Over pricing there work. They actually wanted to charge me more than the phone was actually worth brand new to fix my phone just for a screen ridiculous

I had my Samsung laptop repaired. They informed me of the problem of my laptop via email and fixed the device within 2~3 business days, which was great. The cost of the service was reasonable. I recommend people (especially students of the U of M) to have their devices fixed at affordable costs since the place is very close to the campus.

Ive already been to this branch twice: once to correct my goofs in replacing the battery in my ancient iPhone SE and most recently to replace the screen. Each time, I received highly competent and knowlegeable service, whereby the technician explained the technical details of mishaps.During the screen replacement, the same guy also cleaned the troublesome lightning socket and was happy to do so for a second time. I had become concerned that expensive repairs would be needed, but he convinced me that this was not the case. I highly recommend this branch. Six stars.

I brought my damaged Surface Pro laptop/tablet in to CPR, based on a recommendation. I met twice with Kevin and talked with others on the phone. My battery had died and there were other problems with the 6-year old device. They were unable to get it to turn on and it was considered defunct. I brought in a portable hard drive and they were able to secure and transfer all my data from the old computer. I was very satisfied with the service at CPR and pleased with the experience. The technician who helped me was polite and professional. While I was there waiting (not very long) a man came in and started yelling about how they charge too much, and the technician handled it very well. (They also dont charge that much in comparison to other places.) They fixed my phone without any issues.

This site is prompt, flexible and professional. They are willing to work with your schedule in a timely fashion and they stand by their services. There was an issue with my repair and it was immediately handled in a very gracious manner. I highly recommend this shop and its management. My phone works like new, as promised.

Friendly and professional. My screen wasnt, as I believed, cracked, only the screen cover was actually damaged, and while they could have pretended to repair the phone and charged me for the service, they were honest and charged me nothing. Although I ended up not having to pay anything, I had received quotes from several places and CPR had the best price despite being one of the only ones that offered same-day service.

Brought in a pair of Bluetooth headphones that had a slipped soldered connection. They werent sure if they could fix it when I originally messaged them about them which I was willing to accept. CPR location in Blaine didnt have the part I needed so they directed me to the Stadium Village location. Service was great, phone works now, and the repair only took a couple of hours.

I brought my daughters phone to CPR and Ill be honest, it was after I was supposed to bring it to a place that was for a cheaper price. They never showed so I found CPR and explained to them what happened. Not only did they give me a discount they put a screen protector on for free. My daughter was so happy her phone was fixed. I had a cell phone battery replaced because you cant do it your self anymore. Less than one year later it wouldnt hold a charge, I went back and they replaced it. Just over a year later, the battery was bulging out of the back of my phone. I went back in and they told me that the warranty was from the original purchase date. It would be the full price of replacement $75 dollars. I said ,You gave me two defective batteries and I have to pay again? The answer was yes......I will never go back to CPR.IN RESPOSE TO CPRS RESPONSE.The fact remains that both batteries you used in my phone were defective. Something I certainly am not responsible for.

My phones battery was reduced to 80% capacity a few months ago. The past few days, my phone was losing its charge. I went in yesterday, and they said that the phone would be repaired by 1 or 2 PM on the same day. They ended up fixing my phone by 1 PM so the service was fast. The pricing was decent as well. I was satisfied with the services that they provided. Thanks, CPR!

10/10! Honestly. I wish I knew them earlier. Previous place totally messed my iPhone 7 and replaced it with low quality fixes etc. previous place charged me $265. I was played out. CPR only charged me $35 for the same repair and was very honest about the repair. Reliable. I would recommend this place to everyone and would go there again!

My laptop was randomly crashing and with some research it sounded like I had to replace my hardrive. I had brought the same laptop in for another issue so I dropped it off again. The day after I get a call that we were all good! When I arrived the gentleman (unfortunately I did not get his name) greeted me and said it was just a loose wire! I was so relieved and thanked him before asking about the bill, to which he replied Normally I would say a handshake and a smile in these situations but since we are in a pandemic... and sent me on my way!! I have always had amazing experiences with CPR, but I have to highly recommend this specific location the most.

I Google searched, sell my laptop in person +the name of my city, and this business was the first one on my list. Also when I went to their website it mentions that they take devices such as tablets phones and laptops for trade in credit, But upon calling, and speaking to somebody I was informed that they do not purchase laptops and they would be happy to recycle my laptop for me if I would like to turn it in. What a bunch of garbage, pun intended. Dont shop here! theyve wasted enough of my time today, and most importantly, you would expect that a place that sells technology and devices that use technology would at least have their website updated, its 2021!

Great experience at CPR today. Had an issue with my charging port- phone was completely dead. I called right when they opened and they assured me they could fix it. I dropped it off with Kevin, who mentioned I may also need the battery replaced (it’s an iPhone 7+). He said he’d know more once he looked at it. Sure enough, 90 minutes later I received a call that it was ready to pick up (new battery & charging port). Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this business if you are ever in need of a cell phone repair. Ask for Kevin; he’s the best!

I am tough on phones. Thus, I have had to replace screens, backs, lenses, lens glass and screen protectors I would recommend this location in stadium Village even though parking can be a challenge. They are great, do quality work and have always treated me fairly. If i ever break something again (which is likelyl, I will definitely return.

The lady at the desk was upfront and helpful. I have a phone that is a couple years old that was not popular the LG g8. The screen cracked today so I went to check on a replacement price. She had a look on her face like she was expecting me to get mad when she told me that to replace my screen would cost nearly $400 because only the manufacturer makes screens for my phone. She seemed pleasantly surprised when I laughed and said nope. But thank you for the help. Understand that my phone is not common.

Ive had many good experiences with this company already but this location has my favorite worker, Kevin. I came in needing my boyfriends phone fixed ASAP and it was only an hour before close. There were a few people in line in front of me so I knew he was busy. Thankfully he got it done before close and he managed to fix the home button too. Kevin was kind, professional and above all a great worker.

Really good work, I appreciated the speed and how they didnt really force you to pay for anything (other than service fees of course). Very friendly service and spectacular work.

I smashed my screen and waited a week to get a repair at the apple store. Then I missed my appointment and would need to wait another week to get another. I really wish I called these guys first. At CPR I got an appointment within the hour an my phone was done in 45. Plus it was less expensive than apple. Love this place.

I am very pleased with the service I have received on a couple of occasions. The work was done quickly and I believe I got honest evaluations of what was needed.

They have been great at helping with my phone, even though the issue was an unusual repair. When the part was faulty (due to manufacture error, not CPR error), they were really nice and replaced it super fast.

This place was great! My screen has to be ordered (its not an iPhone or Samsung), but I was glad that was even an option. They received it very quickly and I was able to get it replaced the day that they received it.

I took my laptop there because my data disappeared after I accidentally activated the reset my laptop function which was supposed to clean up only the OS and keep my private documents and data. So I went there with very little hope but I gave it a shot. The one who was helping me gave me a good impression that he knows what he is talking about and was really patient with me. So I trusted him. After a few day and calls, I suddenly came to know that my data is back! So I have to give 5 stars for their excellent work.However, there is always room to improve. It would be nice if you can keep the customers posted about what is going on with their devices. I was worried and didnt have any idea whether my data could be saved or not during the repairing process. This is a tiny thing but if it can be improved to make the service better.Anyways, I am very satisfied in general and would highly recommend it to people who are in similar situation like me.

Went in here to get some work done on my Android. Customer service was top-line, and they had my phone repaired in just an hour and a half. Bench work was only $35, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place, and will be back again if anything else goes wrong.

Professional, courteous employees. The three times I was in the store, employees wore KN95 masks to interact with me (and I was too).I was bringing in a sealed case phone for a battery replacement; they ordered the battery in 3 days, and then had less than a 48 hour turn-around on the repair from when I dropped off the device.There was some confusion around when the repair was completed; they did not follow-up by email when it was completed (they werent able to complete same-day, so perhaps the ticket got marked as replied to in their system. The pickup did take about 10 minutes because it had not been charged after the new OEM battery was installed. But, the employee did charge it to 5% before I left to make sure everything was peachy.For what I understand to be a tricky repair, to delaminate the screen with a heat gun to access the battery, they did a great job and were able to re-use the previous screen, so I was pleased to not have to also replace the screen! (Which they warned me was possible at drop-off.)

I was able to get an appointment right away. There was good follow up to my email. When I arrived, I was greeted in a clean space that had hand sanitizer and PPE requirement, which was reassuring. It took 5-minutes to determine my needed repairs and another 45 minutes to solve the problem. I can already see an improvement in performance.EDIT: This is my second visit to CPR for a friends phone. Again, it was quickly diagnosed AND they had the parts needed in the store. They took about 2 hours to fix and do a QA check. I ran errands and they let me know via text and email that my repaired cell phone was ready. Excellent service!

I called Apple and they told me they couldnt fix my Mac because it was too old (from 2013). But CPR did it in a day! Turns out there was just a really bad virus on it, and now its running like brand new! Thank you so much. Also much cheaper than buying a new computer.
