Great service , I have been to Louis stores all over the world including Italy. This store is one of the best in the world. All the employees are know the lineup. I buy at least 3 bags a year here even when I am out of town. This year I was stuck in France, I called the Edina location and they held my bag for 2 months. Great Service.

We visited the Louis Vuitton store in the Galeria in Edina for my wifes birthday today. The store only allowed 2 groups of customers in the store due to COVID-19 protocol. We received personalized service from Calvin who immediately understood the type of bag my wife prefers and brought her a copious supply of bags to choose from. After a good deal of deliberation, she choose the Soufflot MM ( Pronounced: Soo-flaw) with the black handles and strap. She topped it off by purchasing the gold LV Facettes charm and key holder, which really makes the bag pop! We plan on returning to buy her a Christmas present here and we definitely will request having Calvin, as her sales rep, as he knows exactly what my wife likes and doesnt like. Ive added pictures of the Soufflot MM and our visit to the store for your perusal.

So impressed with the service here despite not being able to get the python bag I was hoping for. Betsy was wonderful. She was fun to talk to and very helpful in at least trying to please me! Menchie was GREAT. She greeted us right away, asked if we had made an appointment and still helped even after I said no I didn’t know we needed to. Unfortunately the purse I wanted was not in store, but she did give me tips on how to secure one for myself in the future. She showed me several styles that were available in store, and never once made me feel judged even when I decided to leave empty handed because my heart was set on that one particular style. My husband told me to take one last look before leaving so we did. Menchie showed me other styles a little bigger than the size of the one I originally wanted, and continued to pull styles after hearing my constant no’s. Never once did I feel rushed, or made to feel like I didn’t belong. At least by her. She made the experience a good one. Some of the other sales associates there did not. I could feel their eyes judging me. Menchie was so sweet and took her time, understanding where my heart was. I am giving the store 4 stars because I truly believe Menchie is top of the line awesome and deserves the best review. But because of the way the others made me feel I knocked it down a bit. If I could just give her a review it would definitely be 5.

My husband and I came in and we had a great experience. We were greeted right away by friendly associates and the woman that helped us (I can’t remember her name, unfortunately) was super friendly and knew exactly what to show me based on what I told her I was looking for. I was nervous going in based on previous reviews, but everyone we encountered was very friendly and made our experience a wonderful one.

I would avoid unless an avid LV enthusiast.The service was okay but a luxury shopping experience this was not. No one greeted me upon entry, fine; but concerning as there were only two sales people out. I was approached finally by a shark of a sales woman who was collecting customers.She was trying to help three people at once therefore delivering good customer service to approximately zero people.Then for no additional charge, she gave me a lecture about what it means to shop at this price point. Please. She continued about how their level of customer service includes protecting their customer information. So I could not add the purchase/bag to my bosss profile but instead how to create a new account under my name. This would have made since if consistent. I was however, able to pay for this purchase using his debit and credit card without them checking my ID or calling him. Oh how secure. Huh. Hm, anyway.I almost got a free handbag; I gave her the amex to pay, she ran the card. Printed receipt.Then my boss calls, asks to change cards to debit. After much debate and drama of calling over another sales person for help, she processes refund. She then proceeds to pack the purse in a box. Never asks me for the second card; I could have walked out. This sales lady almost let me walk out not paying. So close.Giving five stars for a Minne-sorta nice luxury venue.

I came into the store the day after Christmas to purchase a new wallet. First off the greeter at the door was not very welcoming to begin with. When I got inside the man that helped me was extremely rude and not helpful at all! I was looking for a wallet that was out of stock. I asked him if I could order it online, he didn’t even look online, said no, and brushed me off. Come to find out he was the store manager. As the store manager, I was disappointed that he treats customers with such rudeness. I almost walked out, but ran into Richard. He was extremely helpful and ordered the wallet online for me. (Something the store manager said was not possible.) He had excellent customer service skills and made my day! I give the store a 1 star, but I give Richard 5 stars. Kindness goes a long way!

Good store. Due to COVID, they have restricted access to the store - you have to wait in line, but no one explains what basis they will let you in the store. Sometimes you will see a lot of people inside the store and sometimes a few. Its like you are at the mercy of the team member who manages who can go inside the store.

My wife and I visited this store today. Linda assisted us in finding a new purse and wallet. It was 10:15am when we arrived at the store and Linda notified us that the new shipment of purses would be in at noon and she would call us as soon as they arrived. She instructed us to wait at the Galleria and shop around until the shipment arrived. We shopped, got coffee, practically took a nap, drove over to the mall of America, and still no call. We called Linda 3 separate times as well as texted to absolutely ZERO response. She wasted over half of our day. If we are spending over $2000 on 2 items the LEAST she can do is communicate. As of 8pm we finally got a response back that all of todays purses were spoken for. Zero stars for this store. If you want an item with actual communication skills call customer service and ask for Oscar.

I was excited going to LV store in Edina Gallery to buy certain bag that I been wanting. I drove several hours up there. Just so disappointed the older Asian lady SA was not friendly. She acted like she don’t want help me. I felt like she was judging me. I dressed casually. I didn’t wear fancy clothes. She wasn’t happy to there. All I heard of her was complaining about something to other SA. She was so consumed looking at her phone. She is the only Asian lady that is rude! I looked around and saw other SA helping their customers they seem very nice and friendly. I looked but than I decided not to buy from this store. I bought several bags from Edina back than. I had different SA. She was very helpful but she is no longer there. I rather go somewhere else to buy my bags. LV needs to train their SA to be a better customer services.I do not want to give a 1 star at all.

This morning as I entered the store, Kate greeted me with a cheery hello and a fabulous smile- after the greeting and niceties, she let me look around the store at my own pace- when I was ready, she answered all of my questions and more. She listened and showed me all kinds of beauties! At one point she told me how much she enjoyed working at this store and even gave a shout out to her whole team- I left with a beautiful bag and I enjoyed the whole experience.

Though they may deny it the employees have underlying prejudice. My brother in law was looking for an iconic bag for my sister and he ran into roadblocks for weeks. From the jump he was disrespected by customer reps. He was sent on wild goose chases and told to do things that in the end did not need to be done. He speaks with an African accent and the disrespect they displayed (even though he was paying such a large amount of money) is disgusting. They had him waiting to receive a product while other customers who arrived after him were getting faster service. They completely disregarded him. If he didnt think my sister would truly be happy with the bag he wouldnt have purchased it. You would think given the current tension in America they would behave better. All he wanted to do was surprise my sister and they made it very hard to do so. Truly unprofessional.Deserving of less than 1 star.

First off bring a mask, they require one even though the Galleria isn’t, and other stores in the corridor they are in don’t require it. Its a 50 cent mask, it’s great if you are requiring them as a store- but provide it for those who don’t have it. They provide them at Restoration Hardware to American Eagle. And if you simply can’t eek out the 50 cent mask as a store - supply the info to its necessity on your store’s website. No one likes to feel ill prepared upon arrival.This is customer care.We have had this as our main store for years and have only had 5 star service up to today.Chelsea wrecked that streak today. Literally amhoping they had her on security cameras taped. She was rude, super short with us, and kept changing her story. First she just didn’t have the phone case we wanted in stock, then I brought it up that it was showing on line, then she magically found one in another part of the store.I asked about a repair to a piece I have had and suddenly they charge for something that is clearly a manufacturing error. The stitching started fraying on something that she insisted was too old, I asked her twice when I bought it and she finally admitted after I grilled her that it was less than a year old. And because they’ve been closed for over two months there was no way to contact the store. So it was about 7 months old. She even showed the same error on her associate’s product.Her associate thought LV may cover mine so she took that piece over. Chelsea was rude the entire time about it. She even talked me out of my originally purchase from today saying She can’t guarantee the product they are selling -that it could fall apart. What?! So I walked out with a refund to my original sale.Chelsea was caught by my daughter who had walked out of the store to get fresh air -(unknown to her) Chelsea was talking about us to another associate and I mentioned it to Chelsea’s before I left. Chelsea turned purple. I left a message with the GM -and like I said I’d love it if they had her Monday episode taped. Yikes. I really hope they follow through.You can’t be unprofessional. You have high end clients that are not afraid to spend money, but do want a professional and customer friendly environment. You have to be kind, knowledgeable, professional and stand behind a quality product. Period.

My grandma was browsing online for a purse she really liked and we took her to the store to see it in person but they were sold out so Kate who helped us ordered it so it will be shipped to our house. The store was busy at the time but came over right away to help after she was done helping the customers before us. Awful customer service. I went into the store ready to make a purchase of a wallet and possibly a handbag. When I entered I was greeted and told someone would be right with me. Only 3 sales people were working and they were busy, I patiently waited and looked around the store for about 15 minutes. I left the store to take a phone call and walked around the mall for about a half hour.I returned to the store and was happy to see that a male sales associate was free, he was messaging on his cell phone (which I understand may have been a work phone to do client outreach). He again told me someone would be right with me. I specifically told him I was interested in looking at wallets, so he knew that I was not that I was “just looking”. Then he disappeared into the back of the store and never came out.I had narrowed down the wallets I was interested in from shopping online but wanted to physically see them. I was very disappointed that no one was able or willing to help me make my purchase. I ended up going to another store in the Galleria and purchasing a handbag, wallet, and clutch with the money I could have spent on one handbag at Louie.

The store was fine, but I ended up having to order my purse online. I never could get anyone at the store directly (if you call, it get routed centrally), so it took at least 10-20 minutes to actually find someone to talk to. They charged my card twice and cancelled the order due to low stock without any notification. And getting a refund was ridiculous, because they apparently didnt have any record of charging me. I had to have my credit card company give them a call to refund me--Im never buying from Louis Vuitton again, what a nightmare

After several visits, I finally know that the employees here do not care about your shopping experience. The first few times I brushed them off because people have bad days and the employees could have been stressed out. However, a few days ago a sales associate came towards us and asked if we needed help but the person sounded like they were agitated and genuinely did not want to help us. When I asked for the price of a belt the SA helped with the first one and when I asked again, they responded by saying the prices are on the back. That was odd but I let it go. Then when we asked for a different size the SA took so much time to get to us because they were so immersed in conversations with other customers. The SA was smiling with them, but when the SA came to us there was no facial expression. After we paid, the SA just handed us the bag and quickly turned to talk to another customer. The previous experiences were similar to this one, but with different SAs.

So I went here for a gift for my wife’s anniversary. I was pretty sure I found the bag she wanted. They assured me if it wasn’t the exact bag then if could be returned for up to 30 days no problem. To be safe, I got the bigger, more expensive one.Well as it turns out, she wanted a different one. So I called and asked if we could exchange it for one that was online. They said of course. So she returns the bag, and they tell her they won’t take it. Not just no return, no exchange, nothing. This was only 10 days later. I’m a repeat customer. Blown thousands here. Doesn’t matter.Not only that, but my wife said they made her feel really bad, like unimportant because she was perceived to not have money to buy the other bag she originally wanted.... she actually cried when she left.So now I have an upset wife, a bag she didn’t want, and I’m out $3400.I’ll never deal with these people or by a Louis ever again. Get a fake one. Nobody can tell the difference except the thieves who steal the real ones and resell them anyway.

Gabby keeps me the know of the latest releases as well as keeping me connected with many other Client Advisors and LVs management team. Gabby has located several imited available items for me. I love getting calls and text messages from Gabby that my order has arrived.For sure stop by so that Gabby can show you all of the eye candy, and bring Kleenex to maintain all of your drooling.

Ive contemplated whether or not to share my experience at this location, but after seeing many others unhappy with their experience, Id like to share mine too. Awful, horrible and embarrassing customer service from one of the male employee at this location. I went to this location around Thanksgiving time wanting to purchase a Neverfull. I went here with cash in hand ready to bring home this bag that Ive been wanting and saving for for forever! When I got there, there was maybe 2 or 3 other people in the store and at least 4 staff working. I walked around and waited for someone to help me for maybe 5 minutes or so and after no one approached me, I asked if I could get some assistance. Someone came to help me and he didnt seem to care at all that I wanted to look at some options.... mustve not looked like I was actually going to purchase? Lol. He made a comment like I could be pulling out bags for you for the next 3 hours, look online if you want to see them and after about 10 minutes into him assisting me he straight up said, some of my regulars just walked in, Im going to go help them. Never got another employee to help me, never came back to ask if I needed anything, just left me hanging there to help myself. So I had to ask for assistance again which made me feel really stupid after he walked away from me. His regulars bought 1 wallet. She was able to help me and get the 1 Neverfull they had in stock (low/ no inventory on so many items) Overall, It was a horrible 1st time experience and Im almost ashamed that I still came home with a $1,400 bag. Probably would have got a better experience buying the bag online! Will never ever come back to this location.

Ive now gone to this store on three different occasions this year and they had zero inventory. This is the only store in the state and takes a bit of a drive to get there. I would like to have a relationship with a sales associate here in the states but if they never have inventory to sell how is that possible?! So frustrated after my great experiences at LV in Copenhagen and Paris stores.

Very friendly staff and knowledgable. Came into the store pre-workout in my gym clothes and wasnt treated any differently than the classy couple shopping as well. I was super happy with the level of professionalism. Love LV and this store.

I removed my Damier Azur bag from storage and part of the bag had turned pink over the winter! I immediately called customer service who told me that I had stored the bag properly: in the cloth dust bag and then stored in the original box. However, when I took the bag to the Galleria I was told that it should NOT be stored in the box because it needed to breathe. I was assisted by Barbara and Kathy, the store manager. They gave me a new bag in an even exchange even though the price had gone up since I purchased the bag a year ago. A situation that began as tragic was handled with grace and care and I walked out of the store a satisfied customer. I was thrilled with the way they took care of the issue, appalled that the bag had been damaged, and would warn anyone who has this bag to be very careful in storage.

KateM had very poor customer service and was very rude! She just handed me my bag I ordered in store and didn’t give me a few seconds to take a look at it and asked me rudely, “ Do I have any questions?” She didn’t even acknowledge me when I was looking around and then approach me after 15 minutes as if I was some peasant!! Kate said she was going to box my favorite PM bag after 15 minutes in the back of the department store to come out and help another guess. She then told another sales lady to box it for me and I was worried because why was she back there for 15 minutes with my bag and couldn’t put in the box!! Then when I got home I’m box my product to find creases on my purse and the strap! My advice to anyone who is going to this Louis Vuitton department store to find a different cells person versus KateM!!!
