Michael was the gentleman that helped me. I share a family plan. One of my family members upgraded their phone however somehow the upgrade happened on my phone line so I could no longer use my phone. Michael was very patient with me, answered all my questions as well as helped me through the process. By the end with the help of corporate we were able to get my phone reestablished on my line and my family members upgrade on their line and it really didnt take that long. Thanks Michael, youre the man! He deserves a raise.

Place was busier than I expected. Waited about 35 minutes to be helped. I did over hear an employee say they are shorthanded on Sundays and I think maybe they should think about changing that. I warned about them maybe not having the phone I was looking for but they did so I was happy about that. The employee I worked with was helpful and pleasant to work with. Would have given them 5 stars if I didnt have to wait so long and I also thought there selection of phone cases was lacking.

Absolutely worse store around, who hired Mackenzie as a manager? Definitely need to reevaluate her position and honestly she shouldn’t even work as a employee at all. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. I would drive 4 hrs to avoid going back to that store with her running it. The store is obviously in desperate need of workers. I see I’m not the only one that has complained about her so hopefully some action is taken to save your store.

I went into this store to get a new phone as my previous phone had stopped working. My husband had picked up a phone for me the previous day. I didnt like the size of the phone and needed one with more space. I made an appointment and Brenda helped me so much! She even went in on her day off to make sure everything was working correctly with my new phone.Brenda was patient, caring, and honest. I had so many questions and she answered every question and continued to check up on me once I had left the store. I received the best customer service! Brenda went above and beyond and Im very grateful for all her help!

I’m so glad that I switched to Verizon, after having an awful experience with sprint because there isn’t a sprint tower where I live. So had very bad service. Worst Verizon store I have ever been to. They have no concept of customer service. McKenzie the store manager is not only an absolute terrible manager but a horrible employee. I would highly recommend driving the extra few miles to avoid this store. I went to another Verizon store and I was in and out in five minutes with my phone issue resolved.

Upgraded my iphone yesterday and sales rep Dante flat out lied to me about accessories I needed due to changes to the iphone (new charging plate and usb c charger). We had a full on conversation about it so I know I didn’t misunderstand. Returned the accessories today after realizing I was lied to. The person handling the return tried to justify Dante lying to me by saying, “Well, Apple does recommend that” to which I replied, “A recommendation is NOT a requirement.” Wisely, that guy replied, “That’s true. I do agree with that.” Totally despicable. I’ve been a customer at this store for over 10 years and won’t be returning.

I had a great experience at the Verizon Store today. At first I was a little frustrated because I had an appointment but other people were still going ahead of me, but when they actually got to me, they did everything they could to make me happy and get me what I needed. They had the iPad Pro 2021 11in 256gb that I was looking for and helped me trade in my iPad 7th gen wifi only that I couldnt trade in online. They were also okay with my service dog 🐕‍🦺 being there. I was pleasantly surprised the iPad was in stock and I got the last one so I was happy I was finally able to trade in my old iPad and get the new one that day. Left with more than I was expecting when I came in. Friendly workers are there to help with many complicated things that you cant do yourself online. Thanks guys, great job!😊👍

I had a texting issue with my phone. I got a appointment. They took me inside, talked to the young lady, and the manager. Had it fixed in about 15 minutes. They made a call to the support people. What a great store, the young lady very nice and happy to be a assistance as was the manager. Special thank you to, a tremendous place, took excellent care of me and any questions I had. While my review starts negative, they completely redeem in this location.I had an issue that was entirely caused by Verizons over the phone service center.They did things incorrectly and cost me days of headaches and time with no phone.This location saved my account.They spent 3 hours with me fixing the issues the phone service center screwed up and made sure that everything was exactly as I was expecting it to be.They even followed up with me afterwards to make sure nothing was out of place on my bill.Their team was the definition of great customer service.

NEVER sign up with Verizon. I made the mistake of trying them again and ran into the same experience. Starting with the sales rep continuing to the customer support, 99% of Verizon employees lie to the customers. They act like a criminal organization. They blame the system but in reality the system is built to cheat the customer, disregard the interest of the customer and completely do not care about the customer. If it would be up to me, after another year of nightmares with them following the sales rep luring me back to them, the government should break the company up into 10 smaller businesses and charge all CEOs with RICO. I should have never left T-Mobile. As soon as my current phones are paid off, I go back to T-Mobile.Update: Once Verizon read the review, they responded with a tracking number to demonstrate interest, you spend time actually responding to them with that tracking number and - nothing. They just pretend to show interest but in reality, there is none. So, no, that response of theirs did not create trust it only confirmed what I wrote.

Backstory: Just over a week ago, my phone died, so I didn’t have a choice but go in. The kid I worked with was a nightmare, and I later found out that he’d lied to me. Big lie. Welp, I worked with Verizon reps on Twitter, voiced my concerns and frustration. They directed me to go back to the store, and speak with the manager.Today: I went in, told Brian, the manager, what was up. He read through the Twitter messages, and immediately jumped into action. Literally the only question he had to ask was how much storage I wanted. He got me set up, and got everything set. Best part... He was happy to help! I’m sorry that I missed the name of the woman who was also helping, but her freaking awesome purple hair will give her away. I was honestly about ready to cut my line after this mess, but I am so beyond happy with how this problem was solved! Brian is a gem within Verizon!

Hands down the worst customer experience of my entire life. Phone started dying last week so I went to order a new one online. Verizon messed up the order, and I have spent hours online, on the phone, and now standing outside an understaffed Verizon store for an hour. We are going on seven days. None of their people, when you can actually get ahold of a human, are empowered. Their saving grace is their coverage in rural, mountainous areas. Were it not for that, I would be long gone.

I was a T-mobile customer for over 13 years. I came into the store after spending three hours getting sent from T-mobile store to T-mobile store with the promise of being able to JUMP my phone. Unfortunately, I received horrible customer service at every store I visited and made the decision to switch. From the moment you walk in, you are acknowledged and it makes a huge difference. In about thirty minutes, I switched providers, got to the phones I wanted, a year of Disney+ for free and left with peace of mind that I was getting much better service. I strongly recommend this store because their customer service is awesome.

I had made an appointment for 3pm on Friday and it was wonderful to walk in on a moment where there was no wait time. Sarah the rep assigned was awesome. She was friendly, patient, thorough, and overall did a great job representing Verizon. The drawbacks experienced were many, along the lines of: inventory (phones marketed for sale were not available for display or available to physically be view from the back), website/technical limitations whereby access via phone app does not allow customers to shop and compare the features (emphasis compare table not available, problems with accessing account where customers are forced to verify account access numerous times(literally up to 10 times) forcing me to give up, and again inventory issues - unable to chose to upgrade from standard 64mb memory to 128mb memory from store. Needed to be ordered. Even the fact that there is only one kiosk or station available to make a payment/purchase creating a wait line then experiencing isues with the payment transaction equipment itself and having to pay via the reps tablet. This made for an overall miserable visit. Again, if it wasnt for Sarah the rep herself I dont know that I wouldnt had considered and be considering other options.

I love this store. They check you in the minute you walk through the door, and you are helped when its your turn. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but when you are helped, the associate is friendly and helpful and spends as much time with you as needed. Ive never had a problem here.

Went here to get help with a new phone. Do NOT go to Rebecca. She was very rude and unprofessional. After buying a new device and spending over 1000$ she refused to help transfer my old files to my new phone which other location have done easily. Her answer was to call in to complain. Extremely disappointed in the customer service from her and hope a manager takes time to sit down and correct her actions so that it doesn’t happen to someone else.

Service is good as long as you know what to ask for. They are a sales-driven company. So when it comes right to deciding whether the customer’s best interest or their commissions take precedence—-well, you get it. One more important thing to consider---EVERY TIME you speak with someone using a computer, sales or not, they pull your credit report. The first time, they apologized; the second, I demanded my credit report be blocked.

Slow service, longer waits than anticipated or quoted, and the order in which you check in is not the order in which they serve customers. Limited supply of Google Pixel accessories though countless iPhone accessories. My phone had a defect and I had to buy a new one while I waited for a replacement to be mailed to me or not have a phone for two days.

Cole helped us with an issue that we have been dealing with for about 3 weeks. He had us out the door with a new phone and repeat customers. His gentle and calm understanding of what our issue was helped us to make an educated decision on what to do for my fiancees future device.I must also mention that I have been in customer service for about 10 years and Coles was some of the best stuff I had ever seen. I was so excited to get my first iPhone. I went to Verizon where I knew had a good reputation, wow was I sadly mistaken. The phone has never worked correctly since purchasing it. I have been to the Verizon store twice, and chatted with tech support online but they didn’t help me and they refused to give me their name. My phone does not ring, my texts do not ring or make noise when I get a text, my emails erase on their own, and when I do erase an email it is back in my inbox the next day. Now my emails are combining, half of the email is from one company the other part of the email is from another company. I asked for a replacement and I was told I could mail it in and get a refurbished iPhone in the mail, but I would be without a phone while waiting for it. Then I asked if I could do an upgrade, my phone was only two weeks old, the employee said I could get credit but for only half the value of the phone! Do yourself a favor do not go to this Verizon store! They will not help you and they do not care about you, they only care about getting your money.

Let me start by saying - I am a Verizon customer and have been a Verizon customer for years and I will never come back to this store because their manager was so aggressive towards me.I work for a company that makes mobile accessories. Every once in a while when we need to ensure that our product will be compatible with a device and we stop into a retail store if we happen to be around. When I entered I made sure to check with the greeter, to see if I could test my product with a device and they said it was fine- even bothering to leave me with specific instructions. I always ask to ensure that I am being respectful and courteous of the stores wishes. I would never leave anything worse than I found it and I try to be as communicative as possible when I stop in. In other stores, I have been greeted by friendly smiles and even if theyd prefer not to have me there, they tell me politely.Unfortunately at this location I was accosted by their MANAGER. I had asked if I could try out the product and was given the green light by one of his employees - if he didnt like that then he could have remained calm with me, asked me to stop, and dealt with the communication problem in his own house privately. Clearly this man needs to work on his management skills.The tone in which he spoke to me was completely inappropriate given the context of our conversation. He honestly acted as if I was ripping things off of the walls, when in fact I had cleaned one of his tablets which was covered in a mysterious splattering. I remained calm and respectful during our interaction, but this man spoke to me as if he was ready to physically grab me and throw me out. He made a concerted effort to intimidate me physically. I recently bought my mothers cell phone here, and will not be returning.

My first cell phone had not worked well, even when I eventually ended up trying to use it as a landline by leaving it on a charger all the time.That was about 2006 When I got my 1st cell phone. I went back to a landline. About 2010 or so, a friend recommended Verizon. I have loved working with them. They welcome your questions & have wonderful products to choose from. Over at the store in Fort Union, Dante was so arrogant and neither he nor the woman he was obviously trying to train and impress were able to help. They were contradicting and patronizing. They charge for warranty and insurance, but then wont back it up and expect us to pay $99-$350! They can open accounts but sure cant close them there in the store! I would not return to them! Watched the Black friday commercial saying get an iphone 11 for $800 off and plans as low as $35. Got in the car and drove 15 min to this store. Told them I want to be a new customer and get the deal I saw on TV (which the greeter was fully aware of). Was told to look around and someone would be right with me. 20 minutes later, I finally was dismissively greeted and told immediately the Thank you here is a gift for your America commercial didnt apply to me (single line, not a new or cool enough smart phone to qualify for a trade in). I was literally scoffed at when I told them I just had one line, and was told there are no iPhone 11 deals for me,. Shame on a single loser like me for trying to do business here and believing an advertisement wasnt full of BS.

Nick Sanchez was amazing! Had a awesome smile and cheerful attitude the entire time he helped me! I’m a sarcastic person so I gave him a hard time about a couple of things and he just shrugged it off with a smile, a joke and laughter! It was the best service I have ever received at a Verizon store! He was very knowledgeable, yet willing to admit and check on the one small detail he didn’t know. I am always impressed with someone who’s clearly proficient but yet humble enough to know they don’t know everything! I went to this location after having a very negative experience at the Draper location. To say that they turned it around for me would be a gross understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant and totally rectified the situation. Nick was the associate who assisted me, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and genuinely cared about addressing my concerns and getting me taken care of. I came in looking to upgrade to unlimited data, 4 days and a total of 6 hours in the store later still haven’t found a solution. I was swooned into thinking the business plan was the best option from me and they did not correctly inform me of all the additional steps and charges. No one knows what they are doing and they pretend that it’s your fault for not being ok with terrible service. It was a simple request to get unlimited data. If I had originally talked someone competent, which I don’t believe exists in this location, it could have been a one time quick visit. But nope still sitting here...

Verizon is NOT the store it used to be, their customer service is frightening.While moving across the country, from Philadelphia to Portland, my THREE WEEK old, $600.00 phone died.I was truly in a panic.When I stopped at this location, the young man I worked with said there was nothing to do, but order like new phone. Really, a like new phone? If you want to feel like a valued customer and not just a number, you should visit Kat at the Verizon store in Midvale. For many years I have had my personal service with Verizon and I also have our business account there, but I had no idea how truly easy and relaxing it could be to manage 19 phone lines for employees that are constantly breaking their phones until I was lucky enough to meet Kat. The rep who initially assisted me was good; I was then passed off to another rep who would apply a screen cover to my new phone. He was friendly enough, though he did not introduce himself and I had to wait awhile before he even acknowledged me. His shift was ending so he passed me off to someone else without any introduction or eye contact from the next rep, who continued transferring my contacts to my new phone. He had been told during the transfer that I would also like my email accounts set up on the new phone, but handed my phone to me like he was done. I then asked about the email account set up and he said look its easy, you can do it, just click here and there are instructions. This is my first iPhone. Easy or not, I requested help and then did not get it. He did not offer to put my items in a bag either and was already moving on to the next person waiting. While standing here, I overheard a manager talking to a woman who came in looking for help with her pre-pay phone plan. The woman was frustrated because she could not get a straight answer to her questions and when she asked for clarification, the manager spoke very rudely to her. Poor customer service. Unfortunately for me, I had already paid so it was too late to change my mind. If it werent for the discount I get at Verizon through my company, I would probably never use them again. I will definitely not go back to this particular store.

Manager, Bryant ? Needs additional coaching for his position. This store location is not doing so well and after reading some of the reviews. The old saying goes it all flows from the top and down Oh....and if anyone is wondering LG is NOT offering earbuds with a new phone purchase. Now the Manager, Bryant/Brent (?) can explain that professionally instead of staying maybe you didnt get any 👍

Terrible service! Unable to help transfer service, change my plan, add a discount or even know the the discount. I came back after a terrible experience to give them a second chance and shame on me! Wonder if they’re paid commission only on new sales because my husband and I appeared to be a waste of his time. Never to return!

Bought a cheaper no name brand type of phone because I havent been happy with expensive brands. Dealer said the phone would work with Verizon. Went to this store and the guy said - This phone wont work with Verizon. He said the dealers always tell ya that to get you to buy the phone. Went home, and my husband took out my SIM card from the original pixel phone I had and put it in my new phone. Works perfectly with Verizon it seems. Horrible customer service. Felt like a number, and told more lies, because the guy there didnt feel like doing his job. What a loser. Apparently Verizon lies, just to get you to buy the phone directly from them. Unsatisfied is an understatement. We pay them SO MUCH in our family plan. We have been with them 20 yrs, now. Their customer service is horrible.

Went in for a quick question during lunch time. I have had bad experiences with Verizon stores in the past but really liked this store. The guy that helped me knew quite a bit about the phones and was very friendly. The wait time was about 15 minutes which I expected. I have been to Verizon stores when it is busier and it takes longer but overall this location seems to be efficient, they get to you as soon as they can and treat you well when they do.

Bryant is probably the least helpful person I have ever met. Unprofessional and really quite difficult to accomplish the simplest of tasks. I have a good sized business account and am reconsidering my entire account being with Verizon based on his interaction.

Weve worked with Kat and Kyle here. Kat went as far as to provide her number to text ahead of time to reserve a time to come visit. Awesome customer service! Kyle helped us last visit, when Kat wasnt working but she reached out and set us up a time with Kyle. Kyle was awesome also, very helpful and willing to offer thoughts and insights into the different options available.
