I had bought new phones from Verizon, After 3 Phone calls and 2 visits to the Verizon store they did not have the equipment to transfer the information from my old phone to the new phone. I went to CPR and it was done in a couple of hours. They are Great!!! Know what their doing, no guessing! I highly recommend !

Wife’s phone got dropped at Carrigan Farms and the tractors ran over it before we could find it in the dirt trail. Screen was smashed bad and “bleeding” in the display, so not functional at all. Verizon store said it was trashed, Apple store said it was a goner. CPR fixed it in 40 minutes for less than my cell phone insurance deductible. These guys are legit. Highly recommend.

Im writing this for my elderly father who lives in Mooresville. He told us that he had gone to the local Verizon store to get help fixing a problem with his older smart phone, as it was no longer receiving phone calls. This is a major issue as we live out of state so need to be in communication with him. Even though he has been a customer of theirs for almost two decades they refused to help remedy his issue and simply blamed the age of his phone. They were more than happy to offer him a new phone for $500+ though.Thankfully someone there referred him to CPR to see if they could help. Anthony, the manager, not only helped my dad, but spent over an hour with him doing so. It ended up being a software issue that CPR was able to resolve. When my father attempted to pay for the service, Anthony, knowing my father lived alone and has health issues, refused any money and told my him to stop by or call the store if he ever needed anything. We were blown away by their kindness. I reached out to Anthony to thank him personally for what he did but also wanted to share this experience on here.

CPR Mooresville was amazing! I dropped my phone and the home button was making a bad clicking noise that wouldnt go away. I brought it in and they said they needed 45 mins to 1 hr, and max. it would cost $25. The phone was ready on time, and they said it was so easy to fix they DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME! Would definitely recommend, and go back for any future iPhone repairs.

My phone looks brand new! I was very impressed with the knowledge of the guys working. I described dropping my phone all the time as “my phone likes to jump out of my hands at any given moment”. When I did, the gentleman that was helping me jumped up and got the phone case that would help. Time will tell if it actually does!I have now: a new screen, new case (gear4 for iPhone 8), and a new glass protector.They even made sure to put my old pop socket on the back of my case for me. I was sent here by a friend that had used them in the past. I walked in about 45 minutes before they closed expecting to be told a price and asked to come back. Instead, after the price was agreed upon, they took my phone and 30-ish minutes later I had a new screen and battery. We dropped off my daughters iPhone to have a new screen put on and when we returned an hour later we were informed that there would be no charge since all that was broken was her glass screen protector. The owner actually felt bad that he didnt realize it when we dropped it off and we had to wait an hour. We are forever grateful for their honesty and will be regular customers going forward when they are needed.

Sent my sons switch in for repair with a power issue. Parts had to be ordered from overseas so the 2 month wait was understandable. Once I got it home I realized the charger had not been returned. Also had to take it apart and reseat the ribbon cable for the SD card slot and the one for the left side controller receiver. I called and left a voice-mail 1st about the charger with no response so a day later I called and talked to someone who said they would check with the repair guy, and I should call back later. I made about 4 return calls over the next few weeks. The last time I called I wad told they would check the box of cords they have in the back, and they would call me back. A week later I sent an email asking about my charger. I have yet to get a response or have my charger returned. Recap, initial problem was fixed, GREAT!, ribbon cables not connected, not a big problem, but the handling of contacting me and returning my charger cable is the only reason I didnt rate them higher.

I love this place! I came for a broken Verizon S20 5g screen, but apparently Verizon doesnt make the replacement for this model. So, Mr. Anthony was nice enough to buy an unusable phone and switch the screens. He even let me borrow an iPhone for the week it took the replacement to ship. He and the other staff were extremely nice and accommodating and always communicated with me. Now, I refused to take my business anywhere else. Thank you!

I dropped off a PlayStation 4 on Monday, was contacted Thursday it was the hard drive, they had one in stock and had it fixed 2 hours later. I picked it and asked what I would have to do to reset it up when I got home and the gentleman was very patient and explained everything to me very clearly because I am not a technology guru by anyones standpoint. Went in with a 2017 MacBook with a broken screen. I had been quoted over $800 at Best Buy, which I was okay with, but they would have to keep my computer for over 3 weeks. NOT an option with my job. Thankfully I found these guys after a recommendation on Nextdoor. Anthony was super nice and able to get the replacement screen for me in one day and the repair was competed in less than 2 hours. These guys did a super job; this was my first visit ever. I got there right when they opened at 10:00am on Labor Day nonetheless, and Anthony greeted me in a pleasant fashion. I told him my problem of me installing a new battery in my first generation iPhone SE and then not getting one of the ribbon cables to snap back into place that evidently provided touch capability for the touch screen. He said itd be about $70.00 if they could fix it. He said if it involved the motherboard, it would probably not be worth it to fix it, but it might could be fixed with a new screen. He said he didnt have a screen in my color (thanks for being upfront in all this), but that didnt matter to me because the phone is in a case, and I said great. He told me to come back at 11:30am, which I did, and it was fixed - same day - all in 90 minutes! That is incredible, and thats what youve got to call Service! I just figured it was going to take a week or so. He was friendly, professional, and attentive to my problem - and thankfully, he fixed it. I felt like I could trust Anthony and that he was honest with me. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat, and not that I hope to have any cell phone problems in the future, but if so, I will be back!

Previously, I brought my daughters iPad in for repair and was told that the repair would be more than buying a new one. This is the kind of integrity you want in a service business. After Verizon refused to even look at my phone I went to CPR and was was blown away with the service I received. Anthony spent over an hour with me trying to get me back into my phone after I had forgotten my password (senior moment). He continued to help me in between a line of customers that had formed outside. In the end he was forced to factory reset the phone so I lost my contacts and photos, but his time and effort were greatly appreciated. He then refused to charge me. Wonderful service!

I made an appointment online to get my cracked phone screen repaired and they gave me an instant, free estimate of how much it would cost. I went in the next day at my appointment time, was charged the same price I was estimated (I wasn’t sure how accurate the estimate would be since they hadn’t seen my phone), went shopping nearby with a friend, and was able to pick up my perfectly repaired phone after a little over an hour. Great, quick, and affordable repair!

I came in for a liquid phone repair on Sept 4th. The first technician was very hopeful that he could repair or at least “give it a shot.” I explained that what I cared most about was getting the data off the phone as I didn’t have it backed up. I also explained that I had some electronics tools and unplugged the battery because the phone was getting very hot. Charged me $25 and I left.When I came to pick it up two days later I was told they couldn’t repair my phone, which I understand is out of their control. However, the tech then proceeds to tell me it got hot when they plugged it in, so something must be shorting. Yes, I told you that when I brought the phone. Ok so the battery is shorting - can we get the data off this, I ask. The tech nonchalantly says “let me ask ... (asks) ... No. Did you have it backed up?” Nope that’s also what I told you when I brought it. Thanks for a waste of $25.

Excellent service. I broke the screen on my new Macbook and they were able to get part and replace it in less than 2 days. It was also $200 less than Bestbuys quote who said it would take a minimum of 3 weeks.

I took my iPad mini 4 in with what I thought was a shattered screen (with a $200 expected repair bill due to the structure of that device.)How surprised and delighted I was, when they alerted me after working on the device me that I actually had had a screen protector on it. Only that had shattered, so we only had to replace the shield.They saved me at least $150 for something I would not have known I didn’t owe had he not told me.Highly recommend!

I have been working from home and need my cell phone frequently for work. I recently had an issue where my phone became disabled. I spent hours trying to recover/fix it myself. I have been to CPR before to replace a screen on an IPad Pro and they provided good service, so that is where I went with hopes to repair my cell. The young gentlemen working the counter took my phone and had it operational in 30 min(I spent hours of my time with no success). He was very informative about what caused the issue and preventative action I could take going forward. HE saved me a lot of time and frustration. ANd he offered to do it for free! Great with phones but it take really long time for computers and consoles, you would think it would take the same amount of time because this is what they do everyday but It’s been 3 days since I gave them my computer to “diagnose” and they haven’t I’m even started yet, yes they haven’t started the diagnosis, then it will probably take another week to fix so I’m looking at 2 weeks for something that could’ve taken 3 to 4 days to begin with.”can someone tell me if this is normal because if it is, smh.

Amazing customer service. Consistently called to keep me updated on every idea and process to fix my phone. Dedicated, persistent and very knowledgeable. I accidentally ruined the phone and they tried everything remotely possible to fix it. It wasnt a fixable situation but they tried everything they could. If I need a repair in the future I will definitely go back. Plus they offer military discount to our veterans!

Recently went to CPR to have my tablet fix after I was told by ubreakwefix told me it was my mother board. After speaking with Owen I left the tablet there and within a week not only was it fix it turn out to be a battery and the port. Excellent! I had an issue with my Droid Turbo and called the Verizon store here in Salisbury. They referred me to CPR. A little bit of a drive from Salisbury (about 30 min) but didnt have anyone around here. TOTALLY WORTH THE DRIVE! The guys were super nice and very knowledgeable. Didnt even charge me to check my phone. And while I waited they had this really neat tempered glass screen protector they put on a dummy phone and let me hit it with a little mallet to see how well it worked. Great Team! Thanks guys!!
