Rented a UHaul 20 times and was fined for not being clean the first time

Horrible service, the man in the counter with heads phone in super loud as he tried to listen to what im saying, no one reply’s when you say good afternoon or hello. They couldn’t give me an estimate on how much would cost me to have a hintch installed on my chevy equinox because the system was down!!!! Bad customer service 😮

Best service so far, always have trucks reserved, Janiselle is my best rep, had rented with her for the second time, she managed to transfer contracts from another U-Haul location, smooth and easy, will recommend 100%

Amazing location but the best thing about this place is the staff ESPECIALLY GABRIEL!!!!! What a well mannered young man... I’m an older lady and can be quite inpatient but GABRIEL NEVER LET THAT RUFFLE HIS FEATHERS. He stayed as cool and polite as a cucumber!!!!! He is working st uhaul while going to college!!!!! Gabriel is an honorable young gentlemen... I hope Uhaul realizes what an asset this young man is!!!!!!

Bad service

I dont take time yo rate places simply because I dont have the time. However I had to take the time to rate this place. I wish I could remember the woman that works there who instead of doing het job is MISERABLE. Cant even answer when you give her a simple hi. Chick if you are so bothered quit. Plain & simple its not my fault or anyone else you couldnt accomplish more. I didnt tell you this in person because your daughter was there but I really hope you read this. Smile its FREE!

The people who works here are very rude. I just called for questions and the lady who answered the phone act as if she don’t want to help. Then she tells me to call back in 15min. Only to not answer questions. They need to hire professional people. If they don’t want to work I’m sure it’s people will love to have the position.

Safe, but prices are to high just caused is climate

Worse experience renting a haul ever. Selected online a different location and I had to go to this since the truck was no available in the first one. 1.5 Miles away but I still have to drive and leave my car on the street. Renting the vehicle took an hour. Upon return I advised the staff that I had passed through Sunpass and wanted to pay. Sorry, cant do that. Uhaul will send a bill later. Why so inconvenient. ?!?!

Wow, worst seen to date. First they close early if they want to. Second the staff is unprofessional and rude (besides one guy). Third I waited outside of my unit for 30 minutes as non of their locks could open their own key - finally had to track down bolt cutters. Lastly its just generally a pain logistically to maneuver in and out of the Units based in the configuration of the gates and parking. In general this place is a ddidisaster.

I rented one of these trucks and to summary in few words I MUST say that the service is AWFUL in this 36 st NW Miami location. I have sent several times the copies of the payments I made of tolls and citations and they continue charging me over and over again the same amount. I have sent them THEIR own emails of payment confirmation and THEY CHARGE ME AND CHARGE ME AGAIN AND AGAIN. I am so tired. This is the last time I RENT A TRUCK FROM u-haul.

I dont want to be too critical of this location but Pastor Saint-Cyr rented a truck in Palm Beach Gardens and was told that we could drop anywhere. This location started by saying that he didnt have enough room to accept truck here. Pastor Saint-Cyr told him that we were told-anywhere- He took it but didnt give Pastor a receipt. Hope he doesnt claim something different about how we dropped the truck off-such as damage- Nothing to complain about. Just hope all is OK as far as U-Haul is concerned

Poor place bad people atention de la peorr

Would not recommend this location. I had scheduled a Ubox pick up and they didnt have the equipment ready. As a result, the Moving Helpers couldnt do the move and it pushed back everything. When I talked with Thomas and Josway (managers) about it, they were apologetic but at the end of the day, unreliable. They also promised me a refund for the services and then went back on it, claiming it was the fault of Moving Help. Seems this location does not work well with the Moving Help service offered by Uhaul. Hope this review helps someone make a less stressful choice when moving.

The staff here is very rude, unprofessional and have no knowledge of the services uhaul provide. I definetly will not be doing business at this location anymore and do not recommend this location to anyone.

They do not have any person who speaks Spanish. I do not believe they are in Miami. Terrible.
