Am just very disappointed in hot topic I been with them over 10 years at the beginning of my goth phase in 7th grade I loved the store. But am adult now little interest me but when they do have items that get my attention something happens they sold out or canceled my order or my order just goes missing. This company is a rare in my life I don’t stick with things very often but no matter what I stuck with them but I finally reach my breaking point. Lore Olympus is my passion and I was over the moon to get the email they had products for this manga. I ordered everything they had on the website and I only received 1/3 of my original order. Now the last piece I really desired was canceled and the customer service just didn’t care and refunded my money. I don’t want my money I wanted my sweatpants I preordered weeks ago.

I always love going into Hot Topic. The store looks small but there is a wide variety of products. The smallness of the store is a little anxiety inducing but its worth it.

My teens love this store. The Jewelry is my favorite thing. If you need a unique gift for the young people in your life- gift card from Hot Topic is the best thing.

The cashier was funny I gave him the two pennies for the amount so he didnt have to fight with giving back change he wave my hundred bill I gave him said that was fine and he gave me change I know he was just being rude but I was amazed how unprofessional hot topics has become 😂

Nice variety of clothing and accessories. You may have to wait to go in especially on the weekends when the mall is busier.

I had a problem with an online order. I received someone else’s order instead. Called customer service multiple times who weren’t very helpful. At first they replaced my order but after hanging up I got an email saying an item was out of stock so I would be refunded but the refund amount was much less than what I paid. I brought the wrong order to the store and explained what was going on. The two employees were very nice and the guy took my information and he called customer service himself. Thankfully I’m getting my full refund because of him. So thank you I appreciate it. I’m a long time hot topic shopper have been shopping here for years and this store is the best customer service I’ve ever received. Would definitely recommend this store! Thank you again to the employee who helped me and handled this situation very quickly.

Ive been going to this one often over the past 6 months. All the employees Ive had the privilege to interact with have been FANTASTIC. Friendly helpful and courteous!!! I would 5 star if they had more stuff in store and the store was not so cramped, but I never leave empty handed! Hahahaha

A bit biased I know but seeing how it ghibli fest again this year and the mech is beyond pitiful. Nothing like my store In Killeen. How ever they arnt playing the movies here this year. Shame I know.... but customer service was wonderful and helpful so if your looking for a friendly store for your normal HT stuff this is a good one.

This store has many products from anime, DC comic characters, TV personality products, disney, gaming characters, many many maaaaaany t shirts to choose from music bands & singers. For ladies makeup, jewelry, nail polish and cute clothes. Stickers, iron on patches, pins, and collectibles all found here as well. Many products to browse through and most of the time they have a sale going on.

Great store u can find clothing, from anime and merchandise, heavy metal t shirts ear piercing earrings and Halloween costumes, Lots cool items...for te teenagers as well.

The employees are awesome especially managers, glad they are helpful, store looks awesome

Unhelpful teenage workers that only stand by the register and talk to each other. This store is one of the worst Hot Topics out there. The aisles are extremely small and the space is very crowded. The shelves are so close together, you cant browse without having to slide by someone. Also, the selection is highly lacking.

I was there with my daughter when I over heard a conversation between what it seemed to be the store manager who I later learned her name is Shelby (I hope I spelled that right) and a tall guy that asked for job opportunity. Later this short girl Shelby answered rudely and unprofessional no we are not going to hire you and you can stop coming by to check for a jobAre you kidding me? Why is this girl working there with that attitude? And probably the real question here is Why is this type or person with such bad behavior the store manager?
