Doug had our van and claimed it went to Big O for tire repair and it was proven our van was never serviced at Big O. Charged approximately $2700 ...$250 for a radiator flush that I didn’t request .. I also filed a compliant Downtown Indiana . and my vehicle was taken to another mechanic to confirm Doug work (per the compliance worker) and the oil seals were still leaking and I have the pictures where they didn’t remove the blue little piece from when the oil seals were replaced so therefore it still was leaking... and not to mention the wheel alignment wasn’t completed (TIre Barn) and the excessive prices for the supposedly minor other jobs were not completed... the mechanic couldn’t confirm the $250 radiator flush but I have the paperwork of a licensed reputable mechanic to confirm what wasn’t completed for this ridiculous price and a price range of average charges .. .. Doug refused my credit card and my check payment so I counted out cash down to the pennies to him... the police ended up being called but they advised to take my vehicle and pursue it a different way..... this happened approx 2 years ago and I thought I blogged this page. I trusted Doug and this is what happened...

Best mechanic shop Ive ever been too. I called them at 10am asking them if they had any open spots to fix brakes/brake lines. My car lost all pressure on the brake pedal and it wasnt safe to drive.They diagnosed the problem and gave me a call with the price. They had it all done by 3pm and also changed the oil. On top of that, I over paid with cash by accident, they called me 10 minutes after I left to alert me Id overpaid and joked they couldnt accept a tip that big. Theyre honest people Their service was awesome and Ill definitely use them again.

They will rob you blind and not fix the problem. Do not let them work on your any thing.It will be worse than it was!

This is by far the worst Car repair place in Indiana. After thousands of dollars in repair the Car lasted on more month and broke down again. Also a friend of mine purchased a Vehicle from Sheridan and guess what...It broke down BEYOND repair after only 6 Months. Im not saying the owner is a bad person BUT his Team is beyond incompetent.

Doug helped me out with a check engine light. He cleared the code and told me to go buy a gas cap. Didnt charge me a dime.
