My Go To very cool staff

Well I was aware they closed at 10 and myself(African american man) and and white gentleman got there at 9:58. He made into the store before me because I had to secure my kids and when I approached the door @9:59 one of the employees said I couldnt enter because they were closed. There I was 2 kids in tow and both coughing and I got turned around. Great customer service! Why am I not surprised?

*GREAT PHARMACY!!! But very busy, theyre ALWAYS professional and caring. Ive been getting my medication filled here for years andUo9U always done a great job! Now as for them store employees I cannot say the same for them, theyve had some good people and they have had some REALLY BAD people working there, but I guess theres good and bad in everything.

I never had problems for at least 15 years of being a paying customer, but without going into detail, lately the pharmacy is very incompetent.

CVS pharmacy had what I needed. The staff were polite and helpful. when you leave the pharmacy notice the murals on the wall facing Main Street. for those of us that enjoy reading plaques etc and learning about history is worth 5 minutes.

Ive had nothing but great service from both the retail and pharmacy staff.

I love the pharmacy staff. They all know me and my boyfriend by our names. If I go in or pull up to the drive thru window, they always ask which one of us Im picking up for. Ashley is the best. She always asks me about our granddaughter.

Though pharmacy often seems over-run, especially around 5ish, Ive always had excellent service and support, even with resolution of a handful of difficult issues.

The worst pharmacy ever. Very rude a d not afraid to show it. My wife actually got into an argument with the pharmacist there. When you call they keep you on hold forever, faster to drive up there but then you have to deal with them face to face.😤

The young black girl at the cash register in the pharmacy is rude and needs another job where she doesnt deal with the public!!! I wont use that pharmacy EVER AGAIN!!!

They are always so rude in the pharmacy. Almost like you are bothering them every time you come in. If they dislike their job so much maybe they should get another. Very dissatisfied with the cvs pharmacy on n main st in Mooresville. It’s not like we want to come get medicine for being sick but when you get there and seem like you are just a bother or definitely doesn’t help either. Will be switching to new pharmacy.

The hardest Ive ever had to fight a pharmacy to get my patient the drugs he needs is what my doctor told after sending my prescription here. Told 3 times by the pharmacist that they were going to have to call my doctors office again for confirmation. Each time my doctor assuring me he did so. Do not trust these people when you are sick or in pain. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Walgreens.

Called in and asked the tech if she had in stock a basic food additive propylene glycolShe had no idea what that was as I heard her questioning the pharmacistThe pharmacist then said oh yeah we have that in stock its called MiralaxMiralax is polyethylene glycol 3350A laxative not a food additiveI then called across town to hwy 150 locationThe pharmacist said The manufacturer is not making this anymoreAs if the world would just stop adding propylene glycol to food and you wouldnt order from anotherTrust your heath to someone else

Before you have your doctor send prescriptions here or you go purchase anything from this Pharmacy, you better check around the pricing first. They sold me a Prescription that costs me $69.00 dollars more than the average price it goes for. CROOKS. Called and spoke to the Pharmacist and she wouldnt give me A refund nor match the other pharmacy price.CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOKS. They know the market going price. If you are unaware what your prescription costs, check around before you go here, they will stick it to you. BEWAREEE! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS...Get online and check Goodrx to see if you can save on your prescription(s). If this Place dont accept Goodrx, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I find it very hard to believe that it should take 3 hours to fill a prescription. Any time I have been to the pharmacy, the staff move around and work at a very unacceptable pace. Come on guys...apply the word WORK.
