Ben and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure that my port and switch to Boost from Verizon as easy as possible. They both were both professional, personable, sweet, and made sure that I was satisfied from start to finish.Not only did Ben get me the beat phone ever for dirt cheap and for the price I was quoted when I was shopping around for a new phone.Jordan also helped my ex boyfriend get a free internet box thru the EBB program. Even through they have all this going on, some dude Comes on looking forsomething and its turns out the dude robbed one of the store workers fromYears ago and the man kept lingering around, but those men held their cool and subtlety reminded the other customer of the security that stands right across the street. The thief then decided he was not interested in anything and leaves. The guys working never skipped a beat and kept working professionally the entire time. I will always recommend Boost Mobile on 9th and Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis Minnesota.If you go into the store make.sure.you give Ben and Jordan a big fist bump.from.Mellissa & Shaun. Friendly but they all swear like sailors. Wasnt able to pay the bill I wanted to pay. Always seem like there are problems. Convenient location, nice guys, but felt like I was in a tavern on 9th street.

I am bad with names but If I remember correctly, I believe his name was Jordan. I will not leave this phone service. I rather have a no contract than be on one.

I went in to buy a sim card I was told I couldnt because they need to see the phone and make sure proper sim card can be used. That was fine, but when one of the employees wanted to rant about not selling sim cards because the store doesnt make money off of about $10 sale.

The customer service here is excellent. The staff are all very pleasant and informative, and while they are salespeople by nature, theyre not overly pushy. I would give it a five stars, but two times Ive been here I couldnt find the phone I was looking for. I was looking for a lower-end model that I could afford and I kind of got the idea that they werent too concerned about it being out of stock since theyd rather sell me a better model. That would be fine, if I could afford it! Other than that, theyre very pleasant while interacting with you as you pay your phone bill or take care of whatever business you need to in order to attend to your account. This store is quite a bit larger than most other phone stores- thats mostly why I was surprised that they didnt have what I was looking for in stock. Also, they have a lot of accessories as far as phone cases, chargers, etc., if youre looking for that along with your phone purchase.
