Ive always had good service at this location and the owner is a super nice guy and always very helpful. This visit was extraordinary, though. I was assisted by a young lady named Victoria. She had exceptional customer skills and was very knowledgeable! (Yes, this surprised me because she is young and female!!!) She handled my inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and even went over a few things found under the hood that might need my attention in the near future. She wasnt pushy at all, which I appreciated as most usually are!! She was professional and sweet as she could be! Thank you, Victoria ...... I will be back for my air filter, cabin filter (which I didnt know was a thing), and brake job when it is time!! Hope to see you again!

I went there at 8am and was the 3rd customer, and I left at 11:20. They explained that their main work is not on breaks, and 1 hour was waiting on the parts. They are really prompt in basic services like oil change, as I saw several customers pleased while I was waiting. So far, I feel like they did a great work after driving home 5 miles from the shop. Yet, while talking to the mechanic, I feel that for the heavy job they do and the great attitude they maintain, the mechanics should get paid more and the company should have a system to tip during payment. Overall a great experience.

My family has been getting our oil changed here since 2006. Today was the last time. The people running it in the past have always been unbelievably friendly and welcoming. The guy running it today is rude, arrogant and has no business managing anything or any people. People like him will bring a business down every time. I hope ownership understands its time for a change at this location.

New to state, went here for inspection 30min before they close, still welcomed. Straight to the point talk, no bluff, provided helpful info of what will work and what not etc.,Will surely be coming back here and will be my go to for my vehicle the time Ill be spending in the state.

My AC went in my 2016 Acadia. Another local mechanic quoted me $1,200. I brought it to David at Grease Monkey and he had it fixed within a few hours for $150. His friendly staff and honest attitude is unmatched. Will be going here from here out!

This location is by far the best I have ever went to. The Owner/MGR their really cares about his customers. They helped us in a time of need and it will always be remembered. Finally remember to doing a review after changing my own oil again this time. Had an oil change done there a little while ago, but soon after it was done I developed an oil leak, after some searching realized the oil filter was not on tight. Wasnt even hand tight. Simple fix but could have created bigger problems if it wasnt caught. Wont be going back, attention to detail goes a long way.

Took my van there last week for a much needed oil change as well as inspection. I though I had to drop it off and wait for hours (as I do with the usual place Ive always taken my cars to) but it was quick so I just decided to wait. Was surprised that vacuuming and cleaning the windows were part of the package (courtesy) . Crew was professional and friendly. So with that I took my boyfriends truck there this morning also for an oil change and got the same service. Repeat customer moving forward for all our vehicles oil change.

I went in for my state inspection today and the owner was very rude to me. He charged me unnecessary fees. I questioned the fee and he told me to leave. I asked them to proceed. I was the first to arrive for an inspection and the last to leave. When I asked for status he told me they’d get done when they get done. I’ve been going to grease monkey for the past 2 years but I won’t be back. There is plenty of competition out there that customers don’t need to stand for this treatment. It could have been handled with more professional communication.

Fast and friendly but maybe too fast. Got onto 77 after oil change only to find low oil level light come on. Returned where I was told it means it was 1/2 quart low - they added the 1/2 quart. About a dozen miles later heading down 77 same light comes on. Im not going back again so added my own oil. No issues since.

Came in for an oil change waited 20 minutes in car, waited another 20 minutes inside, everything that was checked off completed was certainly not complete, I filled my washer fluid when I came home and my windows and vehicle was not vacuumed, person who stuck oil change sticker placed it on sunstrip on window tint filmed it tore off the film, I will never return here for service

I came today on Friday 11/06/2020 about 5:15 PM after work to get my oil and NC Registration up to date. It kinda looked dark inside but online and also the sign they have INSIDE THE BUSINESS Hours states 8:00 am to 6:00 PM. The manage decided to leave early and told the staff to do so as well. Just a shout out to the Grease Monkey Manager or owner...This is unfortunate and unacceptable if you can’t function during the hours you claim to be open and operate....Correct your Business Hours to a true time someone can count on and trust!! i was just very disappointed in this!! Seriously!!

My daughter was just told a cabin air filter would be $25, then they charged her $39.99. A 2 pack of the same air filters can be bought on Amazon for $12. She works hard for her money, and was proud to pay for her own oil change today. Grease Monkey saw this as an opportunity to take advantage of her. Shame on them.

We have been coming here for years and was very impressed with this business, but today I went for my state inspection and was very disappointed. There was no social distancing, no gloves or masks on the employees. They were very busy jumping in and out of cars without any sanitizing. The door handle to go in and pay has been touched by every employee and customers. I had a mask and disposable gloves. When I asked why they were not practicing social distancing and sanitizing the supervisor said nothing. When I asked again, he said that he and the owner have discussed it but cant find any supplies. I told him that they are available on the internet. His response was that it would take a month to get them. I told him that this will still be a problem in a month. Costco does state inspections and they have a very high standard of sanitizing during this difficult time.

Needed just a annual inspection. They were awesome!! No upselling and very pleasant !!

The folks at GM do excellent work for a fair price. All the workers are interested in providing a great experience, provide an overview of what services include and when you should schedule a return visit. While work is being done there are several stores you can walk to.

This location is AMAZING!!! I can’t say enough how wonderful this place is and how great they are! They are always so kind and friendly and get the job done quickly and well. I went yesterday for an oil change and they checked out all of my tires and realized that one of my tires was dangerously damaged. At no charge and with great kindness they took the tire off and placed my spare on and recommend a place for me to go for a new tire. Extremely grateful for them helping me and potentially saving me from an accident. I will forever recommend this place.

Brought a vehicle in for an oil change. Was told I needed breaks and they offered their services. I declined and took the vehicle to Firestone who informed me my brakes were fine.Unacceptable!

Changed oil but that is it. They did not clean windows, vacuum, check air pressure, etc. as their website states so for $78 it was an expensive oil change. I spoke to someone regarding the issues but they did not offer to fix, so I just have to try another place.

Quick, honest, complete. Went for inspection and oil change. Their stated prices are a little higher because the price they give you is what you pay. Didnt have a bunch of additional fees like labor, disposal, parts - just the price I was given. Didnt pressure me on additional services, just gave me prices for future reference on the work order. Already having a very bad experience with another Grease Monkey where they never changed the oil filter after 3 oil changes and never greased the cars front end, I thought I would give them another chance. After all, they cant all be bad right? I went to the Mooresville shop. Besides getting the oil changed, I specifically asked that they check all fluids and do not put air in the tires. They did not check the fluids as requested (they were low), they left the chrome valve stem caps off after checking the air that I told then not to do and did not grease the front end. I tried with no success to contact the owner. Left a message, wrote a letter, nothing. No response.Never go back and would recommend you go elsewhere too

Very bad experience! They put the wrong oil in my car. Then instead of replacing it right away when I noticed it on the invoice, the manager argued that the oil was close enough. They also broke my glove compartment while trying to get to the air filter. Several hours later, I am still trying to get repair or compensation resolved through corporate which is also uncooperative.

They put an oil different from the one I had told them (and that was not recommended by the manufacturer), I asked them to put me the oil I had told them and they took 1 minute, I doubt if they really changed the new oil, they also did not change oil filter, when they told me if it was included. Its the last time my car gets to that place

Went for an oil change.. the service said they check all fluids, vacuum floor boards, window wash...the mechanic did not open the hood. Let alone check tire pressure. I always hesitated to go there today even though they are closer I gave them a chance and they proved me right. Going back to Jiffy lube.
