Beware that if you dont provide a phone number at checkout, they will not give you receipt and you cant return your purchase. Very deceptive behavior. Will never shop here again.

I purchased an item that was on a sale rack but came to find out, it wasn’t on sale...then why have it on the sale rack? Did not know this until I had already paid for it and I didn’t even walk out of the store with the item and they would only give me a store credit. It’s very deceiving because items that are not on sale are on the sale racks! It’s nothing but a set up, “bait and switch” type of deal and you can’t get your money back.They say because their prices are so low that they only give you a store credit...that’s no reason to not refund ones money.Beware!

The store policies are ridiculous! My niece had gotten some clothing here, but was unable to try them on in the store and had to wait till she got back home. We found out that they did not fit. When we went to return the items, we found out that the stores policies didn’t allow for some of the clothing to be returned and you could only exchange or get store credit for the ones that could be returned. The staff tried to be helpful, but were unable to be very helpful due to the policies. My family will not be coming back!

Cheap and nice clothes but they follow you everywhere making you fell uncomfortable.

Very inexpensive

We came back to return an item and replace it with a new one, however when we walked away from checkout to find new items the employees began to speak bad in Spanish assuming that we had no clue what they were saying.
