I walked into this store while two workers were helping another customer. As I waited the workers looked me dead in my eyes multiple times & didn’t even acknowledge me and say they’ll be with me in a moment. Terrible customer service.

10/10 .. So many great mattress options but I ended up buying a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and a bedroom set. They have a whole catalog of furniture absolutely amazing. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for nice furniture and/or a mattress!! Thank you 1/2 price mattress

Do not go to this place. They will sell you something other what you paid for (cheaper) Ive been waiting for a WHOLE week for my furniture even though they promise 2 days. They keep telling you lies when you keep calling about what you paid for sometimes they wont even answer your calls (caller id) honestly I dont think Im getting my furniture or my $650 back. If not, small claims court. DO NOT SHOP THERE OR YOU WILL BE OUT YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL HAVE A EMPTY LIVING ROOM LIKE ME

HORRIBLE SERVICE I WENT THERE TO BUY A MATTRESS WHICH I DID AND I FOUND OUT THE MATTRESS I PURCHASED WASNT THE CORRECT SIZE I WENT BACK I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD ISSUE ME A REFUND.. I HAVE YET TO SEE MY REFUND......

Here are swindlers, I went to change the catalytic converter of my car, after making a call in I was given a budget of $ 125. Upon arrival they told me that if I pay $ 140 They even replace the tail. I paid and They did a work. Later that day, I review what should be the new piece and I found that my car has the same old piece. They even didn’t give me a receipt, so I think even they should not be reporting their income tax to the IRS. When I went to do the claim they just simply said that they did their job. I believe that this franchise should take care that its franchisees do not give as bad as the service I received.
