We loved the coffee, food, and décor at the café and wanted to share it with our guests. The owners were lovely to work with as we planned the food (appetizers and desserts) and drink options, including beer and wine. They made the majority of the savory food in house and worked directly with Queen City bakery nearby on our desserts. We had only planned to bring in some small flower arrangements for décor because we loved the café environment from the get go, but the owners also surprised us by setting up some gorgeous table displays for appetizers and a chocolate fountain! They truly went 200% above and beyond to make our event one of a kind and a welcome environment for our guests! We had about 75 people drop in during the 2 hour window we reserved the cafe. There was more than enough delicious food for everyone during the event, and the owners also supplied us with take away containers so guests could take home leftovers to make sure none of the tasty food went to waste!

Good thing I dont live in town or else Id have a crepe named after me! 😄. One of the most original, fresh, homemade, delicious . . . yet slice of non-American cafe offerings you will find around. But the American dream is very much alive here as the husband and wife team treats you like family and everything tastes authentic and amazing. This is how to do breakfast, lunch and desert folks. Do not pass this place up... its one of the best cafes Ive stepped into in a long time.

AmoCafe was such a great experience! We were served by the owner and while we enjoyed our coffees he told us about the wide variety of brewing machines and methods he had available. He really knew what he was talking about and our coffee was top notch. The cafe was beautifully decorated. We will be back soon

Liked this place initially, then met the owner. So rude. My friend and I were getting some work done (Which is completely normal at a coffee shop) and the owner practically kicked us out because we were sitting at a table that seated more than two. While sitting at the table I heard the owner sayHere comes a headache talking about a customer walking into the building! Thats how you talk about the people that keep you in business?? So rude. Not to mention I paid almost 7 dollars for the smallest coffee Ive ever had. Save your money and find a place where the owners appreciate the customers!

Staff was extremely rude making me feel uncomfortable and like a bother for simply asking for a water. ( she refused, and looked at me like I was crazy) & the fact that it was the OWNER herself baffles me. I went today for the first time and I’ll never come back again. Extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by such a cute cafe but I will not support a business that does not respect me especially when I did nothing wrong :// sad to see such potential go to waste

After a nice day paddleboarding at the lake stopped here for coffee and lunch. My mocha was just fantastic, no mixes here! Not too sweet but still chocolatey. The owner was so sweet and made sure I got exactly the right thing. She talked me into a panini and I was not disappointed, really tasty. Theres indoor and outdoor seating for physical distancing. Also if youre a local (which Im not) theres a mug club! Bring your own mug and keep it there for an eco-friendly brew!

What a great cafe! They have so many choices, more than just coffee! They have so many iced coffees, pressed coffees, juices, desserts and pastries and free wifi for customers. I was able to meet with clients here, as it is perfect with small tables that are plentiful. They also have an outdoor area for nice weather. I got a strawberry lemonade, and it was great! Very tart and sweet.

Came in Sunday, 3/28 1:28pm. 1st time visiting and was very excited to try the Kyoto cold coffee. I had reviewed your website and was very interested in trying. We are new to the area. When we got there, I was told by Kishran that food could not be ordered and that any order would be at least a 20 minute wait...except maybe coffee. She appeared frazzled and stressed. It was busy. We had planned on ordering 2 paninis and coffee. Since we could not order food, I ordered the Kyoto coffee. She said 3 times, regular ice coffee? I repeated 3 times, kyoto coffee. She grabbed coffee from somewhere poured it in a cup with milk (didnt ask which milk I preferred...which would have been almond). Not sure if the Kyoto was supposed to be done in the special contraption that they do it in (based on what I read on your website) but I never saw it done. I was really interested in watching this process. I feel like I paid $7+ for a regular iced coffee. I was so upset I wanted to walk out and just leave my coffee on the counter but boyfriend insisted that I take the coffee since I paid so much for it ($7 and change, plus $1 because I felt bad for the employee). This was not a good 1st time customer experience. The iced coffee is smooth and good...but it is what I ordered? I have no idea. It sounds like 2 reviewers below had similar experiences about 4 days ago and 3 weeks ago. I was hoping to find a new spot & support local. I felt like a burden as a customer and left feeling sad :(...

I love this place! I found it by accident one day (I saw the coffee sign) & found a great little cafe! Great proprietors, the best coffee, tasty paninis & crepes [both sweet & savory]. Theres a nice sitting area w/ both tables & couches. Theres a shop w/ coffee & tea paraphernalia. & cookies, pastries, a case with cakes & cheeses. Theres coffees, teas, wines...

Positives: we really enjoyed the drinks, atmosphere, and food!Negatives: customer service wasnt great. We were ignored even though we were kind and kept saying Thank you. Also, employees werent wearing masks.Because of the negatives, we probably wont be coming back which stinks because we loved the drinks we got!!

Hmmmm, good coffee but we came for the crepes we seen on the website, they dont serve them any more,they said they havent had time to change the website. Then they had a sign for a weekend buffet that they no longer do but also advertise it on their table tents and a very large sign inside their restaurant. 🤔. The sandwiches we ordered came at 3 different times, so we didnt eat together. I ordered an oatmilk milk Carmel maccihato no dairy....it came loaded with whip cream on top. They had only two people working, it seemed they were overwhelmed.They probably need to focus on cake, muffins etc. And not serve sandwiches if you cant serve them correctly or if you cant make them better than my 10 yr old son.So my advice, eat before you come, and just stop for coffee because its actually good.

I really liked how the woman who helped us went out of her way to help us make a decision. The cafe is breath taking and relaxing and the options are endless! Plus: The prices are great! I was nervous that it would put a hole in my pocket because the coffee looked so fancy but its actually cheaper than Starbucks but its higher quality. So glad I took the chance!

We where very Disappointed. Stop by to pick up a sweet roll. Watched her get them out of the refrigerator in a plastic pre bought container. So we could have bought them half price elsewhere.Planning to go back the paninis they were making from scratch look delicious very beautiful décor nice place to sit, lots of coffee choices.

First visit was definitely 5 stars! Walking into this cafe feels like walking into a warm, cozy, peaceful, welcoming home. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff/owner, a lovely environment to study/work in or visit with friends, and delicious coffee. I had a hot cafe latte and (I drink a LOT of coffee) I could instantly taste the high quality of the coffee in my first sip. I already know I will become a regular here. Highly recommended to sit, sip, and stay a while, or grab a delicious coffee to go.

I got sick after getting a drink here. It turns out they use a chai powder that contains milk. Ive never seen a place use a chai that contains milk ever. They didnt mention it even though I got nondairy milk. Which seems crazy to me because 70% of the world is lactose intolerant. I hate giving negative reviews, and this place is super cute. Just not good customer service. I wont be back.

The coffee is good and everything is made to your custom order. A great place to try specialty coffees, like Turkish coffee! They even offer some small cookies and chocolate with your specialty coffee. There is a rewards program, and it has a great atmosphere. Perfect for a coffee lover! Prices are higher than any other coffee place, but the custom nature and the quality are worth it!!

My husband and I happened upon this establishment while on vacation. He is a coffee nerd and enjoyed that they offer multiple ways to brew a cup. As for me, the latte was perfect and our daughter enjoyed a baked good. Something for everyone here!

Its a pleasant atmosphere (light piano/jazz in the background) to spend a Monday afternoon in. When you approach, there is a charming picket fence with pink blossoms winding their way in an out of it. Inside are stools, tables and couches. Design interior is earthy with gentle chocolate coloring. Calming. A true cafe look and feel compared to the mass cookie cutter churn out of your typical Starbucks.

This is a great family owned place. You should come here. They also do coffee in like 100 ways with beans from their own farm. Pretty cool.

Fabulous coffee and Nasrin is so sweet and passionate about what she does. My husband and I stopped by late on our way home one evening and ended up staying for over two hours enjoying lovely conversation and fabulous coffee. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious!Was looking for a place that had real coffee and not some over sweetened concoction. And I was very lucky to find this place!I love cold brew and was pleasantly surprised to find they do the real deal. I had black cold brew on the rocks and the flavor was magnificent! If youre a fan of coffee, you have to try this place!

Had a great time chilling out at AmoCafe. The owner is super nice and very knowledgeable. He recommended a cold brew of 18 hs, and it was delicious. The Colombian pastries were yummy as well.This is my new favorite place.

The owner is always so welcoming. After our 2nd or 3rd trip, each time after that she remembered our exact order. The coffee is also equally amazing as the customer service we are given from the time we walk through the door to the minute we leave. I would say that the coffee here is the best in Mooresville. Would recommend to anyone wanting coffee or sweets of any kind! Will continue to go back for any coffee craving we have in the future!

We had great coffees (loved the Flat White) in a beautiful cafe with a quiet atmosphere. The bathrooms were clean and staff very kind. Go here if you want a European style cafe experience.

This is by far one of my favorite places in Mooresville. The owners husband and wife are completely the reason. They are a loving pair who really want each customer to understand the coffee process and enjoy each cup per taste and stories.They have come to the area and built a safe, inventive coffee shop that the area should spot light and rave about everyday.I can simply say I would prefer to have my coffee from them each and every day. Im from the NW and I can honestly say this is the absolute best coffee I have ever had. Its a relaxing environment to have a coffee and do some work or meet others who hang out here.
