Wow. All these terrible reviews had me stressed about going in. But I found the staff to be polite, competent, and speedy. A girl named Alexea greeted me as I entered, handled my packaging and shipping needs, made some conversation while she worked, and had me in and out of there in about four minutes. I guess the lesson here is that we should all, at long last, stop trusting the unverified opinions of strangers on the internet to shape our choices and just live our lives and create our OWN unique experiences. And yes, that means you should ignore THIS stranger as well.

Horrendous service. One team member in particular cant execute simple online orders for double sided prints from a file to be printed at 100%.I would make test prints on a regular b&w copier to make sure the files are correct then place an order online. 90% of the time I would have to explain the order (which should be incredible simple if you work at a print shop!) multiple times in person before it was done correctly.Since they have lost some staff in recent months/years, the knowledge and care put behind orders is nonexistent. Today was the final straw and I will never give this location my business again.

Fast, friendly, fantastic! Very professional and courteous customer care. I am SO impressed by the quality of service, here at FedEx. I have been coming here for over 10 years, and it just keeps getting better and better at this particular store. I get the impression that in a challenging time, FedEx is treating their employees well, and it carries over in how customers are treated. I am so grateful, and feel confident that my packages will be handled with care. Thank you again for being awesome, FedEx!

Horrible service. Avoid if possible. Not worth dealing with the attitude of the employees. They are unnecessarily dismissive. Fedex employee, if you are going to give me a BS answer, at least give me the respect of walking up to me and not standing 15 away mumbling through a mask.

Terrible manager assistant. Other people at the store were very helpful.The passport photos were taken twice because I looked leaning off the side. After the second time, I didnt ask for retake but the other staff thought it wasnt taken correctly, and offered to take the picture again. The manager assistant stopped the staff from doing so and told me to get a refund and take it somewhere else. Incredibly rude, Franklin.

Condescending and patronizing to the extreme. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Very horrible experience overall and can’t recommend this location to anyone. When a customer has a problem staff should be helpful in finding a solution, not talk to their customers in rude and condescending tone. I was spoken to like I was a child and felt very disrespected by staff

Franklin and Dustin were extremely rude to me upon picking up my package. The told me it was abnormal for people to have two addresses and refused to release my package until I showed proof that it was me. Even after I gave the proof Franklin continued to be rude writing from my ID and telling me that he doesn’t have to explain anything to me. I have stopped any further packages from being held at this location I would never go back EVER !

We went in to print something that we needed to send off and the manager inside was extremely rude. Saying you can’t wait in store for them to print something, however you can wait by using their print and go which takes longer to get the code back. We were in yesterday and had no problems. She was rude the whole time. If she doesn’t like her job during these times maybe she should quit and let someone else have her job who wants one or needs one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HER.

Edgar and Franklin are so kind hearted, courteous and helpful. Edgar helped me resolve some issues and never lost patience, and the conversation in between was great! Both wonderful employees! Give them both a huge raise! Jamie and Wagnew always provide helpful and informed service too. It is a pleasure to do business there. I have seen some very impatient and ill mannered people storm in and they always treat them thoughtfully and with kindness. Employee gold the lot of them!

I had a wonderful experience here today. The employee that helped me was welcoming (friendly and funny!), as well as informative and helpful. Unfortunately, I dont recall their name, but it was nice to make acquaintance.Given this particular location (IDS Center), I expected to be charged a premium. The employee custom packaged my items to a giftshop degree of neatness [for no additional charge, besides materials used], making my order that much more significant. There were a plethora of shipping options available, and it was incredibly affordable.10/10 would ship again!

Dude who wrote a bad review is probably a horrible person. Treat people well and you will be treated well. Was just in and both employees not only helped me quickly, but made my design better. I am also a graphic designer and they formatted my files more effectively to save money, aka, they know what they are doing. Dudes rocked and they are funny.Be cool

People in Minneapolis are usually the nicest but hopefully you dont have to deal with Christina, who seems to be in charge. I tried showering her with kindness but it wasnt very effective. I had to call back in the next day and was once again exposed to her rude, impatient, and extremely unfriendly attitude. Put on hold in the middle of my attempting to adjust the order. Interrupted with were busy multiple times as did others at the store. I havent been confronted with this level of rudeness in quite some time. Its a shame because the company I work is a global FedEx account-holder and I cant even imagine how much we pay them for services.

I keep coming back to this store (because of the convenient location) hoping Ill have a better experience, and each time I am disappointed. Ive finally learned my lesson and will take my business to a different store in the future. Time and time again, I have not even been acknowledged when Ive walked in. This FedEx is routinely understaffed, unfriendly, and cannot stick to a deadline. I am always met with a condescending attitude, and made to feel like any issues with the printed product are due to errors on my end. To top it off, I was called by an employee at 12:30am with a question about my order that I had already answered several times - completely unprofessional and disruptive to call at that time of night. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this staff.

Got 2 different documents printed here and one was completely useless and immediately went in the recycling. I sent the files online and got a call because they had a question about my first file. I called immediately to clarify and they were very polite and helpful on the phone. Later when I came to pick it up, the first documents were fine and the second one was wrong. They guy working claimed that they had called me and I had never called back, which is completely untrue. When I was on the phone earlier in the day they never asked me anything about the second file. It was a complete waste of time and money. Not coming here again.

This is the 2nd time that Ive been here and both times Ive received amazing customer service! Oleg helped me each visit - and over Christmas he went above and beyond to find the best way to carefully wrap my fragile items. Both times I visited the store, he helped carry big packages to and from my car. Thank you!

I tried to ship a small box that had to go through customs. The guy at the counter seemed confused about the process, and the two other guys working in the store pretended it was not happening. When I suggested that we get someone who was more familiar with the system to process my shipment, he got very defensive. I finally told him to forget it and drove across town to the UPS store on Hennepin. I got my shipment taken care of fast, without drama, and $20 cheaper.

Would have given zero stars if that was possible. Dont go here expecting to get acknowledged, instead prepare for trap music and a conversation between employees about their latest criminal activities while they throw you a sideways glare for daring to ask them to ship a package. My company uses this location to ship items on a daily basis and the amount of disrespect I see here is really staggering.

Staff was very attentive to my order and proceeded with a fast and efficient check-out.Difficult spot to access after 9pm even though its a 24hour operation; make certain that you knock-on the window to grab staffs attention as the outdoor buzzer wasnt working to enter on 8th Street after 9pm.

I have never been greeted or acknowledged once in a handful of visits in recent years to this location. While Kinkos was never exactly famous for its friendly staff, the merger with FedEx sealed both firms a place in history as one of mankinds worst decisions.The once-surly Kinkos staff have been replaced by the far-worse FedEx-Kinkos robo-staff. They never do or say anything wrong, but they have the broken spirit and demeanor of bartenders at airport lounges: they are being watched, and that drink better have exactly one ounce of rum or heads will roll.The rest? From a product standpoint, what you get is about what you deserve at the price. I have only shipped a package once inside a FedEx-Kinkos, and that is an experience I will never suffer willingly again.
