If I could give them absolutely NO stars .. I would. I shopped w/ them on Etsy and was completely disappointed that the navy wasn’t actually navy (they should probably list it as sky blue) any who, i reached out for a refund. On their store it says they do refunds but not on custom orders, I had no idea a table runner was a custom order.. so from there the OWNER was disgusting because I left a one star review! I am very very pleased with the tablecloth I ordered from Premier Table Linens. We got a brand new, big table to accommodate our family which has grown to 16. It is hard to find beautiful tablecloths to fit a table this large. But Premier Table Linens had many choices. The cloth is polyester in feel and before I put it on the table I was a little skeptical. But it lays beautifully on the table and looks gorgeous! It is also stain and dirt resistance. The price was great, the company totally reliable.

I had never been able to get the correct size tablecloths for our dining room table till I found this company. They have an app called ACTS on their website and we entered the custom size tablecloth we wanted, it gave us prices on different fabrics and reasonably priced for hand made custom size tablecloths. Received my Havana tablecloths Friday and I am thrilled.

The Havana Collection is the nicest, most beautiful solid color tablecloth and napkin set I have ever owned!!! Having the linen in hand, the price I paid is inexpensive for the quality. As good or better than linens at Crate and Barrel at a fraction of the cost! Also, I made the purchased for Thanksgiving 2 weeks before the Holiday thinking it would take a good week to be delivered. Just 3 days after I ordered, my linens arrive at my door.

I had a wonderful experience with Premier Table Linens staff! First, moments after I placed my online order, I had a call from a staff member to clarify my order. I ordered 600 cocktail napkins instead of 50 dinner napkins! OOPS! When I received an invoice by email, the correction had not been made so I call them. The staff member who answered actually had helped to fill my order and knew of the mix-up. She was able to instantly correct the invoice. I placed my order on Monday, had the mix ups and they still had my order delivered to us on Friday of that same week! Premier Table Linens is beyond five star! As we got closer to the date, there were a few adjustments I needed to make and customer service made the changes, they were very friendly and I also immediately received confirmation of the changes. I purchased linens for Easter as we were combining the Holiday with a family reunion and had 120 family members attending at my home. Tony patiently explained to me how to size a table for linens, made great fabric suggestions and was very helpful. The Havana Collection linens are outstanding. There was a lot of mess on the linens after the family reunion barbeque and everything washed right out.

The spun poly white linens shipped next day as promised. They are not only beautiful, but they come out of the dryer with practically no wrinkles. Cheap price tag for quality linens made in the US.

Really enjoyed my visit to this store. They have a large assortment of linens and the entire staff is very friendly. Do note that if looking to rent linens, they do not rent from the Florida store, it comes from their New Jersey location but they ship and pay the shipping. I personally found that as reasonably priced as the linens are and the great quality they are, I was better off purchasing the linens from them and will own beautiful tablecloths for many years. High end linens at a fraction of the cost of any department store. Also felt good to support a small family owned business that makes all their products here in the US.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a tablecloth and did not receive it for a month. I called after one month passed and they said they promise they would call me back after they find out what happened. No call back happened. Instead I called them back after a week and they told me that somehow my order slipped through the cracks. Dont understand that at all! Terribly unprofessional.

Wanted to order some linens for an event because I had heard good things about this company and today I discovered through one of my best friends that she had an issue with this company and while she was trying to solve it the owner was very rude and didn’t offer a solution. So nope don’t recommend any company where owners are rude with their customers when one of their own employees messes up an order.

Quality is good but the color doesnt match the swatch shown on their site. Granted colors are different when viewed in person versus a computer screen, but they dont look alike at all. So I advise to get a swatch before purchasing. If I had more time, I would have done that.
