I went to the going out of business sale yesterday. I bought a camera that was marked for $149.99, but was under the 90% off sign. I looked at the receipt when I got home and realized I was charged $30 for the camera instead of the $15 for the 90% off. I went back today to talk to a sales associate about the transaction. He commented that the electronics are only 80% off. I told him that perhaps he should move the cameras away from the 90% off sign. He then commented that there is nothing that he can do and that it didnt matter because all of the other cameras were gone. Im highly disappointed, but theres nothing that will be done since they are going out of business. I guess be weary of what you purchase from what they have left in their inventory.

The young man working in the store was knowledgeable of the products that were available and helped me find what I needed.

Radio Shack no longer covers logitech headphones that they sold warranties on 3 months ago. I dont know whos going broke shack or logitech

Terrible customer service. This is now in its new location across the street. Was immediately greeted when I walked in the door by a younger man with his nose buried in a cell phone, was asked if I needed help and I stated I was looking for a portable speaker for an mp3 player but not a dock. Was immediately told no they didn't carry such an item however employee didn't so much as look up from his cell phone to assist me. I looked for no more than 3 minutes and found what I had been looking for, two separate products, from Auvio and Gig aware. I chose to leave and buy what I was looking for elsewhere. I refuse to help contribute to someones wages who can't even budge from their seat to help a customer. I'd rather shop at Walmart.
