I have rented from a few places. This has been the cleanest. I also enjoy the covered loading area. Zabrina and Rosy were super helpful. They defiantly did NOT have the classic miami customer service of anojada vieja. It was proper and not over the top either, just good old fashion customer service.

Needed to store a few things and drove to a few storage places but I was beginning to get concerned as it seemed expensive. But then I met Rosy at this Public Storage location and Eddy at nearly adjacent sister location and they were both extremely helpful! Eddy mentioned availability at next door location referring me to Rosy whom gave me a great price, nearly half the price of another and professional friendly service! Very nice guys who work there. Worked to help me get a better price when moving from one unit to a smaller one. Busy place (lots of activity), but I feel like my stuff is safe. Never been there after dark, probably would not recommend it...

Rosy has bent over backwards to be helpful ever since we first met some years ago. She knows all the details and offers deals that I have not seen elsewhere. She is friendly, genuine and personable in both English and Spanish. If she were working for me I would be very happy!

I have been using public storage for a while and have always thought it was the best way to store the things that I could not keep in my home. Just recently I used their customer service and they helped me with all my needs and were very kind. It is safe and affordable storage and they have so many locations that it is just so easy to find one nearby, I literally drive 10 minutes and am able to access my storage 7 days a week. I can also say that they have great prices and it is a very secure facility. I would recommend public storage any day.

I have always liked public storage went by this Saturday to look at a few packing supplies I encountered with staff member Kimberly she was super nice and super friendly do recommend you guys coming over here to buy your moving supplies they’ll treat you like they’re your own family

Great staff.. When I went in the middle of the week to get a bigger unit, Rosy was extremely helpful, getting me a good rate and a unit that would be easy to transfer to from my smaller one. It got really busy, but she kept her cool and took care of everyone with a great attitude.

My experience at this specific facility was outstanding and it was all due Rosy, who is an exemplary employee. Rosy assisted me in reserving my storage unit last minute, locking in a better than expected rate, and she even stayed late to wait for me so that I could use the dolly to simplify the process. She also helped me assemble the boxes and remained there until I finished (past regular hours) just in case I had anymore questions. I 100% recommend this storage facility. Thanks again Rosy!!

Ive had a great experience with Public Storage over the past three years. The prices are very reasonable and the management (Rosy and Kalisha) are cordial and professional. The storage sizes are quite generous and the space is clean and secure. This is a very convenient place to store your belongings if you attend the University of Miami . I would definitely recommend coming here!

Rolando and Carlos could not have been more professional, informative, courteous, patient and helpful. They answered all my questions clearly. They took a lot of time to correctly complete complicated arrangements. They assisted my mover (listed on my lease as an Authorized Access Person) when he delivered my furniture, and called to tell me that the move in went very well. This level of service is very rare. I would recommend this facility. Hopefully, my belongings will be safe there.Also, the special online rates were good.
