management just doesn’t care. They have signs up but are not following the protocol. I won’t be returning, I will take my small businesses shipping needs to company that cares about its people rather that making smart remarks about Ppe. Looking at you Craig and Logan smh disappointed.

I had UPS in Mooresville mail an old religious book from the 1800s to a friend and I wanted to make sure it made it without jostling and damage. Nathan took great care in packing the book so that it would fare well in transit. He took the time to show me how he packed the book to make sure I felt good about it also. I appreciate such great customer service and quality in a world where customer service seems lacking. This store has always given me great customer care! Thank you!

Have always had a great experience with these guys from 100s of packages shipped with work to notary needs theyve always been extremely helpful while also being personable and friendly.

I ordered a rain jacket, and the day after it shipped I was laid off due to Covid 19. So I had to return the item, and the seller was kind enough to not only accept the return, but to email me a return shipping label. However, since I dont have a printer I went into the UPS store and asked them if I forwarded them the email would they print out the lable for me. Long story short, they charged me for this service. I understand they are in business, but talk about kicking someone when they are down! The associate knew my situation but was just heartless about the whole thing. 40 million people get let go overnight due to a pandemic, but this UPS store is charging a thousand fold the times of the cost of printing out a lable during this crisis. While my plight isnt their issue, they might want to have some sympathy for their fellow human beings in a time of a national crisis.

I went in for a copy and fax. It was what I consider private paperwork. After the fax, the UPS worker started reading my paperwork. I waited just staring at her and asked if it had successfully faxed. Without looking up from reading, she said I dont know, we have to wait.

Absolute inept employees. Wouldnt let me ship a blank slide with sights because of theyre political views. Stay far away, its none of their business what shape the metal is Im shipping or what it will be used to create.Update - went to Fed Ex in Morrison Plantation and they were beyond helpful and we even had a little chuckle at how unknowledgeable and uninformed the UPS store employees were. Cant ship that block of aluminum that is completely legal to ship and in no way shape or form dangerous 😂 Thanks for your opinion UPS, thanks for being helpful and keep my business running smooth Fed Ex. Will be setting up an account with Fed Ex shortly and I highly recommend you do the same if your in Mooresville, ship often, and value a company that stands by American values.

I needed help with getting notes off my phone and faxed to a bank. I was told that he couldnt help me with that even though the bank insisted that they would. Trying to no avail.

I am so upset by UPS. I asked to buy a shipping box and the lady at the counter cut out a regular brown box at almost $13 (box only). A box costs less than $1 at any store. The least she could do was to tell me the estimated cost before cutting. She said there was nothing she could do and that I had to pay.

If you need to print anything - this is the place to go. Catherine has helped me tremendously. She is very experienced, helpful and friendly. It also is great that they have very competitive pricing. Overall - I have no need to go anywhere else. Totally happy with the service and the price. The equipment they have is state of the art for my needs.

This UPS store is the friendliest and they know their business very well. Id recommend them to anyone. I cannot think of anything I would improve.

The is very professional, respectful, courteous, and fast. Always count on them to get legal papers delivered on time and they never fail. When it comes to packing stuff that needs special care they make sure that it is secure and well protected from damage during the delivery process. Wouldnt go to anyone else. Great experience!! Very helpful staff also very patient. They packed my item in a nice custom box (fedex wanted to use two separate boxes) and it was very reasonably priced considering the package I sent was 45 lbs (still 48$ cheaper than fed ex)

I have sent a few very fragile lamps to my family in new york, they were hand made and had a lot of glass parts..the help that was given in the packing and handling was exceptional..last week i sent and received some motorcycle parts that were painted with with a very expensive paint and i received them in perfect shape. thank you for your care and handling of my packages.

The employees are consistently friendly. If they see Im carrying a huge box and may have trouble opening the door, they rush to open the door for me to help. Never had a bad experience with this location.
